There was nothing on the website about the quilts being made and shipped from China. I thought I was purchasing from a U.S. company. The actual quilts are quite thin, though they are very pretty. I'm not sure how they will hold up with use. Also, I feel the cost of the quilts should be much lower due to the fact they are made in China. I would have given a higher rating if you were more upfront and stated that the quilts are made and shipped from China.
I absolutely love Block of Gear! My cousin shared your info on her social media page. I then placed an order for my daughter. It's been my go to site for gifts every since. I recommend this product to any and everyone. Although it does take some time to get to you, it's well worth the wait. After all, you can't rush PERFECTION! Keep up the excellent work!

The Christmas bedspread is cute and pretty fair quality. It took about a month or more to get it so I barely got it here before Christmas. Give them plenty of time for shipping because it must be coming from China.

White stitching all over a brown horse. Nothing like the advertised pictures. Extremely thin. Too small bought a twin does not come close to fitting a twin size bed. Paid $89 contacted them several times sent them pics they offered to refund 15%? Will not refun my money POS company

Very thin, no batting. White edge around material cheapened the look. Could not use as a couch throw. Too cheaply done.
Won't order again. Purchased as a gift and not pleased. Worth $25 paid almost$70.

Have yet to receive order confirmation. I ordered on November 20. Sent multiple messages and received automated emails that they are checking on my order. Never happened. Finally got shipment detail after I threatened them to report them. However, the tracking number does not exist. My bank also put a hold on my bank account because this company has a bad scoring rate. Don't order from them. Nothing but trouble.

Number three grandson just loves construction vehicles. He has small hand held to large ones. This quilt is full of bright, colorful images of all different vehicles and their names. It is soft and comfortable to wrap up in or spread out and play upon. Added touch is having the words to one of our special songs, "You Are My Sunshine". It is something to treasure and enjoy for a long time.

Ordered a blanket set never got it and then got the run around. I was given a choice get 30% of what I had spent or give more money hoping they could get the blanket to me the second time. Wow when you're package gets lost our stolen your forced to spend more or loose 70% of your money.

When I saw these blankets and bedspreads I fell in love. I found each of my grandkids a blanket/comforter that fit their personality. I have 4 grandkids and each blanket came 1 at a time. Sadly the one I most thrilled to see arrive was my eldest granddaughter whom has taken a love of unicorns as I have, was lost in the mail. I found out when I received a message from Alice at Block of Gear telling me what happened and that they were sending out another one to replace it with no extra charge and no hassle. I will be ordering more in the near future as my 5th grandchild will arrive around Thanksgiving. And then more for other family too. My grandkids, I'm told by my daughter, absolutely LOVE them. They are so soft and cuddly. My daughter said it looks like good quality work. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service. I never write reviews but you deserve an exceptional rave! Would not recommend ordering from a company that will not answer calls or emails. This product was ordered first of 12/20 as a Christmas gift. Today is 1/13/21 and the product has not arrived. This was a Christmas present for my mother in law who lost her husband. So what are you gonna do about it?

I have never been so disappointed in a company. Not only did I order in April and still nothing I paid extra for guarantee shipping. I have emailed and emailed and then got a response 6 days later saying my package will be delivered in the 40 days that they don't include holiday and weekends. Well do the math it's now June 29 thats way over 40 days. Very poor customer service I don't even want it at this point just my money back

Ordered Graduation blanket in April. Sent 5 messages and each one says it is in transit to the next location.
This was a gift... so disappointed! They must be shipping from overseas and no planes are flying into the USA.
I even tried to cancel my order and could not because it had shipped. Well my credit card sure was charged before it was shipped.

I bought my daughters 2020 graduation quilt many weeks ago. We finally received it and she completely loves it! It's really beautiful! Although the process was frustrating, the company did reply every time I contacted them. I do think Covid 19 must have had everything to do with the delay. We are happy with the end result! Their products on line look super cute. Purchased a quilt for Mother's Day. Never received any information for shipping. After about two weeks I emailed them asking about my order. Emailed back within a day and told me it was currently being processed and it would be shipped shortly. Another week went by and still nothing so I emailed them again. They said my product was in high demand (even though online it said only 4 were available so to purchase soon), said they'd send me another email shortly with my tracking number and the company to whom it was shipping through. Another weeks gone by and still nothing. Looked up reviews for this company and they've appeared to done this recently to more than just me. Had to request a refund from PayPal and reported their business. Don't waste your money.

I absolutely love the dragon quilt. Quality made! When I ordered the California King I honestly thought it wouldn't fit my bed but, it fits perfect with enough to hang slightly over. You can't go wrong purchasing from Block of Gear. Now I have to get different curtains
