My first order was refunded after a week when they realized the parts arent manufactured anymore. The site was never updated but every other parts store's was. Each week I get an email saying my parts are delayed (5 6 weeks now). Should have known my second order would be trash. No answers from customer service either.
I ordered parts for my Suzuki Vinson in May, 4 months later still no parts. I called multiple times and they would tell me parts are in and will be shipped right away, after many phone calls I finally received an email with a tracking # I tried to track the package but the tracking # was no good. I called bike bandit and they told me UPS lost my package and they would need to reorder my parts. I am 100% convinced they deliberately gave me a bogus tracking # with no intentions of shipping my parts. I should have read the reviews before using them! They are hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. They lie to there customers, save yourself the trouble and buy your parts from anyone but Bike Bandit.
I placed an order at bikebandit.com and was excited to see that all items were showing in stock. Now, months later I have yet to receive all of my items. The worst part of this review is that you cannot get ahold of them via phone or email. They do not pickup and do not respond to email. I received one package stating many parts were in it, while it actually only had a couple very small items. I can't even get ahold of them to get credited back for the items they claim they shipped. Overall, horrible experience and I will never buy from BikeBandit again. Go to Babbitts and actually get your parts in a timely fashion!
I waited 2 weeks for my clutch cable to ship and after it finally did the tracking info wasn't working. After 3 days I called and waited on hold for 45 minutes. They picked up and I told them what was happening and the guy just hung up on me.
Bought brake pads, and the only reason I bought from bike bandit is next day air on these pads. A week later not shipped, no sorry no anything. Would still be hanging if I didn't open PayPal case. Will not ever order from bike bandit again.
I placed 2bseperaye orders 2 days apart, month and a half later still no parts. I've been billed, I've called, emailed and Lso left a call back # everyday for the last 2 weeks and nothing. I will NEVER order from here again and everyone who needs parts i am referring them to partsfish out of Omaha. Ne.
After ordering over $400 in parts, receiving parts of my order, and letting customer service know that I was missing parts and had received some things that were wrong... bike bandit ghosted me. They will not return emails or messages and the tracking that was sent originally doesn't seem to work anymore. I am out a good bit of money and am very frustrated. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Purchased parts on website and they said they were in stock ready to ship. Charged my card right away for almost $300.5 months later still have received nothing. I have tried over 5 months to get in contact by email, phone and live chat to cancel and refund my order. Over 5 months trying have not been able to get in contact with anyone. Should be against the law to advertise parts are in stock and take someone's money, then have absolutely no customer service to contact after 5 months.
Customer service is almost zero. I've ordered from them many times in the past with good service but the last year has been horrible. Tired getting a hold of them many times by phone and email and zero response.
It is called bike bandit for a reason ordered overnight delivery on Tuesday and its Friday still no part paid extra wasted 6hour on hold still no answers on I am stuck in a hotel the absolute worst stay away
I have been a BikeBandit customer for several years only because it is sometimes more convenient to order online. I am officially no longer a customer due to there repeated horrible customer service. They are glad to take your order and money and never send the parts. Eventually they will simply refund on a part they can't get without any explanation or apology leaving the customer with wasted time. My latest experience with them is waiting for a parts order for 3 months that they said could take up to 2 to 3 weeks due to COVID. When I (finally) was able to get through to them (over chat), they agreed to send a partial order since some of the parts were sitting in their warehouse. What! I agreed and guess what... still no parts or correspondence. I contacted them again to request a manager and was told to just call their phone number on the website. They obviously do not value customers or give customer concerns any consideration.
After waiting over two months for parts I decided to cancel my order. I had previously been told that the delay was on Triumph's end so I decided to give Triumph a call and was told that they had the parts in stock and they shouldn't take more than 3 to 4 days to get to me in NYC. They suggested ordering the parts from a Triumph dealer which I plan on doing. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic a wait of over two months is just unacceptable.
Avoid this place at all cost. I have had parts on order since June 27th and have been told that they were in and being shipped twice by two different people. Not true. I was told I was being credited for freight and would receive expedited shipping again Not True.
Very frustrating place to deal with. Sick of the COVID excuse.

Was shocked to come on here and see the consistent content of negative reviews. I'm kicking myself for impulsively trying them out without seeing this first, because the reviews are there for a reason. They claim COVID has caused them to have these delays which is fair enough, but the total lack of customer service is absurd. I have asked for a cancellation of order and refund and still have had no reply. My order has been out for a little over 2 weeks but seeing others' complaints, im not willing to wait 2-3 months for action to be taken. Other vendors are releasing orders and shipping in 1-2 weeks MAXIMUM. Will never use bikebandits services again.
This really looks like a company that is preparing to file bankruptcy. They are collecting thousands of dollars a day from unsuspecting customers with no intent to deliver. They are felons at best! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY, YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN!
Lazy Sorry Never get your product Company! Customer service does not care when if where how you will get your parts. I can't figure out how they make money other than the just use your money to collect intrest.

I ordered a handlebar and clutch lever for my triumph street twin in May. The parts were marked with "please allow 1-2 business weeks for delivery" which was fine, but as of when I write this review it has been 3 months with order delays coming in like clockwork every monday. On top of that, I have called and emailed their customer service to try and cancel my order and I would either get put on hold indefinitely or have my emails never responded. I have used bikebandit for a long time but this experience has been unacceptable and insulting as a customer who spends several hundred dollars a year on bikebandit. Frankly, I won't ever buy a motorcycle again that has bikebandit as their main parts dealer on the internet.

Answer: I'd try ProCycle.com before I ever used BikeBandit.com. As a matter of fact, I'd use Wal Mart before I used bikeBandit.com, and that would NEVER happen.
