We are a custom shop. Our customer had to take his motorcycle somewhere else so we lost the customer. We have reached out to the company numerous times by phone email and left voicemails and have received no response from them on our order. Do not use this company.
Please go to all forums you frequent and tell people not to order from these idiots. Like you it's almost a month with no parts received no tracking number or customer service response. I just received items from Germany after only 8 days and I live in Portland Oregon. I will never buy from bikebandit again ever!

I submitted an order on June 2,2020 for 9 parts totaling about $750. BB charged my card immediately, however nothing has shipped as of June 8,2020. On hold for 30 minutes on 2 days with no pickup, Live Chat is "not operational at this time", and email sent last week - no response to date. I want a full refund. Very poor communication.

Ordered a fuel pump a few days ago no tracking number was given and haven't been able to make any contact with customer service. The phone number doesn't even work. I want my money back! I'll gladly take it elsewhere and pay a little extra for parts.
Edit: the only reason i canceled my order was because, at the time i ordered, there were no banners explaining the wait period and when i saw them afterwards, I almost felt lied to especially when the only way i could get in contact with someone was after leaving a terrible review.

Ordered parts that arrived after using their site to see if they fit my bike. After waiting a month and trying to contact them multiple times, the parts showed up, and don't fit. Stuck waiting for responses again since phones either don't ring or I get stuck on hold for a hour or more.

Don't do business with them. I ordered $98 worth of parts from them. I only received $9 of the order. Tried to call and email, but no response. Hope you're listening to me now. SEND ME MY MONEY BACK!

I ordered my parts on May 10th and got a message that they were having difficulty sourcing them. They charged my card anyway. It's now June 15th, I finally received a refund from them. I appreciate the fact that they finally responded to me. I have found that many companies based in or shipping from California are experiencing long ship times. While companies on the East or Midwest are not.

I made a purchase on the 17th of May. It is now the 7th of June and no response from your company. Try to call your on hold for ever I personally lasted 30 minutes 3 different times. I ordered tires from BikeBandit and cannot get a status of my order. No one answers the emails, livechat is not available and the phone goes straight to a busy signal. They've already charged me for the tires and haven't shipped them. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. I am going to procure the tires locally and try to cancel my order which is hard to do when you can't contact the company.

This has got to be the worst company I have ever done business with, as you can't contact them by phone, email or live chat, and a part I have on order from Suzuki that was shipped by Suzuki first to Vey's Power Sports in El Cajon CA which is owned by the same person who owns BikeBandit, was received by Vey's on 5/22/20, then they shipped it off to BikeBandit in San Diego CA which is only 24 miles south of Vey's Power Sports, and today is two weeks since Vey's Power Sports shipped my order out to BikeBandit, and they have not responded to my emails, and you cannot get through to talk to anyone by phone. I will never do any more business with BikeBandit, and I'm going to cancel another order that I made with them, and I don't understand how they stay in business, and when you do get to through to them by phone, even when you call them at exactly 7 am when they open, you immediately get put in the call queue which on two occasions on waited over 45 minutes and over sixty minutes and never was connected to anyone.

I placed and order 4 days ago now. Received an email stating how all of my parts were on a long back order. I've tried calling for hours, emailing, and have had not a single response. All I'm trying to do is cancel an order. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I STRONGLY recommend never using them. It has been 15 days since I placed my order and it has still not been shipped. Their "Live Chat" is dead, their phones are busy or not answered and my email response is that they would send it "ASAP." Whatever that means. And, they continue to advertise the same helmet.

I ordered OEM parts for my bike on May 7th payment taken out immediately. Then received an email that said one of my parts was being cross shipped from another warehouse, thats fine but it is now june 5th and have yet to receive anything, I've emailed them twice and get an automated response and have tried calling on several occasions and only get a busy signal.
Update: Bikebandit.com reached out to me and assured me my parts will be shipped when they receive the one that needs cross shipped. Still patiently waiting.
Update: June 18th was contacted by staff and they issued a full refund and are still going to ship my parts when they get them in. Thats pretty honorable if you ask me even though the wait time has been this long it kind of puts me at ease for the ride time I've missed.

My 15 year old nephew Marcus has a 2001 Honda XR200R that needed a top end rebuild. Since I have been buying parts from Bike Bandit for 20 years, I ordered his parts from them with complete confidence. Something has changed!
I placed order C9B3AU6 on May 12,2020. I still have no parts! Bike Bandit's phones are apparently dead. There is no one you can talk to. This is so disappointing because I don't have enough money to go out and buy the parts again from a Honda dealer.
So my nephew Marcus, who is stuck at home doing nothing, will not have a running motorcycle this summer.
I don't know what happened to this once reputable parts supplier, but maybe Ken Wahlster, the owner, has decided to go rogue.

The day I ordered my carburetor I was reluctant that it would ship nearly as fast as this poor company charged me the near 400 dollars for it.
