Ordered flowers from Bloomex for delivery in Brampton, Canada. I am in the USA. Total cost according to the operator was CAN $ 80.18. I was charge a total of US $80.18. This included all charges including delivery as per original qoute. So I was charged an equivalent of CAN $ 105. When asked I was told that this is the practice with this company. Do not order from them unless you want to be overcharged and cheated by this company. I have filed a charge with the credit card company on overcharging

I ordered a small bouquet of flowers for my daughter's birthday to be sent to her dorm on a Saturday at York University. Bloomex customer support had no objection taking this order or charging me $70 for 10 tulips for delivery to this address on a Saturday. While ordering the operator collected my name, telephone number etc and told me if the flowers could not be delivered the driver would call. It turned out that the campus was closed and the flowers could not be delivered BUT there were no phone calls made by the driver. The Bloomex just returned an email message to me saying the flowers could not be delivered. Again, I never received a phone call. I call to customer support 3 times (two times they drop off line with no call back) to find out what happened and the answer was that the driver could not access campus on a Saturday. I ask why they did not call because my daughter could have come out to the entrance to pick up the bouquet. There was no explanation. To me Bloomex never fulfilled our deal so I asked for my money back and they answered No. The customer support also lied telling me they had tried to call, which they had never done. I was in the receiving end and NEVER got one call that day from Bloomex (I answered every call that day so I know). Then they backed off and said oh well, we sent have sent you an email saying it was undelivered. Oh Yea? But then it was already too late. Total Morons! This is going to the BBB definitely.
On Friday, Feb 24, I ordered a 'guaranteed' birthday delivery for Saturday, Feb 25 and three days later, received absolute rubbish.
Bloomex is closed on Sunday so I called on the next business day, Monday, Feb 27. Because the flowers still hadn't arrived and the birthday had already passed, I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. That's when I was told the order was in transit. I did not receive an email indicating that the order was in transit. The status changed suddenly when I asked for a refund.
Before the order was accepted, someone from Bloomex contacted me by phone to confirm the delivery address, which would have been the perfect time to let me know that the delivery would not be delivered on time (despite the "guaranteed birthday delivery" promised on their website). I would have immediately cancelled the order. Instead, the information was withheld.
The flowers were delivered three days late, on Feb 28. What was ordered (Blue Horizons "supersize" — the website show eight roses, star gazer lilies, irises, premium fillers) was a far cry from what was received (four roses, a shabby batch of badly-dyed carnations and cheap filler). There is nothing on the website suggesting that "fair and appropriate substitions" in their most extravagant pricing option would result in fewer flowers and trashy ones at that. Neither does the website mention that specials will not be honoured outside of their "local" delivery zones (again, no indication of said zones). Though far less of an issue, but just as misleading, they charged $10 for "authentic Scottish shortbread" that turned out to be two very thin cookies.
It took five attempts before I received any response from Bloomex and they refused to refund my money, instead offering credit that I would presumably use for more bad service and rubbish flowers at some future date.

Bloomex claims that they have substituted flowers of equal or greater value as part of their policy when flowers ordered are not available. Please see the attached pictures. This must be a bad joke! There is no similarity whatsoever. Besides, the fact the flowers arrived frozen so therefore damaged. They refuse to refund me and have since blocked my emails and phone calls when I demand to speak to a manager for a full refund. First photo is what I ordered. I ordered a beautiful, full bouquet with large bright flowers for my sister's birthday. I paid over 80.00 for it. What she received was completely pathetic and in comparing the actual product to the advertisement, there is zero resemblance to the product photo. I reached out to Bloomex and their response was to say that it met their quality standards. The bouquet had the wrong colour of flowers, wasn't wrapped and presented as expected (which was an extra charge); and most importantly it was missing some of the important details that were the reason I purchased it in the first place, but they didn't care about that. They have refused to give me a refund despite the website ensuring customer satisfaction. The reviews from their site are absolute garbage, as they indicate a high percentage of customer satisfaction. That couldn't Be further from the truth. I only wish I had thought to look for more reviews before purchasing. If I had, I would have seen that their overall customer rating is atrocious and the reviews are filled with similar experiences to my own. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and continue to post negative reviews until they do the right thing and provide a full refund. I strongly suggest that anyone looking to order flowers should look elsewhere. The photos on the bloomex site are completely misleading and their service is non-existent.
The Real flowers in no way resemble the picture of the product ordered, no refund has been given by their atrocious customer service, and they continue to say that the flowers meet their standards.
A picture paints a thousand words. We ordered an $85 flower arrangement for our neighbors for Christmas. Imagine my shock when I saw a picture from our neighbors of the delivered arrangement (see image) versus the rose flower arrangement with two candles that we paid for (second image). I contacted Bloomex and sent them the pictures convinced it was a terrible mistake. The response I received from Bloomex, stated "the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy". They apologized and offered us a 10% credit on our next purchase! Two months later we still can't believe Bloomex can get away with this scam. They delivered an arrangement with mums, not the roses pictured, one candle, not two and carnations? Shame on you Bloomex!
Ordered flowers for Feb 14th 2023 -- spoke to Bill the rep and was told that the flowers would get delivered before 4:30pm. I got a email stating that order was out for delivery as of 3:30 pm... person who was getting the flowers waited until 5:00pm

