Save your money, It's now a month and a half past due. Support keep asking me to contact USPS. Asked for a refund multiple times, just a waste of money.
After submitting my previous review Bikeinn contacted almost immediately and offered to cover the cost of return shipping through DHL. It took several more weeks to receive my shoes back from customs (COVID situation kicked in), but once I let Bikeinn know they offered a prepaid DHL shipping label. I printed out the DHL label and shipped them back. This time it would flawlessly and Bikeinn received my return and I finally got my refund.
I don't know why the US Post Office shipping got hung up in customs and DHL did not, but I would suggest anyone making a return from the US to use DHL.
Also if Bikeinn offered a way to just purchase a prepaid DHL shipping return label I would have gladly done it (suggestion on how improve their service).
Anyhow it worked out in the end and while it cost me $55 on a failed return Bikeinn did step up and covered the DHL cost.
Now that I know the potential issue and how to address it, I'd consider ordering from them again.
I'm not sure really who to blame this situation on but if you have to return an item I'd be highly cautious. I ordered a pair of the Shimano mw701 shoes in November 2019, they arrived seamlessly in the US in under 2 weeks. Unfortunately they were too large for me so I requested a return and shipped them back by US Postal Service for $55. That was on 12/26/2019, it is now over 2 months later 2/29/2020 and Bikeinn has still not received them. Supposedly they are in customs. Either way it super frustrating and unless you are absolutely positive on your size I would not recommend purchasing from Bikeinn.
I didn't realize I was purchasing gear from Spain.
Then when I shipped the goods (to Spain!) at my expense they denied receiving the returned goods.
Cost me $400.
Never again. Buy USA.
I received the wrong product and I am stock with it. Useless customer service! The worst online shopping experience I had so far. I just gave up on trying to return it because it seems impossible.

This tyre was purchased on 17th of July 2021 and I'm still awaiting delivery. The item was showing IN STOCK at the time of purchase.
I have contacted them on numerous occasions and been told there has been a delay to the warehouse. A 4 month delay. Seriously?
I purchased the same tyre from another bike shop albeit a little more expensive and this was delivered a few days later.
I haven't cancelled this yet as it's a little funny now and I'm wanting to see how long it takes to get delivered or they admit defeat.
The tyre is still showing delivery in 2 more weeks but this changes daily and is always 2 weeks from the day you log onto your account.
They do respond to my emails, but don't answer all my questions such as what does in stock actually mean? Where is the tyre at the moment. Why is there a delay?
I'm aware covid, Brexit and Ever Green getting stuck had implications, but not like this especially when it's in stock. Having the raw materials and knowing the company who makes the tyre, does that mean in stock nowadays.
Anyway please be aware if you need something sharpish and it's showing in stock on this companies site... That could mean anything. Be aware.
I ordered bike parts in 2021. Bikeinn sent me an email confirming that the order was filled and the items were ready to be picked up by the shipper. They had a tracking number. There was even a signed certificate of sale with a signature connected to my order. And even more odd, I was sent a photo of the package that looked like it was on the floor of a dimly lit room. The tracking never updated, only showing that the carrier was ready to pick it up. But the order was never picked up and I never received the parts.
A year later, forgetting the previous experience I placed another order. After the same bogus tracking information was sent to me, I realized it was the same retailer. I immediately chatted with them and asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. They confirmed that they would cancel and refund my payment. They never did. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. The cc company contacted them multiple times but they never responded. Only after the required 3 month period was over did the my cc company finally issue a refund. This is a bogus scam of a company.
They grossly overcharge on shipping cost. I paid for items and they were never delivered. Its 6 months now and i wrote numerous emails for refund. NO REFUND.
They are absolutely ripping people off.

Then i refused their offers and they send me message which added above,
Although we were expecting your ordered item to be delivered to us sooner, it is taking longer than expected for it to reach our warehouse.
Following their latest information, the Shimano RC5 Blue EU 43 will reach our warehouse around 12/12/2019.
If this is too late for you, please log into My Account in order to replace or delete the item of your order.
And today they send me this message;

