Greatly disappointed. I purchased it from the picture shown. This was for my granddaughter. Lightweight, stamped picture, not good enough for gift giving. Slow shipping. Poor customer service. Never will purchase again from this company.
Other than the EXTREMELY long time it took to receive (close to a month). When the product arrived the overall product was not the same as pictured. The actual print of the design appears to be out of focus, and the coloring of the greens was much darker, almost black.
I'm not sure i should blame this company, because they never touched the product. It was shipped directly from China. They never saw it.

I bought 2 blankets. This one was for my sister who has a child with Autism. The blanket is absolutely beautiful, quality is excellent, very soft and the colors were vibrant. My sister cried. I also order different one for my man but he won't get it til Christmas but have no doubt I will love it. I definitely recommend their products.

Product was not what i was expecting at all... for the price & photos online I expected it to be an actual stuffed & original mattress quilt. Not satisfied at all.

I brought two blankets for my daughters for Christmas. Each one was suppose to have there name on it. But instead I got both blankets with the same name on it. It was there error but having a hard time finding out will I receive the blanket before Christmas. Still haven't got the blanket yet. They have no phone number, you can only reach them by email. Terrible customer service!

Received order on Dec 1st but order was incorrect. I received 2 blankets with the same name vs different names. I contacted customer support via email. Customer support researched my order and confirmed my order was incorrect. I was told a new blanket with the correct name would be sent. However, as of 12/17/2020, I have not received it. This was a Christmas present for my daughters. Now I'm concerned I will not receive it in time for Christmas. Now I have 2 blankets personalized with only 1 of my daughters name. This is disappointing considering I placed the order on Nov. 7th.
