I bought a GPS for use in Australia from a website that had an Australian flag on the top and the unit was advertised in Australian Dollars. I was thus surprised to find the unit came from Spain and had Western European maps and no Australian Maps. Thus the unit is not suitable for use in Australia unless you pay, almost the cost of the unit itself, to buy the Australian maps. When I complained the company advised it said in the fine print the unit would have European maps, and thus not suitable for use in Australia!
Be aware this company trades under numerous names, like TradeInn, RunnInn, BikeInn, DiveInn, DressInn etc.
Never under any circumstances place an order with BIKEINN. This site is a scam! Placing an order, no problem. Receiving an order, BIG PROBLEM! Stay away from BIKEINN!
Good product. Ordered a new tire and got it quickly. Was exactly as described. Good quality and will order from them again.
Took about four weeks to receive from Spain company does seem to be very legit because I got what I paid for which were to mountain bike tires which I paid a lot less than I would in my local shop
They sell you stuff with missing parts And ask you to pay for the return! The worst seller on the internet!
No product, no tracking updates in over 3 weeks, no refund. Shocking customer service. Keep saying the same thing. It's on its way. Clearly it isn't!
I ordered a helmet and some other items a month ago, but the helmet kept being delayed. They refused to deliver the other items first and insisted they have to deliver the complete order.
They cannot confirm when they can deliver the helmet, and provided me with, 2 options (1) keep waiting (2) delete the helmet from the order. I asked how much they will refund me (considering delivery and discount that I was entitled to for this order). I told them I needed to know the refund amount to make this decision because of bundled shipping savings for the remaining items in the order. They kept refusing to coorperate and kept insisting I have to delete the item first. After much discussion they finally gave me an estimated refund amount. With that estimate I agreed to the deletion. After deletion, they then confirmed the refund amount which is far lesser than the estimate they gave me. I wrote back to explain the issue, and no more response.
With this deletion and their refund, I now ended up paying far more for the other items in my order, that I would have if I bought the remaining items today without the helmet. With their refund amount, they have effectively removed the discount on this order that I was entitled to.
Their approach is poor and not sincere. (1) the advertised date is not accurate, (2) they communicate delay on the day when the item was to be shipped which causes lengthy delays,(3) they cannot confirm delivery and refuses to take responsibility for or be committed to the order and money that they have taken (4) they provided options that do not help ie either keep waiting endlessly or to cancel for a refund which they refused to disclose or to be transparent, (5) after cancellation of the item they provided me with a refund that robbed me of the discount they promised in this order (6) and they did all these by taking my money in advance and made me wait aimlessly for the items that I bought...
This is my first purchase from BikeInn, and I have been cheated. Please be careful when dealing with these guys.

My Bikeinn order ******* has now been sitting for 25 day's supposably awaiting international departure at
DEN HAAG A. I order things from overseas all the time and completely understand that due to COVID 19 things have slowed considerably however at the same time that this item was ordered 1/8 I ordered several other items from other overseas sites all that arrived within 10 days. This company simply does not deserve your hard earned money, their customer service is appalling and don't be fooled they could not care one tiny bit and foolishly think that they can continue to operate this way. Thankfully I used PayPal when I regretfully used BikeInn and I will now raise a dispute and BikeInn can now deal with PayPal. They will reply with some robotic apology that really means nothing and then blame it on COVID however if you look carefully they have always operated this way and will not stop until consumers stop purchasing from them. I have a substantial YouTube Channel and intend on doing a full consumer review on BikeInn and their practices, the only option for this business is to improve the way they treat their customers or simply close the business. I will leave a link to my YouTube review once I have completed it.
Awful delivery service. Changed delivery day twice and now it shows only in transit with no date. 2 weeks past and no item.
I ordered a pair of Sm rt70 slx disc in May, early in June the other scam company Klarna released the invoice, wich i paid. Though i had to email Tradeinn for a shipping number. Then i was told, that the order was delayed further 10 weeks and had not been sent. I contacted Klarna. They said i had to contact Tradeinn again? I emailed to cancel the order,'cos i'd found the same disc ready availible on an other site. Tradeinn confirmed the cancellation. I got in touch with Klarna again they said Tradeinn hadn't cancel the order. Emailed Tradeinn again now they said i had to sort it with Klarna!
Two great scam companies! So i've paid them c: a 70€ for nothing that's never been sent and never will be! I had to splash out 65€ more to get a pair of Sm rt70's for my Bianchi. They got really pricey! That's what happens when you deal with a couple of crook companies. I'm Swedish so i have heard all the complaints about Klarna and more should be aware if trouble arise they will not help you out in any respect and if the store you bought it from doesn't withdraw the order. Then you have lost your money!
Now i know a little about swedish law so i have asked them to prove what i have paid for and evidence it being sent and i've collected it! So in time i hope i'll see my money!

So what you're telling me after 4 previous requests by me to locate my package, is that the order that I placed 7 weeks ago on April 16th for two bike tires is missing, and,
1. You cannot locate it,
2. I have not received it,
3. After 6 weeks waiting on your defective shipping methods, I no longer have a need for it,
You tell me the order cannot be cancelled or refunded until I receive it and send it back to you (sounds pretty unlikely at this point, don't you think?)
This means that if it never arrives, which at this point seems highly likely, I, as your CUSTOMER am paying for something that I never received and that you, the SUPPLIER have no responsibility to your customer to do right by me and refund my purchase until you receive the item back (which also seems pretty unlikely since the trip here has taken 6 weeks so far and has not even shown as leaving the Netherlands for 5 of those weeks, which I take as meaning it's lost in transit).
The responsibility here is YOURs, not mine, and as a business you should know better than to screw your customer for your poor choices in shipping service. Your denying any responsibility and refusing to refund my payment for your lost inventory will be captured in my next review.
Please plan on continuing to receive more negative reviews on your site until you resolve this issue. Your reviews are already extremely poor; possibly you don't care if you have no plans to continue to do business under your current name.
This is my last attempt to get you to do the right thing and refund my money. I will never do business with you again.
I hope any reader sees this and thinks twice about choosing these people to do business with.

Answer: You are sent a product in the post, might not be the item ordered or it might be faulty but you will get something eventually. Just don't try to return it.
