I very much regret not reading the reviews before ordering from Bikeinn for the first and last time. I have at least learned a valuable lesson. I placed an order June 3rd with an estimated arrival time between June 16th and June 22nd. Later I received a tracking update that the order would arrive July 2nd. Today is July 9th and still have not received the order. I am losing hope that I will ever see the product. ¡Son ladrones, nunca jamás!

To be honest I had my doubts after reading the reviews but I ordered 2 tyres on June 29th. They were delivered July 6th. No issues. Quality tyres and good price.
UPDATE*** - Still no response or item from Bikeinn. I have emailed Bikeinn 7 times over the past month. I filed a claim with USPS to see if the item was actually in customs. USPS responded saying the item was "never shipped or picked up". Every time I email Bikeinn I get the same bogus response, "Your parcel is currently on its way and it is due to be delivered to you very soon. As soon as it reaches your country you will be able to see much more information in the tracking link". That's a lie. I would rate negative (-) if I could. DO NOT BUY from this entity. Its a scam. I should have known when they emailed me a picture of the supposed package a couple days after my purchase on May 31st trying to show me it was shipped. Who does that? They were already laying the ground work to not ship the item. They took me for over $300. I will continue telling everyone about this experience until I am refunded or my package is delivered so no one else gets scammed.
Unfortunately I too got taken by this company. Been waiting 6 weeks for an in-stock item. They even went as far as taking a picture of the package with the tracking number but it appears was never picked up by the shipping company. Such a scam. NO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

I'm experiencing the same thing like most of these complainers. Ordered May 24,2020... tracking update didn't move until JULY 1,2020. Finally THERE'S MOVEMENT! Bikeinn wasn't like this before the pandemic. ALL businesses are affected! At least I'm thankful my package is NOT lost. I was exchanging messages with Bikeinn's CSR and I totally understand their predicament. At least, they're responding... and their info is accurate. And most of all, my package isn't lost. I told them, I don't mind the delay as long as my package is delivered. I'm getting my package tomorrow July 6,2020 but I shouldn't get my hopes high just yet, it might still be a delay of a day or 2. WHY? Because there is a freakin' pandemic. Ships and containers are held and quarantined. There is shortage of staff versus the amount of packages moving around.

I ordered 2 tyres and 2 tubes on 9th June and paid for fast delivery. 8 days later a package arrived with 2 tyres but only 1 tube. I immediately contacted their customer services, expecting a straightforward apology and assurance that the missing tube would be sent. Since then I have received requests for photographs from different angles of the packaging and contents before my compalint can be "verified", and this is despite tha fact that I sent a picture of the package with my initial claim. I can't believe the obstacles being thrown upon me in order to receive the missing tube - cost £5.99 - and frankly am giving up on this useless company. I just want to warn anyone else that this is a company to be avoided, and whether through sheer incompetence or dishonesty their customer service is a joke!

I placed an order which was confirmed immediately, and appeared to ship from NL to USA. I had the same experience as described by most of the other reviewers here: order submitted o PostNL International, then nothing. This is a sophisticated scam as they even show you a picture of your "package" with the correct shipping label. They create the label, and pay the shipping charge to create an illusion of an actual shipment - and then the customer waits and waits. I suppose that they have several "packages" available to affix the shipping label to for the picture to make it look real. However, no one ever takes the actual package to the shipping center! They pocket your money, and pay a small fee to PostNL International to make a huge profit! I wonder why they ship from Holland when they are based in Spain? (more lenient fraud laws in NL?)
If you look at these reviews, only a handful of people actually got a shipment (so they must ship sometimes), but most of us experience this phantom shipping that never arrives. After waiting for over 3 weeks, I solved my problem by getting the CC company to reverse the charges, and ordering the same items from Amazon for a slightly higher price. Unfortunately, I'll never get back the 3 weeks lost waiting for my shipment from BikeInn. Sad!

I purchased an item over two months ago. Their tracking shows it has been in the Netherlands for 8 weeks which is strange because they are a Spanish company shipping to the US.
I think they are just an internet scam that takes your money and then says your item is lost in shipping.

I am appalled at the customer service. I spend $50.49 on shipping costs! When I put the order in it said it would take 1 week to arrive. 3 weeks later no order. They changed the estimated order dates but this also passed. I contacted them and they said they are waiting for stock of one item - despite it being in stock and them saying it would be with me in a week. They said if I want the order to be shipped I have to delete this item from my order. So I did that as I wanted the rest of the order. The order was then shipped. It's likely to be 5/6 weeks by the time I actually get the order! I have requested a refund for my delivery/shipping costs of $50.49 as no way should you have to pay this when the order is so delayed! They didn't even respond to this request, they totally ignored it! Do NOT use this company if you are in a Singapore!
