I ordered and paid for a bunch of flowers to be delivered on the same day as the order. After taking my money they said it was out of the delivery area.
Bloomex said the flowers were delivered to a 'safe place'. It was a hospital which did not receive anything.
5 days later, wilted flowers were delivered.
I have repeatedly asked for a full refund. They want to give me a credit. I do not trust them.
I'm Australian, went to an Australian website, paid with an Australian card for flowers to be delivered in Australia while I am on an overseas holiday. Nothing indicated to me while ordering or on my receipt of purchase that I would be paying in USD. The flowers were not delivered as promised and a refund has been denied. They would not accept my cancellation when the promised service was not met. When I called I discovered afterwards that the calls had been recorded without my knowledge or consent. Highly illegal. Stay away from this dodgy company because everything about them is deceptive or misleading. If I could give a negative star rating it would be -5.
I ordered flowers that were delivered 7 days late. There is no contact to speak with anyone and when the flowers were finally received, they were half dead. They refuse to give a full refund. Do not use this business. You will regret it!
Did not deliver on time, were a day late. Flowers were not as ordered. Rubbish customer service. You can't even get on the phone to them, overseas call centre! They don't have any solid information to give you anyway. Stay away! Use someone else.
As can clearly see from photos what I received is nothing like what I ordered. They didn't include the card, the bear, the chocolates or the vase. After (no exaggeration) 32 phone calls and 7 promises of a call back I was offered a refund of $15 but no offer to resend the correct package. According to their service agent what I have pictured is of $200 in value. Please avoid ordering from this company as you will only be disappointed.
Really efficient service and easy to order on the internet. They had flowers available for a last minute order just before Valentines day - whereas other shops, including M&S didn't. Not sure how the bouquet looked as I live a long way from where they were going to - but got an appreciative thanks from my friend who had just had a nasty op..
Firstly... my username is no reflection on this review or the service received from Bloomex, it's the username I created when I raised my first ever Trustpilot review where I was unhappy... just wanted to make that clear. I ordered some last minute same day flowers from Bloomex easily and quickly. They handle the order and payment directly with the local florist and the recipient loved the flowers and selection. Using Bloomex was also significantly cheaper than some of the other major competitors but this did not compromise the value and service provided. Would definitely use their service again when needed.
This review is purely from the purchase experience. I haven't received my first order yet. Everything went well. Picking a plan was easy. Getting the first order discount was simple. No issues entering delivery/billing info. The only problem was placing the order via credit card. It would not submit the order, even after clicking the Terms and Conditions. There was no explanation as to why. Switching to PayPal worked, but digging out the PayPal info added an extra step.
Ordered 2 bunches of long stem roses for my 2 daughters, and it arrived 2 days later at 8pm. The flowers were wilted and falling off the stems. I rang them and all i keep getting is "we will send you some new ones or give you a credit"... I want nothing to do with them... Just my money back. Still waiting to get a resolution.
Flowers arrived on time, and in great condition, blooms opened up by the next day, and lasted just over a week. And that is with the furnace running during these cold days and nights.My only complaint, if it is one, we got way more flowers than would fit in the vase, I had to put the rest in another vase. My Wife loved having two vases of flowers on the table.
I have received 2 beautiful Bloomex bouquets and both were by far the best flowers I've ever received. I was so pleased with the gorgeous blooms that lasted a very long time. I recently decided to send some to someone. Easy to order, delivery as promised, and she loved them!
I ordered a box of flowers on May 5th 2021 on line To be delivered the next day for a friends birthday who live in Wembley WA. They never arrived! I have rung, emailed and messaged only to be told they were delivered! This is not the case so please don't order flowers from this company. I am following up with consumer protection. So disappointing
I was sending condolence flowers money was no object. I choose them because the advertised same day delivery to the area. Then they sent an email saying they wouldn't deliver to the area for another 3 days. Said the would give a complementary upgrade as compensation. The flowers were cheep and tacky. Looked nothing like advertised. The vase was not even what I ordered and paid for. Complained and got told this was all within there policy. Photos show advertised vs what received this was supposed to have the super sized bunch and upgraded.
Really hard when you live so far away from family and just want to get some nice, alive flowers to your mum. Highly recommend this company as my mum got what I saw on the photo and they were beautiful and alive.
As always, beautiful work and prompt service. My mother-in-law just loved the arrangement. It's wonderful to have a service like Bloomex when one lives in the U.S. and needs to send flowers to the U. K. without high fees. We would love for you to be able to deliver in Sweden. Any chance of that happening?
Ordered flowers for valentine's day 5 days before hand. Didn't turn up at my wife's work. Despite being reported as delivered. Attempted to deal with Bloomex customer service (based in CANADA. WTF?). Have been nothing but difficult. Was told to check with her reception. Told them she work on the reception. Was told they were deliver to a 'Martin' but there is no Martin at her work! Flowers are still missing and no offer of a refund. I had to run to a local florist (should have done this originally!)... Refused to refund. Just an offer to redeliver Valentines day flowers a week later. WTF?! Won't be using this company again! Ruined valentines day... AVOID AND GO TO YOUR LOCAL FLORIST
The worst business I ever had the misfortune to buy from. Flowers were half dead, delivery late, noone at the company cares. They seem to make up their policy as they go because I was given a different response for the same questions. No way will I ever buy anything from them again. My advice to all, use another company. Don't take a chance with this one.
I was having problems recording my address when sending flowers to the UK for Christmas. A short email and a quick reply fixed the problem without any delay. Beautiful flowers were delivered exactly as ordered by Petals Florist. This is the second year that I have used Bloomex and will definitely use them again, my recipient was again extremely happy. All the staff at Bloomex go out of their way to help and solve your queries. Their ordering system is one of the best, making it easy to understand for their florists and customers alike. They have a constantly changing selection with seasonal designs highlighted. Would thoroughly recommend Bloomex.
Customer service stepped up and helped satisfy a valued customer when there was a misunderstanding regarding Flower delivery. I believe this company is trying to keep customers happy and has great flowers.
Answer: Line is so disgusting you can't hear them and they repeat the same "I understand how you feel" Well no they don't because it's not their loved one that didn't get the flowers delivered when requested. And stop blaming COVID 19, Sydney has been case free for some time now.

Answer: Because they promised delivery on a specific day - but failed miserably when the flowers were delivered TWO DAYS LATER & left outside the property overnight without informing the recipient that they were there.
