Pretty picture caught my eye, checked seller information, there's a USA address, so I ordered it. Paid through Paypal, via my credit card. Got notice from my bank of an international transaction being processed to that credit card. Huh? Sent email by replying to their order acknowledgment email telling them to cancel the order. No response. Next day I get an email stating the item shipped, provided unfamiliar tracking number and link to click to see progress. Number doesn't come up. Day or so later I got an email rejection notice, he never got my cancel email because his mail handler rejected it, no idea why but it was on his end, maybe his "reply to" email address was bogus? I filed complaint with Paypal. Several days later I got another tracking number for USPS saying it was shipping from (or at least present in) Compton California. Sat for days at Label created status. All of a sudden it was scanned in Las Vegas (without ever being scanned in Compton) and delivered at my house 2 days later... and the label showed a return address of Rosemead, CA. Item was shrink wrapped and stitching appeared loose. I didn't open it because I just wanted this vendor out of my life and if I'd opened it I'd never get it back in the bag (it's a quilt). Changed complaint from Not Received to Not as Described. Seller finally agree to accept return and refund the $96 I'd paid... but gave me a VIETNAMESE address to return to. Postage would have been at least half or more of what I'd paid and probably would be no way to get proof of delivery and he wouldn't pay until he had it back. DON'T BUY FROM THIS LIAR.

Update: Quality star should be a 1 now. I finally opened it, the stitching was as bad all over as it looked through the wrapping, and it WASN'T A QUEEN SIZE. There is no size label on the quilt, just washing instructions. No fabric content label which I think is required by law to sell in the United States. It barely covers the surface of the queen sized bed. The picture in the ad shows it draped down the sides of the mattress. No way. The image quality isn't good enough to use it even for a wall hanging. This seller and his crappy products should be banned from sale in the United States. He sent me back a whopping $21 out of the $96 I paid to compensate me for receiving a thin, flimsy, poorly made, and USELESS quilt. I'll be using it as a dust cover over the bed in my camper. It's too light to use for warmth at all and I expect it will fall apart in the washer if I ever dare trying to wash it.

They are scammers... no phone numbers, LOST MY MONEY... BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY~! ~ Under investigation by BBB, you can google it.
