They are using the recent pandemic as an excuse to be even lazier than they were in the past. In the past wait time to get a hold of them were decent, but shipping was terrible. Shipping would take upwards of 2.5 weeks, and calling was around 10 - 15 minute wait times.
But now they use the excuse about the pandemic, which would be understandable, until you realize this has ALWAYS been their behavior and other business that is getting even higher demand, is cooping just fine. Shipping times now are months, or not delivered at all, and wait times are between 30 - 60 minutes.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere :)
I tried reaching BikeBandit via their site's on line chat option. Every time I hit enter, it said something was left blank and wouldn't send my message. I sent three emails and received no response. I called, and finally got an automated answer on call #11. I waited on hold for 50 minutes before someone answered my call. Reaching a customer service representative is nearly impossible, and not for anyone who gives up easily.
The only way I received any response from them was when I left a 1-star review on another review website. I was called by their customer service manager Hunter, who tried to guilt me with his claims of thousands of emails and phone calls from customers with only 6 employees to handle them, and how hard hit they were by Covid. Hunter promised my missing shipment by the end of the day. It never was delivered. I updated my review and they replied to that review, promising another shipment of the item... that never was delivered either. Now I am back to no response no matter what form of communication i try.
My suggestion is this: If you cannot get a reply from Bike Bandit leave reviews that state your issue and your experience with their poor customer service. Then make a Better Business Bureau report.
