People be patient! If you can't be bothered to wait, then pay premium shipping then like Merlin cycles or the like. At Merlin's, right now $325 is the minimum order to get free shipping. Below that, it's $19.50. I used to order there a lot but because of their shipping fee I decided to go for Bikeinn. FYI, it's $19.50 to make sure the customer gets their orders on time. And this is because of the pandemic. Now switching to Bikeinn...
I'm experiencing the same thing like most of these complainers. Ordered May 24,2020... tracking update didn't move until JULY 1,2020. Finally THERE'S MOVEMENT! Bikeinn wasn't like this before the pandemic. ALL businesses are affected! At least I'm thankful my package is NOT lost. I was exchanging messages with Bikeinn's CSR and I totally understand their predicament. At least, they're responding... and their info is accurate. And most of all, my package isn't lost. I told them, I don't mind the delay as long as my package is delivered. I'm getting my package tomorrow July 6,2020 but I shouldn't get my hopes high just yet, it might still be a delay of a day or 2. WHY? Because there is a freakin' pandemic. Ships and containers are held and quarantined. There is shortage of staff versus the amount of packages moving around.
Be more understanding. Geez.
And an update today 7/6/2020, I have received the package in perfect no defect condition. Below is the photo of proof. Patience is a virtue

I have been scammed by Bikeinn. I placed an order for parts to build a new bike wheel (spokes, rims, tire, etc). A week after placing the order, i checked the status to see one item (spokes) listed as 'may be out of stock'. I inquired with customer service who told me they were definitely out of stock, despite already selling them to me. I was then told to change my cart myselfto replace the item. I looked in to this but seemed to be susceptible to an extra fee. Customer service reassured me this was the right approach. So, I went through the process. At Checkout for adding the new item to my cart, the price was deceptively displayed to hide an extra shipping charge. After payment, i was shown to have paid for a new product, plus a new shipping charge, despite the original order not yet being shipped. Then i tried to remove the old product from my order. They did not credit me back to value of this order.

Now, I am being charged for my original order, including the part not being deliver, plus the replacement part, plus the original shipping, plus an extra hidden shipping for the replacement part.

Slow returns

Bought a SRAM crankset in February. Had questions when it arrived but couldn't get any customer support, so I returned it. Eventually was refunded, THREE MONTHS later! Never had such poor service.

I very much regret not reading the reviews before ordering from Bikeinn for the first and last time. I have at least learned a valuable lesson. I placed an order June 3rd with an estimated arrival time between June 16th and June 22nd. Later I received a tracking update that the order would arrive July 2nd. Today is July 9th and still have not received the order. I am losing hope that I will ever see the product. ¡Son ladrones, nunca jamás!

Received this product damaged in the mail 10 days after ordering from BikeInn (TradeInn) website, as suggested by the site. Understand it comes from Spain, so delivery time was fine if the product was useable. The outer box had a hole and slightly out of shape, and upon opening could easily see the visor was cracked. I had a race event in 5 days, so typed my concern to this company within 20 minutes of picking up from postal office. I provided photos of the damage. Waited 4 days for a response that said "return department will look into it". Sent several more emails, photos, videos, but had no choice but to use the helmet for the event with broken visor. This helmet is sold out elsewhere, and no comments from BikeInn as to what process I should follow.

I then received (1-2 weeks later) emails suggesting I contact their courier company and take issue with them! And then after I fought against that, they suggest I pay to return the unused product to Spain! Or accept $60 (a third of the cost of these visors on other sites). Then after arguing that these options just don't work and I require a replacement visor only (product has been used) or compensation for the visor so can purchase elsewhere, we are now 4 weeks after receipt of broken helmet with no resolution... waiting for another reply from Spain Support personnel. I have sent screenshots of other companies selling the visors (as Bike Inn refuse to confirm they have any in stock or that they can send a replacement, but rather ask for a return of the product before they address the issue!). I suspect customer service is random and nobody looks at the issue at hand... there is a reason they don't have contact phone numbers or support chat within their company... read so many bad reviews since purchasing with this company, WARNING WARNING WARNING! Don't buy!

I've ordered a new visor (to ensure I have it for next race event, from another company for $185 including delivery. I await further discussions with BIKEINN and looks like will need to contact other parties to try and help get a fair outcome from BikeInn!

Find another place to spend your money

They promise and don't deliver. There is no return policy. You get something you haven't ordered. Tough. The return process is byzantine and expensive with no guarantee you will be reimbursed: eg, return via courier at your expense. They accept no responsibility. I ordered a Campagnolo 10 speed cassette and two ten speed chains. They delivered two nine speed chains. When I contested this, they claimed the order was correct, but that I could return the two chains at my expense. If I had wanted 9 speed chains I would have been only too happy to keep them. Think about it. Every reply was prefaced with "kindly," as in kindly kiss my backside. I mistakenly thought I had done business with this company, confusing them with Chain Reaction. My bad. Never again. Everything I have ordered from the latter has been delivered, never mind the pandemic and the shortage of cycling product in the pipeline worldwide. For proof of purchase I excerpt this from their email confirmation:

Order number: *******

Estimated delivery date: Estimated delivery date at your home between Fri. 23 Apr. And Tue. 27 Apr.

The shipping package is the only invoice- there was none inside. Why these goods were shipped to the Netherlands escapes me. Why the invoice number on the package does not correspond to the one in the email confirmation was confusing and complicated my request for a return.

This is the worst business transaction I have ever had on the internet. I buy books, clothing, kitchenware, bicycles and gear, all many of things on the internet without an issue. Reputable businesses make returns easy and include all the necessary information and documents to do this.

Lesson learned.

I ordered a Chorus 10 cassette and two Record 10 chains. The prices were right. I received the correct cassette but two Record 9 chains. I don't mind waiting weeks for a package, but I'd like to get what I ordered, not parts I have no use for. If I could give no stars I would.

I ordered a Thule 973 -18 Bike rack adapter. I firstly recieved no order confirmation. Only A DHL tracking number by text via DHL. I went to collect the package within the time frame alloted. The tracking information was incorrect and didn't match any packages so I was unable to collect it.

I called DHL a day later and was told that they had contacted the courier who instructed them to destroy it.

Tradeinn/Bikeinn suggested that I hadnt paid customs fees. (I have never paid customs fees within the EU on probably hundreds of packages in the past, why are they the exception.)

I contacted them asking for a reshipment or refund. They offered me 5% discount off my next order.

I have no way of knowing if it was even the right part I ordered it could have been a €5 bike light instead of €50 adapter.
At best they are highly incompetent in customer service at worst its a Scam. AVOID!

Unfortunately I didn't check the reviews as it wasn't a very high priced item. Hopefully PayPal will rule in my favour.
