Bloomex offers premium delivery service (9 - 12 am next day) for a premium price. I paid for it and found out the actual delivery only happened in late afternoon. I complained to customer service and they said they subcontracted to some third parties and so don't have any control, but still charge me for premium service. To add insult to injuries, they delivered some cheap cheap flowers totally different from what I ordered on-line. I have pictures of what I ordered on-line with receipt; and picture of what was actually delivered as proof. The customer service said they could offer store credit, but what is the point of issuing store credits when customers are so pissed off and have already decided not to do business with you again...? I also have printout record of the conversation between me and the customer service, to fully detail how terrible and ridiculous this company is...My advice for everyone is "Avoid at all cost".
Tried to send flowers to a family member in the hospital. He was discharged so they sent the flowers back to their warehouse. I never received an email or phone call saying they could not deliver. On my bloomex account everything looks fine. No message on there either saying they could not deliver. They gladly took my money but no flowers. They now say they can redeliver for another $15 delivery fee on top of the original delivery fee. Such poor customer service..

Bloomex is not a good place to buy flowers unless if you want to have a bad day, I order a flower for $85.63 us$ march 18/23 for my cousin birthday when she send me the pictures of the flowers l all most having in heart attack, it was very disrespectful,I buying a vase for $14 they put a very small amount of flowers in a small plastic bag, the flowers not fresh, when I called them they gave me website to file a complaint, to send the pictures, each time i call they said they not received the picture,and finally I just give up! They need to close that place before too many people get hurt!
I ordered a basket of flowers for next day delivery. I was notified that it would be an extra day with an upgrade. The flowers that my friend received was nothing I ordered. They were the same colour but that was it. First it was few flowers in a vase instead of a basket of flowers. 77 dollars for flowers you can get at the grocery store for 15 dollars. What a rip off.
The first picture is what they sent and the second picture is what I ordered. These flowers were for a dear friend who was turning 95. I placed the order and was only advised later on that they couldn't deliver on Easter Sat but would make it up to me when they were delivered on the Tuesday. They have a slogan "We care" and I have sent a number of emails which they are completely ignoring. They certainly don't care and I am disgusted with the flowers she received. I am in South Africa and apart from anything else the flowers were expensive with our currency and to send something so bad is not acceptable. This poor woman was celebrating a milestone and this is how she was treated. Avoid this Company as they do not deserve to be in business.
I ordered this beautiful Starlight Serenade and my grieving Aunt received dead flowers with holes in the leaves. Extremely embarrassing under the circumstances. Bloomex should be ashamed of themselves, and I paid 76.99$ not even a bow or no care went into this arrangement at all. Shame on Bloomex

I ordered a small hand-tied bunch of flowers for my friend's birthday. While the order went through (it was online) I got a message later saying that, due to the Easter long weekend, the flower order couldn't be immediately fulfilled. A next day delivery and upgrade was promised. My friend was really, really delighted with the flowers and sent me photos. She even received some gluten-free cookies that I hadn't ordered. Thank you, Bloomex, for making things right. Sometimes delivery is difficult in harder-to-reach areas like Campbell River.
I ordered the deluxe calla lily bouquet for my sick aunt and she received 6, yes 6, wilting roses. It was actually so shocking and embarrassing. Bloomex will do nothing to fix it, they just offered a 20% off future order (I would never order again) and then I complained more and got a full credit. I looked more into them and they are just completely heartless frauds. DO NOT ORDER. They need to be put out of business. I have attached photos... the first one is the small calla lily bouquet and mine was double the cost so I figured I'd get about double the amount of that. They second one is what she received. These wilting roses were $75. Look further into it, they only have good reviews that they pay for and they have thousand of bad BBB and site reviews. There was also a CBC Marketplace on them.
Saw an amazing full flower bouquet arrangement online, bought it on the phone with bloomex. When the bouquet was delivered, only 5 flowers were sent in the bouquet. NOTHING like what I paid for (bouquet came up to 52$ with tax and same day shipping). Not even worth the price I paid. Poor customer service.
Spent $180 and booked in a week in advance seems they kept flowers from the day of booking. It was a such of shame. Could you imagine, your friend received a dry bouquet. They sent you what is left in their stock. Is the amount of flowers cost that much $180?

