Hi Jeannette, thanks for your question. All orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days. It takes 1 - 3 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out. You will receive your order from 7 – 12 business days (depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

It took 6 weeks to get my order and let me tell you it's garbage. I hope you didn't order something from them and expect it here before Christmas.
