Can not believe that two days before xmas the WRONG item was delivered. I ordered a grandmother to granddaughter with unicorns one as a xmas present and I received one about the BEACH! Ordered this first week of November! I want a FULL refund now!
I ordered this blanket for my grand-daughter as a xmas gift early November and I still don't have it! E-mailed them multiple times and they keep telling me they will contact the shipper! I don't have a tracking number nor do I know where it's shipping from. Extremely frustrated at this point. I feel like nothings being done to rectify this situation and xmas is next week! HELP!
Order 2 personalized blankets on Nov 15. Plenty of time before holidays. Received both on Dec 5. Company made an error and printed same name on both. Contacted them and they said they would reprint. As of today Dec 22, package is still in China. This was their mistake they promised to make good in it but didn't have the decency to overnight package to me since it was their mistake so I would have it for Christmas. Now 3 days before Christmas I have to find another gift to open Christmas morning. I have no issues with purchasing from another country if I like the item but waiting weeks for items to arrive is ridiculous. If you are going to sell all over the world than get better shipping methods. Also this was Block Gears mistake and should have been rectify so I would have it in time for Christmas especially when it was orders 45 days before I needed it. Very disappointed. Alice in customer service was very nice but not happy with outcome and that I need to go shopping 3 days before Christmas.

I ordered my blanket over a month ago. Received a text message saying that it was being sent a month ago. Never received a tracking number. I've called the number no one answered. I've sent emails, no one has responded. I've paid for a product upfront that was a Christmas gift and Christmas is in three days so now I'm left with out their gift.
I place my order on 11/3/20, I received 1 of the three items on 12/3/20, the blanket is nice but not worth $69.95. The other two have not been received as of 12/22/20, these were to be Christmas gifts. As of 12/22/20 shipping still says it is in Maumee, Ohio since 12/9/20 damaged and reported to sender. Still have not heard from Block Gear (Alice) on what is going on. All I want now is a refund of the 2 items I have not received yet. B Wands
For one, delivery took over a month and the product did not resemble the same colors. I was not too happy, but I will accept. Done with this order.

I purchased the quilt as a source of inspiration for my daughter when she's in need and I'm not there. The phrases are ones that I use and let's remind it for her that I'm with her at all times. The variety is wonderful and the quality is great. My only disappointment was the background color was a much paler shade than was depicted. Other than that I would purchase again.

The blanket is definitely NOT a quilt. Please stop calling them quilts! They are printed fabric with lines sewn on top and the thinnest sliver of stuffing inside. Definitely not keeping you warm at night but if you just want what's printed on them, great. The quality of the print is fine. My mom purchased 2 for my kids and when we finally received them (good luck tracking these badboys as they are from China) I was appalled at the amount of money she paid for them.

I had a hard time ordering my Queen sized quilt. Took about 4 messages back and forth to get the 2 names I wanted on it and then it was not really confirmed that I had been successful. Customer service doesn't seem to have real people behind it. When I received it I was not really impressed with the weight of the product but I'm a guy, what do I know? Regardless, I ordered Queen sized and the quilt just fits on the top of a queen sized bed. There is nothing hanging over at all. As a top cover that would not be acceptable. Would I recommend this to a friend? No.

I made an order revision within less than 5 minutes of my original order. Very poor and unreliable customer service. The wrong item was sent to me in spite me being told it was corrected. I notified the company and the order has still gone uncorrected. It has been weeks amid this confusion and lots of money lost. No consistent contact from the company. Beyond frustrating; and I feel robbed!
I ordered a Queen size quilt, within the hour I changed it to King and they sent a bill for the difference which I immediately paid. They sent me the Queen. I've been back & forth with them, they wanted the measurements so I measured the quilt and sent it to them. It's Christmas and I have not received my King size quilt. They have really given me the run around. Very disappointed in my experience with them. Dianna B
I ordered and never received but I was charged on my credit card. When I asked where my order was they gave me tracking number but USPS said that was not a valid number for them. I have requested information from you and you promised to get right on it. I believe I will talk to credit card company to see if they will giave me my money back. Never order from here again.

I half to give 5 stars to this company I have lukiema and I wanted something for my 2 daughters 2 grand daughters and grandson husband sister and father I received 6 of the seven right away and I can tell you I was very impressed with each one I opened this will be something for each one to treasure when I go home I think they will be very satisfied with them im excited to see each ones face when they unwrap them Christmas eve thank you so much for the special something from me to them to treasure from me I appreciate it so much have a merry Christmas and a blessed new year

The product was thin and poor quality. I emailed Block of Gear expressing my dismay and asking for how to return and get a refund. Never got a response. Would NOT recommend!
Wish I could say I should have received my product, but it still has no arrived,, I got concerned 3 weeks ago, and when I spoke to Alice in Support, she said not to worry, it had been shipped,, if I had known the product was coming from out of the country I would have never ordered it, because it shipped on Nov 22nd they say, well it sure will not be here for Christmas, if it gets here at all. Not a company I will ever use again
