Made it right!

There were some issues with my order, but they went out of their way to make up for it. As some other people noted in the reviews, their live chat was down. That being said, they did respond to my emails and also called to make sure I was satisfied. I will order from them again.

I had placed an order the beginning of May. After a month of not receiving I called to cancel, but you can't get anyone on the phone even after holding for over an hour. I sent an email to cancel the order also asking for acknowledgment, but of course did not receive a response. A few days later the order showed up after I had sourced the items locally. I have called numerous times spending over two hours on the phone with nothing. Can't leave a voicemail, live chat does not work and they don't respond to emails. I feel like I am getting scammed? How can you have a company these days with zero customer service/support. I can see if you are getting thousands of calls a day (in which you hire more reps), but I just dont see that happening and if it is the case then I am in the wrong business. If someone happens to have one of the secret extensions I would be grateful if you shared.

I'm a bike guy and I've been around a while and never had such a crap experience with an online company. I get that things going on right now are bad and will cause delays but this is ridiculous. I ordered parts almost a month ago and they haven't even shipped. There's no customer service at all (phone, chat, email) and I just keep getting these bs emails that everything is delayed. I absolutely regret ordering from this place and will never buy anything from them again. I spend about $3-5k on bike stuff every year and have never had a problem with other retailers until BB. Avoid at all costs.

Bike Bandit is terrible. It took 2 months for a return. That's a good chunk of my riding season wasted. Avoid at all costs. Customer service is AWFUL.

Horrible service i order parts on may
Horrible service i order parts on may 16th today is june 12th and i did not received my item yet i emailed them twice never back from them, i tryied to call *******888 many times and i found alwys the same voice mail that keep you in hold, you can stay hours waiting for an answer... nothing i think they are scam, plus idk what to do now?!?!?!?! Impossible to have a contact with these peolpes how to know about the item or how to ask for a refund? No waiste your money and your time with these scammers

I've ordered my tire a week ago Because a friend of mine likes goo through them and thought I'd try them out. Still, have not yet received it. I've tried calling and emailing them inquiring my tire and can't get a response back on when it might get shipped. So far not happy with them, but it is what is. Just going to take my business somewhere Else next time I need something. Sucks because there are a lot of parts I need for my bike and was going to use them.

Been shopping with Bike Bandit for over 10 years. Even during this pandemic, they're still opened. Having all this free time at home, I began fixing one of my bikes. Needed lots of parts, the sales guys helped me place my order and the rest was history.

Parts came in, unboxing felt like Christmas. Thanks for the Great Service.

Bike Bandit? Thieves? From my point of view it would seem that their response system is overloaded only on customer service side... if u call or email (chat is dead) no response because they are so backlogged and busy, yet leave a poor review and they hit you up asap... but cant seem to find you by your review information yet they have enough to email you... now as a warehouse supervisor i know how Covid-19 has hit all industries, but i also know that with only 2 in the office and 4 on the dock (only working normal hrs btw) we not only caught up 4 months backlog in under a week. Handled thousands of calls emails and in person customer service issues daily from personal cell phones... so i dont want an excuse or a what can we do to try and fix this BS message... I WANT WHAT I SPENT MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON OR MY MONEY BACK WITHIN THE DAY BECAUSE I PAID FOR 2 DAY EXPEDITED SERVICE WHICH IF IS UNAVAILABLE SHOULDNT BE OFFERED... 2 DAY SHIPPING AT A COST OF OVER $27 BUT THEN SAYING MAY BE 2-3 WEEKS DELAY IS STRAIGHT BS... what if i didnt pay for 2 day shipping would it take 2-3 years to get my parts? Took bout 2 seconds to take my money... in whole this has been a lesson learned... never trust a too good to be true deal... ITS BS... if there was a zero stars option i wouldn't have wasted the star.

I have updated my rating to reflect that BB has reached out to me and made things right. I will not overlook the fact that it took too long and the visual to me and others is that they were shutting down avenues of communications in order to avoid remedy to those individual transactions. That said, I was sent several emails since and to me the explanations and refunds/cancellations seemed sincere. For that I very much appreciate the admission of mistakes made and apologies. I accept that and will, in the future when things hopefully straighten out, consider BB as a resource when looking for parts.

I think their name says it all! What a complete load of BS! I ordered some fairing replacement parts for my bike which I was promptly charged for. Next I get an email saying one of the parts is unavailable, which makes the entire order useless. They said in the email that I can cancel the order only the problem is ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER since they do not answer your emails, their phone is perpetually "busy", and their "LIVE CHAT" is unvailable. I've emailed multiple times to which I get an automated ticket sent back to me and still I've gotten not one actual reply from this company. Now I'm going to be forced to fight with the credit card company to reverse the charges. STAY AWAY from this company. I dont know how they've been in business 20 years. Sounds like a load of hooey to me!

Do not order from here - go to your local dealer and have them order what you need.
All they have here are excuses - live chat is not manned, the phones are busy throughout the day, and when they do answer you sit on hold for eternity. Ordered ten days, confirmed, then said delayed, no indication.
Pandemic shmandemic - if you have an uptick in business volume consider yourself lucky - HIRE SOME MORE PEOPLE to fulfill your orders.
The service levels here have gone form so-so to absolutely disgusting.

With the things going on in the world right now you appreciate these guys. I called in because my order was taking longer than usual. Spoke with Jerome, he let me know exactly what was going on and what they were doing to work through these tough time. These guys are working 10+ hours a day and their warehouse is now open 24hrs a day. Give them some time, your parts will show up.

I purchased 270 usd from bike bandit and then they were taking to long so I emailed them told them to either cancel my order or hurry up as I waited 3-4 weeks and it hasn't even started to ship to me so they ended up canceling my order and they emailed me and said I would receive my money back in 7-10 days. Well almost 4 weeks later still no money back it's a little ridiculous if you ask me.

I ordered a part from these guys May 27,2020. I have been trying to get an update, shipping information or speak to a customer service representive since then. When you call all you get is a fast ring busy signal. I have tried everyday, several times a day and you cannot get through, I sent emails and all you get is a computer generated reply and nothing else. I have no timeline on when or if they are going to ship the item but they have a $299.00 hold on my account at Pay Pal. I am stuck So here I sit.

Ordered a part from Bike Bandit. $85 savings from most places and it said ships in 3-4 days with warning about COVID may extend time. 30 days later started to try and get customer service. No response to email (except auto) live chat not working and phone always busy. After 30 minute wait get person that says part will be in tomorrow and ship at end of week, I ask no BS just sounds convenient. 2 weeks later after waiting 20 minutes, part never came in and they have no idea. Found place that part for $50 more and got it in 5 days. Got my money back but still waiting to get tax back since they only refunded cost of part!
