I ordered flowers from this Bloomex.ca to deliver it for my mother's in law Birthday. Same second I paid my order and customer service representative said my that this order will be delivered on the next day from 8 to 12 am. But this order haven't been delivered not in this day nor in next few days. But my order on the website exchenged it's status many times. I called to the bloomex many times and trying to get explanation what going on, but didn't get any, instead I got very bed customer support in course form. Finaly, old lady was waiting her birthday present for two days and didn't get it. After my next call bloomex advise her to pick her preset up in the office inspite the delivery was already paid. After four day fighting the DRY flowers were delivered to the recipient to be throwing out. I will never use bloomex service again and couldn't advice it to anybody.
DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX! Wrong flowers sent on two occasions, half of the flowers were dead or just not there, delivered on wrong day and no compensation for their mistakes. Horrible customer service
Called and emailed, even tried the live chat but no one was ever there. They still haven't delivered flowers, but have stolen my money and ruined Mother's Day for my mom. Won't respond to anything and won't refund my money. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Ordered 2 times from them, thinking maybe it was fluke the first time. Well NOPE! 2 times they did NOT deliver on the date. Forget being refunded by them, they will NOT REFUND, they won't even answer you. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge both times. STAY AWAY FROM BLOOMEX.
Excellent service! Delivery was extremely quick and the flowers from the florist I chose were beautiful. We will certainly be using Bloomex again for any more international floral needs. Thank you!
They did a same day delivery with no fuss and at a far more reasonable price than some of their well known competitors. My Grandmother really enjoyed the bouquet she received too.

Delivery charge should have been advised earlier while purchasing so its clear how much it is going to cost in total, otherwise I think the value is good.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
