Received my buffet/china cabinet few days ago. I was so happy with everything. No scratches, no broken glass (and there was a lot of glass) delivered earlier than expected. Delivery guy was awesome and brought it right in the house, which I don't think he had to. We had to hire couple guys to set the china cabinet on top of buffet. It was just too heavy for us older folks. But that was no big deal. Again couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience.
Ordered 3 HON brand desks and a file cabinet directly from BisonOffice. Arrived at my house 3 days later (unbelievable really). Shipped directly from HON to my house via a logistics company. Packaged onto a custom pallet and fiber cinch-strapped to the pallet with good squishy cardboard padding, no damage at all, not even a dent on the boxes. Also, a B&W picture of the custom packing was affixed to the outside of the package showing what it should look like so you know its all intact before accepting shipment.
Can't say that I have had a better experience with bulk-shipped items, and the price was outstanding for the quality. Exceeded my expectations!
Lucy at customer service was very friendly and understanding. I purchased an item through Walmart. Com not realizing that it was sold by Bison office supply. Long story short the item was not priced as thought when I added to my cart. They refunded my money quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.!
Literally the worst most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY! I ordered a Propane Fire Pit 4 Months ago. I got the first one in and it came broken into pieces. So I ordered a replacement which took another month just to come back Broken again. Then they cut me off because their mistake and essentially said sorry there nothing we can do heres your money back. I said I dont want my money back I want my Item I waited for months for. They refused to send me another. They said its out of there hands. The Staff has some major customer service Issues
While searching for a lateral file cabinet, I found Bison Office prices to be the best. I got fast, FREE delivery, but unfortunately it arrived damaged. I contacted them, and they responded immediately asking for photos. A replacement was not available because it is a discontinued item, but they quickly refunded me. I had never heard of Bison Office before and was a little hesitant to do business with them. Demi and Sophie from customer support could not have been more pleasant and quick to respond. I would definitely buy from and recommend Bison Office to anyone. They want their customers to be satisfied which is rare these days.
It's rare when you happen upon a business that has quality merchandise at more than competitive prices with exceptional customer service! I feel like I won the lottery because with BisonOffice I got all three!

I was searching for a centerpiece on google and stumbled upon Bison Office, which offered the best price. As a matter of fact it was almost too good to be true, and I quickly found other cool decorative pieces at remarkably low prices. I took a small gamble, and all of the items arrived fast. One of the decorative pieces seemed a little off, so I contacted customer support and they were so quick and understanding. It's so nice to have great customer service when things don't go as planned, and I feel I've found a great business for future purchases. I highly recommend!
I purchased a rug which upon arrival had a rip in the litter plastic. With all the rain the carpet was wet. I was nervous about getting my money back but Jay in the customer service department was very responsive to my request. Worked quickly and diligently and the entire refund process was quick and easy. Thank you Jay. This is how all customer service departments should work.
I ordered something from their BisonOffice Amazon seller account. It was the wrong thing, my bad. To return it, I must ship it back to the warehouse less than ten miles from me and lose a 20% stocking fee plus pay the shipping for 2 very heavy boxes. I'm going to lose 40% of what I paid. Yes, my fault, but they lost the chance for me to turn around and buy the correct items from them. It was a $100 sale for them, small potatoes, so they don't care.
I had called the main office of S. P. Richards, the warehouse provider, and a very nice person told me that I could take it to the Atlanta warehouse, and she transferred me to that office. I left voice mail, but nobody called me back.
I called again today and the Customer-No-Service agent on the phone was very rude.
DO NOT BUY from BisonOffice unless you have the exact right information. It's hell getting any help if you make a mistake. I'm also going to inform Amazon of this lack of service.
My wife and I purchased a stand alone pantry form them. It arrived damaged form careless handling form FedEx. FedEx excepted full responsibility for the drivers actions and shipped it back at no cost to us. We reached out to the seller ( Bison Office) and had nothing but caring and prompt interaction with NORA and GRACE. We appreciate doing business with y'all. Please thank the warehouse for the mess they received. ( forklift certified!) They will know what it means.
We had an issue with a recliner and customer support was really easy to work with. They are prompt and very willing to help you fix issues. I'd purchase from them over a big box furniture store any day.
They also sent out a replacement rug when they accidentally sent me the wrong pattern.
After receiving a slightly damaged nightstand (due to damage during transport), I contacted customer service. They promptly responded, and within a very short period of time, a new nightstand is on its way.

I have limited walking ability and procrastinated getting a wheelchair as I frequent stores with electric carts. Finally I decided to order one to get around the stores I haven't been to in years that have no wheelchairs or electric cart. I picked a lightweight wide seat 300 lb capacity. I ordered the least expensive one and to my pleasant surprise, it is ideal more than ideal. We were able to place it in my small trunk in less than 2 minutes. I was going to order a carrier for the back of my car. I can't say enough words to describe how happy and excited I was today roaming around the store with ease. Perfect transport wheelchair. Excellent service and quick ship. Highly recommend this company.
I ordered a hall tree with storage bench that came in two boxes, and the smaller of the two boxes I received was not the storage bench. Bison Office's customer service reps were polite and very responsive to my email. They asked for some photos of the pieces I received in error and then immediately processed an order for the correct storage bench. It arrived in about four days, and they did not make me return the incorrect item (which was just three pieces of wood). My hall tree is now assembled and looks great! I would purchase from BisonOffice.com again, because I know they will address any issues I may have with courtesy and professionalism, and make things right. That kind of customer service is not easy to find these days.
It is very disheartening when you order a product online and parts are damaged. I am so grateful for having dealt with Gabriele who addressed the problem very promptly. The new parts arrived quickly and that is a testament to her commitment to excellent customer service. Not only that she was very cordial and at no time acted like I was a burden. This is the kind of company you enjoy doing business with. We are all under a very stressful time with this virus and its nice to know that someone really cares about you when they may be going through rougher times then you are.
I received an order MONTHS after I placed my order for a new desk, bookshelf, and cabinet, and it arrived damaged. But, this wasn't damaged by the shipping company, it was damaged before the pallet was packaged. Then, you are required to jump through hoop after hoop by the customer service people, and told that it MAY be replaced if they deem the damage was done by them. I was asked to keep the damaged items on-hand in case they needed further inspection. This desktop literally had a chunk missing, as if I have infinite space to store this poorly made furniture around my home... The replacement has still not arrived. It would have been cheaper, faster, and less trouble to just go with IKEA stuff.
I've recently placed my first order with BisonOffice via their website. The website was easy to navigate and my order of bar stools was processed quickly. The bar stools arrived sooner than expected. There was minimal assembly required, which went smoothly. However, one of the bar stools did not swivel correctly. I promptly contacted BisonOffice via email regarding the issue and received a kind and professional response from their representative, Leah. She is fantastic!