I ordered the white box of long red roses and a teddy bear. My daughter received a blooms cardboard box with a bunch of left over valentines day have dead roses with baby's breath wrapped in horrible brown paper shoved in a box. The teddy was shoved in there too. Delivered to wrong house and didn't call first like i advised. Her birthday wishes were typed on the back of a 15% discount docket. Disgusting! When I complained they offered me 15% off next order! I was unable to upload photos.

I recently purchased a bouquet of roses for Valentine's Day. The flowers arrived and were already wilting. I took photos within 24 hours and opened a complaint with Bloomex for a refund or exchange.
Bloomex sent back an email stating that I could not obtain either a refund or exchange because my complaint was more than 24 hours after the flowers had been delivered, despite the fact that the timestamps on the photos showing the decaying flowers was within 24 hours of their delivery.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered a flower delivery from this website, I got an email of successful delivery the next day. Only that I asked my family member if they received them, I found out they were never delivered. I would not have known this as Bloomex did not alert me. When I contacted them about it I got a very rude response from the customer service saying I obviously don't check my email as they tried to contact. I sent them a screenshot of the successful delivery email from 3 days prior. They did not apologise for being rude and wanted me to pay again to have the flowers delivered. I refused as this was not my error. They responded stating I did not provide contact info for the recipient so it was my fault. I forwarded them my order confirmation email with proof of contact info at time of order.
I still did not receive an apology from customer service, at this stage I asked for a refund as it had been a 10 days since my order. They refused a refund despite the multiple errors on their end. I am still fighting for a refund 6 weeks later.
This company are providing a terrible service, not sending correct emails and the customer service team have been very rude, disrespectful to me and unhelpful.

I ordered birthday bouquet for my step-mom, but they delivered it without any flower cartridges and they were already so dried and curling up on the edges, that she had to throw out some of the blooms and greens. The rose bud and other flowers drooped within a couple days. Needless to say, it was embarrassing to have sent that to her. I paid $52.13 for old flowers, not properly prepared for delivery that died within three days! NEVER AGAIN! I tried to get a refund, or a replacement bouquet to be delivered and they said because my photo was not showing the 100% image of the bouquet, that they would not do anything about it. Plus because it was day three, and not within 24 hours of delivery. I expect flowers to last a minimum of one week and sometime they can last 10-14 days, but these were 'gone' almost immediately.
The flowers received looked nothing like the photo on their listing. This is for the bouquet called "Birthday Designer Collection I". I've attached a photo of what it looks like on the website compared to what was received. I wouldn't have paid $60 for that. The flowers also arrived 3 days later than promised (2 days after Valentine's Day), with no email informing us of this delay. Shouldn't we at least get a refund on the $15 delivery fee? When trying to contact a customer service rep via the live chat function on their website, there was no response despite being "next in queue" for over an hour. Their customer service is abhorrent and practically nonexistent so good luck if something goes wrong with your order. Very disappointed.
Do not use this company, unless you want your wife or girlfriend to get for Valentine's Day flowers on the 16th after paying a lot extra to be there between 9-12pm on Valentine's Day… they won't let you review and hide there comments.

BLOOMEX.CA is so bad. I had place an order for flowers weeks in advance for Valentines Day. The flowers has been delivered to this day. I contacted Customer Service and they said the driver attempted to call and no one answered as well he said the recipient name was not on the building list. Both are not true. Anyhow to this day no flowers and no refund as they said they tried to deliver. Also Customer service is the worst. I was on the the chat same day with Densel as to why the flowers did not get delivered and he just made a mockery of the whole thing and left the chat room after i complained that the flowers were not delivered and i wanted a refund. He said no refund then i explained that the service was unacceptable and ask for a refund again. He replied sure thing and left the chat room with no confirmation number or anything. Next day i called them and complained and they said they would call back within 24 hrs. No phone call yet. No refund. No flowers. I would stay away from them. Guaranteed flower delivery is not guaranteed.
