I purchased a queen sized quilt from them. When I received it, it was short in width and length. When I reported the size discrepancy to them by email (no other contact info) they said to send pics of measurements and the package label. I did as they asked, showing them the quilt was 66 x 78 inches. According to their chart, it should have been 70 x 79 inches. As they will not do the right thing and replace it, I now own a very expensive throw blanket. The photos show the left side of the blanket (first picture) when placed on the bed with a 4 inch drop on the right. (Second picture)

Took a while to arrive due to me entering the address wrong, was a gift to a friend in Germany. They reached out to me to get the right address and kept me updated with the process. It finally arrived the second time way before the estimated delivery. Support was very helpful in making sure it got to where it was going.

Thin, but nice. Replace it my second order and getting to Texas quilts for my boys that came out damaged cuz they wrapped up and plastic and tape and I miss the piece of tape that was on one of the blankets and it got washed and dried and now that he's have is stuck on to the fabric and won't come off. I washed them in cold water dried them on low twice. I'm stuck with the products.

I ordered the Deer Couple king size quilt bed set in 6/22 for $98.95 plus tax & Shipping. I was not pleased with it! The pattern was blurry. They wanted pictures of it. I sent pics. They said it had to be before a committee. They wanted more pics. Sent numerous texts asking to return it and receive a refund. I am fed up with them. They are a joke. I will never order anything from them and I advise other to not. My order # was BOBW*******.

I ordered a King Size quilt advertised as a Beautiful Irish Quilt bedset. In the ad the colours are vivid and beautiful in reality the the colours are dull and nothing like the ad. It's also very thin and not worth the money.

I bought a total of 6 blankets all was suppose to say love Grandma. One came that said love Grammy and grampy and for months I asked for a return label for an exchange. They kept sayiñg because there wasn't anything wrong with the blanket they could not give me a refund or exchange. I kept telling them it's still in the original packaging but has the wrong saying on it. Pretty much it wasn't there problem. I ordered way before Christmas and still waiting on 2 of my blankets they charged me again for the replacement of the blanket that I've been trying to return. Their customer service is definitely not an experience I want to go through again. The last email I sent them they completely ignored but I had several emails telling me they would not exchange it.

Their products are amazingly awesome. Love the quality of items. Having to deal with their customer service was so easy. We got fast responses and our problem was quickly resolved. Will definitely purchase from them again

Purchased a beautiful Christmas quilt. However when received, almost a month after ordered, it looked NOTHING like website photo. Asked for refund and return shipping, was told to open and spread out which is against return/refund policy, like colors would change just because package was opened and unfolded. Since I would not comply, company has refused to respond to any email, issue a refund or provide return shipping labels or authorization. I will never buy anything from this website again. False advertising and takes no responsibility plus customer service does not exist.

UPDATE: After several emails and company then saying they would take responsibility for opening of package, sent pics of quilt received. As it did not look like the one online, they finally issued a full credit.

I've had a VERY difficult time receiving this item, took over a month. I had to email numerous times. Sometimes they responded and sometimes they didn't. Once I received my purchase I opened it up only to find this disgusting & poorly made flag. The quality in person is horrible. It looks severely faded. It's the worst laser print I have ever seen. Somebody named "Alice" has emailed me back however, she won't send me return instructions for a full refund. I always read reviews before purchasing and for some reason I didn't think to with this company. I completely regret it!

I ordered 2 personalized blankets for my grandchildren. The quality is fine, and was exactly what I expected. Probably a bit overpriced, but I chose to buy them knowing this. My issue is how long it took the order to arrive, and the terrible business model of this company. They do not communicate shipping details with you, so that you have some kind of idea when your items might arrive. They also do not provide ANY PHONE NUMBERS, I'm sure by design. You can email them, and they DID respond to me within the required time period. At this time they did send me a link for the postal delivery. I had already stopped payment on my credit card, after reading the reviews of people not receiving their orders. However, I did cancel that once the order came today. The blankets are actually very cute, very soft, and plenty thick enough. I cannot say that I am disappointed with the product, only the process.

This is a feather light, super warm beautiful cover. It just fits as a topper for my queen size bed and really brightens up the bedroom. Normally I don't sleep under but there have been several colder nights that I reached over and grabbed it. My dog jumped on the bed with muddy feet and wet fur so I had to run it through the washer and drier. Colors remained bright and clear, no damage to the fuzzy fabric, no shrinkage.

I bought this in a king for my queen size bed and its absolutely beautiful. This is the 4th quilt I've bought from block of gear and have been very satisfied with every one. I will be back again, this time sunflowers. These quilts are beautifully crafted, don't shrink, don't fade and they're warm too and lightweight.

As a seamstress, I am always quite leary of ordering a ready made product on line as so many are very poorly made. The fabric and sewing is top-notch especially for the price and I'm sure our special needs boy will love it.

I am delighted to let you all know that my order, the Beautiful Irish Quilt, arrived safely in perfect condition and it is indeed beautiful. I am a very satisfied customer. I will buy again from this store for sure.

I ordered a quilt for my friend in a nursing home. Block of Gear recommends gentler care than industrial machines; however, the light weight quilt held up beautifully even after hot wash and hot dry. With so many styles to choose from, they are suitable for kids, teens, college students, and everyone else too. Thank you, Block of Gear! You made my friend very happy. <3

I am writing a review on a product that I never got. It said it had shipped however was not delivered due to insufficient address. When attempting to correct this issue service stated two things in the same response. 1-they don't do returns 2- they will do it again for another $15. So is this a real company? I don't know. I don't have proof that I put in the correct address, maybe you should! Do I give them 15 more and see or just cut my losses?

Been trying to return my starry night cat blanket since it arrived(thin material, poor graphics transfer) three weeks ago, but been getting the run around the whole time. Waiting for PayPal to get involved.
