I am disappointed with the response on how to return the bedspread that didn't fit our bed. I emailed and got no response. I dont see keeping the bedspread if it doesn't fit the bed.

Ordered blanket for my son nov. 16. Money was taking out by BOG on nov. 16 and it is now dec16 and still no blanket. I emailed them and get a generic reply saying it been shipped and in transit.

Very thin, no batting. White edge around material cheapened the look. Could not use as a couch throw. Too cheaply done.

I really loved the quilt when I initially saw it online. What a beautiful gift for my daughter. Communication was fine regarding keeping me updated about shipping, which I appreciated. Once received, the quilt was a bit thinner than I expected and the graphics were okay. Not disappointed but I think now that it was pricey for the quality.

I ordered my product 11/2/20 and I still have no product! 6 weeks and nothing, not even a tracking number! All my email inquires are auto generated and say the same thing. I ordered the twin quilt with cardinals for a Christmas gift for a friend who lost her son. It arrived later than expected but I allowed for that considering the current shipping delays due to Covid 19. However, the quality of the print is very poor. It looks very faded and was not even close to the vibrant colors pictured on the ad. It was also enclosed in a vacuum sealed bag and is very wrinkled. I will not be giving this as a gift. I am not sure what to do with it. It would have been worth the money if it arrived in the colors shown in the ad and not severely wrinkled but that is not the case. Quite disappointed with this purchase.

This year has been difficult for many. My only grandchild will be graduating in May and I wanted something special for her. These quilts hit the spot. I was amazed at how fast I received my order.