I was rather apprehensive to order from Bikeinn.com when I realized I was ordering from Spain. I currently live in the US (Iowa) and I decided to give it a go as I was given an estimated delivery date not too far out past items shipping within the US. This was my first time ordering from Bikeinn.com and overall it did work out. I placed the order on July 19th and here we are on August 6th and my item delivered in perfect condition. I have not used it yet but I saved over $200 by not purchasing from the US.
Along the journey I did reach out to customer service as I had questions and they did respond to me each time. The responses were at times vague but I always got an answer within 24 hours. I have one other order that I placed three days prior to this one and it has still not passed customs in the US yet. For some reason my first purchase sat at a hub in the Netherlands for about 10 days while this one passed right through and delivered first. Original estimated delivery date was slightly sooner than this but overall I am satisfied. The one piece I was unsure about was with it being shipped to me via USPS, I did not know if I was going to be charged customs import / duty fees and such and gladly I was not charged anything additionally.
I will definitely purchase from these guys again but since we have such a limited time to bike in good weather in the midwest (US) I will wait to order from them until winter or springwhen I am ok waiting on parts for half of a month.
From the day I placed my order. 7 weeks and 1 day passed before I received it. When I opened the package, only 3 of the 4 items I paid for were present...
I purchased 4 items from BikeInn on April 9. All items showed as "in stock," but shipment was delayed for 2 weeks because they were waiting to get 2 items to their warehouse. No notification from BikeInn on the delay or offers to just send what they had until I reached out to ask about the delay. Items FINALLY shipped on April 26. I was told delivery would take 5-15 business days. It's now May 28 and current tracking status, dated May 1 shows "Item in transit to destination country." Considering the COVID-19 crisis, I anticipated that shipping would be affected, but COME ON!
I've contacted BikeInn several times with regard to the delay, and their responses are slow, unhelpful, and make no effort to compensate a customer who has been patient and has a legitimate reason to complain. I finally just disputed the charges with my credit card. I informed BikeInn about that decision and requested that they cancel delivery. Their response? "Well... we'll try, but that's kind of hard. Just refuse delivery on your end and well credit your card when we get our items back." Seriously? That will be years from now at this rate, if ever.
So 2 days ago, I ordered similar items from a competitor in the U. K. (Chain Reaction) for less money. Items shipped in less than 12 hours and are due to arrive in 4 days.
I never post comments like this on review sites, but my experience was so egregious, it's my societal duty to warn any and every consumer out there BUY FROM BIKEINN AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
More than a month from EU to Australia when Wiggle/Chain Reaction is two weeks tops and consistent even post covid. They said by 26 July which is 3 weeks, now its 16 Aug. No more excuses Bikinn!
Bought biking shoes, they shipped a size that is two sizes too large. Their website won't process the return. Their app won't process the return. Buyer beware!

I've ordered several packaged without a problem. The last package showed where they lack customer service.
I ordered a garment that, if they bothered to look at, was damaged. I sent a request for a return for the price and shipping I paid. They respond but its all too generic. They took 2 weeks to respond and they never legitimately answered my specific questions. It's like your messaging a bot. I have also requested they send me a voucher instead of reimbursing me. No. They tried to reimburse me a portion of the money I paid if I kept the wrong sized and damaged garment. What the fudge? Why would anyone keep something that is sized incorrectly and damaged? They are just sending me the money back for the item. Not the shipping I paid. Just the item. It's a bit ridiculous if you as me. Now if I want the item undamaged I have to pay shipping again. Not good customer service at all. It is also very frustrating that I feel like I am talking to a bot. There customer service is similar feces. This company obviously doesn't value its customer base.
Beware they are liars. Three weeks ago I ordered 2 bike tires from them. My stupidity I did not see they were from Spain. Their shipping estimate via airmail was under a week. The price was average and they promised 100% customer satisfaction. I use my bike to ride to work but I can take Uber, but for a few So I made the purchase.
That's where the nightmare began. They sent email saying my tires shipped. That only took 2 days so I got excited. However since then tracking says " IN CUSTOMS, PENDING US CUSTOMS DISPOSITION CODESpring GDS US, United States". My bike tires sit in customs somewhere in New York. I ask company to research. All they say is here is you tracking. I ask about customer refund so I can go buy from different vendor and say NO since they mailed it, I need to be patient. 3 weeks later I email them every day and more excuses. They refuse my refund even though they promise fast air mail shipping, free refunds & 100% customer satisfaction. Do NOT do business with them, especially if you live in the USA. They lie and deceive to get your money. In this country, they would have already been put out of business. 3 weeks later still NO tires and I have spent over $100 in Uber rides to gt to work. The company does NOT care. If they were in America, the government would have already shut them down..
I ordered a pair of Maxxis tires from them in Mid-May. They "shipped" the items 2 weeks after. Its been 2 months now and I have NOT received the items.

Be very careful on choosing a bike transport bag from BikeInn.com
We chose a bag and watched the associated video very carefully, we ordered 2 such bags and received much lower scale bags from BikeInn.com. When we complained, they responded that the video is a generic video demonstrating another bag version 3.0 which is very hard to find on their web site and cost pc 5 ½ times the price of the bag listed which we purchased. We demanded a return authorization, they gave us an RMA as long as we paid the transportation charges going back to them. After we escalated the issue, BikeInn.com (TradeInn Retail Services) accepted we ship the return at their transportation costs. BikeInn.com then reimbursed the cost of the bags only. We were left with the cost of the original transportation charge of $75.46 CND and the additional Canadian duties of $27.25 CND paid which BikeInn.com refused to credit back. That represents 19% of the transaction's cost. Different countries might have different Customer Protection laws, but I can tell you that in Quebec, Canada, if you represent products in the same manner as you site does, the company would be contravening effective laws. To ensure that I was not the one misreading their web site for the product we viewed and purchased and their associated video, I showed their web site versus the products we received to 8 Quebec enthusiastic bikers. All 100% of them agreed that the video is misrepresenting the products BikeInn.com shipped. Peter

Puedo enviar muchos emails pidiendo in invoice y no lo mandan, lo q hace q no se pueda devolver el producto. Ten cuidado si quieres comprar algo. Parece q no hacen facturas.
I can send many emails asking for an invoice and they do not send it, which makes it impossible to return the product. Be careful if you want to buy something. They don't seem to make invoices.
Answer: You are sent a product in the post, might not be the item ordered or it might be faulty but you will get something eventually. Just don't try to return it.
