Careful as this company is not nice and very difficult to get a hold of. They shipped the wrong product and wanted me to pay to return it and a restocking fee. It took 10+ hours to fix it and BisonOffice repeatedly saying "no" before I convinced them of their error.

Hope they get your order right, but on principle I would choose a company that isn't ethically bankrupt.

Great service before during and after!
June 20, 2022

I ordered 4 chairs and they arrived a day ahead of schedule. Which is unheard of in today's world. After opening and starting to assemble the chairs I found one piece that was damaged. I emailed the company and found out what they needed from my end. After fulfilling that the replacement part was shipped out the next day. Daria whom assisted me online was tremendous to deal with the problem. If I need other products they supply I will definitely not hesitate to order.

I purchased a rug from Bison Office, and they sent an entirely different rug than what was ordered. I contacted them and they agreed to send a replacement rug that was correct. The replacement was awful in appearance and not at all like the one pictured on their website. I emailed them three times to get a second replacement or a refund but did not hear back from them. I contacted PayPal to file a complaint and Bison Office replied, stating that they responded to my emails, even stating that they sent a return shipping label. I received a voicemail from them a couple of days later but when I called the number provided, I was prompted to enter the star symbol and an extension or person's name. However, each time I tried to do so the phone disconnected, and this matter is still not resolved. I am posting this message to make others aware so they can avoid the same problem I'm having with Bison Office.

Deceitful Business

If you make a mistake in ordering the wrong product you'll never get your money back! They are not truthful in their advertising. Stay away! Use reliable companies that will replace your products even if the item is a bit more in price.

Great Customer Service

Laura and Daria were a pleasure to work with when my coffee table had issues. I owned the table for only 3 weeks when noticeable cracks started forming and I knew the table was defective. I expected a long frustrating road to come to a resolution and to my surprise it was none of that. Laura and Daria responded immediately to all my emails and provided regular updates. In one short week from initially contacting Bison Office I had a replacement table at my house. Great customer service still exists in the world today! You earned a new customer

I bought this dresser and when we open the package both corners were broken off One of them didn't even have a corner protector on it. I contacted the company as Amazon told me to and they just kept sending me the same request send pictures and I sent pictures of the packaging all four sides of the broken pieces. Only response I got was to send me pictures. After I sent the pictures three times I never heard from him again and it was then too late for the 30-day return policy. Not to mention the fact that I would have to pay the shipping to send it back. This is a nine drawer dresser with a mirror. It would have cost almost as much to send it back as it was to buy it in the first place. I don't get a special rate. I will never do business with them again.

Excellent Service!

We bought several items from BisonOffice for our new home. The quality was wonderful but the customer service was outstanding! One of our chairs arrived damaged and so I reached out for assistance. I was connected with a customer service representative named Simona. She was so thoughtful, responsive and helpful. She immediately followed up and offered several solutions to my problem. Simona then continued to keep us posted on the status until the new piece was delivered and we were satisfied. I look forward to ordering more products from BisonOffice as well as recommending them to my friends and family!

Bought on Amazon and Bison was the seller. Nowhere on the sellers page could I find a mention of a 20% restocking fee. Then I sent back the unopened item via fedex. 3 weeks go by and no refund. I contacted them and now they say I have to email the tracking number for proof of delivery even though they already have the item with the proper return authorization number. Very unethical.

Great Customer Service

I had purchased a desk from Bison Office and I mistakenly misread the measurements and discovered I could not use the desk. I called the customer service line and an actual person answered. They were very professional and helpful and went above and beyond to make the return process simple and easy. I had a lot of question and spoke with two different people and they were very patient and helpful. The quality of the desk was top-notch and was disappointed I was not able to use it. I have bought products from Bison in the past and the quality of the product has always been very good. The friendly staff and effort was worth mentioning because great customer service seems hard to come by these days but the people at Binson Office do truly care about helping and providing great products with a great service.

Their prices were good. Not the lowest, but had a good selection and I just wanted to buy from one place. Something was delivered damaged. They said they would only give what amounted to a 6% refund. They would not entertain replacing it. Go somewhere else.

Great company to work with
October 30, 2021

I ordered a kitchen island for my pantry from this company. Their communication was excellent throughout, and the product arrived in the timeframe they originally indicated. The box had been damaged in shipping, and there was a small scar in the wood where the box had been torn off. I gave them this information and they replied immediately to resolve the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting excellent customer service!

Great customer service

I received the Mallory King Bed. Shipping was quick; however upon receipt, the headboard had some issues. After reaching out to customer service, they had a new headboard shipped right away. The bed was a little challenging to put together due to the headboard being in 2 pieces and not fitting quite as snug as I'd like, but overall we really like the bed! Thanks Bison Office for excellent customer service!

I'm a first time buyer from BisonOffice. I purchased an end table which was shipped out promptly. Item was received damaged although I believe it was the fault of the manufacturer and not BisonOffice or the carrier. Contacted BisonOffice regarding the damage and they made it right in timely fashion. Would have no reservations to transact business with BisonOffice in the future.

I received my item damaged by both the carrier and the manufacturer. Bison Office immediately sent out a replacement and it arrived quickly. Unfortunately I found this one also had damage by the manufacturer however was less than the first time. The customer service I received throughout the entire situation was wonderful, professional, attentive and prompt. I would shop again through Bison Office because of the compensation I received for the damages by the carrier and manufacturer, their customer service, fast shipping and product selection.

Ordered an Item vanity stool from Amazon and returned the item unopened. Bison promised to provide a refund and return shipping charges. Three weeks later was still arguing with them to return my money for an unopened package. I did not receive back my shipping charges and they deducted 20% for restocking charges. This is horrible customer service. Amazon was able to help me and I received my money back in full. I sent Amazon these reviews and websites to black list this company. They should not be in business! Will Never order anything from Bison again!

Our office has been purchasing supplies from BisonOffice for over 2 years. We use lots of paper. Monthly needs. Easy to reorder, price is great, quick deliveries - no complains.
Once we had a slightly damaged box. UPS's fault, but Bison reshipped it right away at no charge.