I placed an order with Bloomex on Sat Apr 1,2023 for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a family member in the hospital today, Monday Apr 3,2023 since that was the next available delivery date on line. I purchased the flowers and paid $14.99 for the delivery fee expecting they would be delivered on time. I got a phone call this morning (Apr 3) saying the flowers would not be delivered until tomorrow (Tues Apr 4) because they don't have a warehouse in my delivery area so they have to go out on overnight courier tonight. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund so I could order flowers from another company that COULD be delivered today and was told I could only get a credit which is useless to me. I was also told they could pause my delivery and someone would get back to me in about 4 hours about a refund which in the end would leave me no time to arrange same day delivery with another company and if they said no to a refund, my order would be delayed yet another day! Then they said they could arrange for a local florist to deliver my order but couldn't guarantee that the deluxe bouquet I ordered would be the same a local florist would make based on the price I paid. This is very frustrating as when I placed the order on line the city and address where the flowers were to be delivered was very clear and the next delivery date was Monday April 3. At no time while placing the order did I get an alert indicating the delivery would not happen on Monday. The order confirmation also shows the delivery date to be Apr 3. They did not offer any kind of compensation (like refunding the delivery fee), they only made excuses as though I should know they couldn't actually deliver it on the date their website showed available. I will never ever use Bloomex again, they are completely unreliable. I will never trust an order will arrive when it needs to be there and the kind of customer service they provide is poor at best. I would rather pay more for flowers from a reliable company that does what it says it will do.

I ordered a Birthday Bundle. It was delivered on time, but what the recipient got was nothing like what the picture portrayed. Even the Mylar balloons were deflated. I guess the old adage holds….You get what you pay for.
I will never use this company again. I'll spend more next time.

I'm from Ukraine. Yesterday was my sister's birthday. Before Yesterday I have paid for bouquet with roses and lavender + cute box of chocolate candies. But yesterday my sister get cheaper carnations with 3 roses + cheaper candies ( I have photo screen with prices of sweets I paid for vs sweets that was delivered to my sister). The company changed all produtc from my order for worse. Company did this without my knowledge.
As for me, it's dishonest and not fair, that Bloomex is selling you worse and cheaper products, when you pay for and wait for the specific product at a higher price.
They say that some sort of flowers can be not available because of season. But, in my opinion, if some flowers don't grow at this season, thay can't be on website in this seasson!
I'm sure, that Bloomex hasn't good products (flowers and sweets). The products on website are sham. They take more money for better (sham) products and than they sell you worse products.
I am very upset, dissapoited and angry. My sister is far from home, far from me ant other close persons. I wanted she was surprided and happy. But the Bloomex company ruined all my good intentions.
I ordered chocolates to be delivered the next day. They confirmed it will be deliverd the next day and took my money. Got an amail on delivery day confirming it will go out at 8am. At 3pm, got an email saying they do not deliver there and that the stuff will be delivered on Tuesday(instead of Saturday) Contacted them and they are refusing a refund, offered a Tuesday delivery(when there will be nobody at home) or a store credit which I do not want.

I ordered flowers and they were not delivered on the date they promised. I even called at 5 p.m that day and was told they would be their by 8 p.m. The next day (day after the birthday) they told me I had entered the incorrect postal code (which is not correct - my neighbour has the same postal code as mine) I believe their postal code auto correct may have change it, but in any event Oliver is a very small town, I am sure Fed Ex is familiar with the delivery area. Still not delivered by noon the next day. Will update if they ever get delivered. I would not order from here if you would like something by a specific date
