Called on 6/25/20 and was told my part shipped and I will have it tomorrow. Called 6/26/20 and was told it was shipped and I would have it over the weekend. Its Monday. Hasnt shipped. I've been on hold for an hour waiting to talk to someone
On 6/23/20 I ordered a windscreen for my Goldwing. The website said next day air shipping insanity, but then the website only offered free ground or express for $27.95. The sales rep said it was in stock and would automatically ship same day, next day worst case. On 6/25/20 it had not shipped. I called in again. I was told it was on back order, but now it is off back order, and is being pulled now from the warehouse and will ship tomorrow. 6/26/20. Hasn't shipped. It is one thing to just suck at what you do. But lie to me? Oh you cunts...
I ordered seals, bearings, and one oil transfer tube in APRIL and still have not received the order even though I have called weekly for updates. They claim COVID is causing issues, and I am cure it has, not not one single other company has been this bad, including a supplier in their same town that is SWAMPED with PPE shipments and minimal employees I had to order from. This company should stop taking orders until they can clear the backlog, and even better... new orders are being expedited and shipped while mine is still missing for many months. Would not recommend going with this company, shameful as I have been with them 8+ years.
Placed order # SE3Y5T5 19 days ago and have received nothing. BikeBandit will not answer there phone. They will not respond to emails and there online chat does not work.The only thing they can do is take your money like a bandit and never ship anything. Stay away from BikeBandit
I decided to order my OEM parts through these guys. Ordered Parts, received an email 2 days later stating one of the parts is on back order. I have tried calling at least 50 times, emailed multiple times, tried there worthless live chat and nothing! All I want is my parts that I ordered and cancel the back ordered part. I see that there is a Jerome on here answering questions, hopefully you reach out to me! I get it, the Covid 19 BS has everything messed up, but that does not mean you short end your customer service!
When i ordered all parts were ready to ship in 1-2 days. A day later one part on back order and no date. Next day second item will be late shipping. I order my parts elsewhere and they are shipped within 2 days. I tried to cancel by email and by tel. They are not possible to reach by tel unless y6u are willing to wait at least an hour. And dos not respoond to email about a week ago. And no refund yet. Should r say parys are ready ro ship within days if they are not.
I placed an order for 2 helmets and 2 pr of gloves for myself and my son,, ON MAY 15th!
The money was first pulled from my account then put back 3 days later, then pulled again. I have an old helmet I can use BUT MY SON DOES NOT. I recieved 1 helmet, ( mine,) 4 weeks later, and pr of gloves 2 days ago on the 23, ALSO MINE. My son has yet to be able to race his new bike because he has NO HELMET, NO GLOVES, NO ETA ON SHIP DATE, NO CONTACT WITH CS, ( THROUGH BOTH PHONE LINES, EMAIL, AND LIVE CHAT IS DOWN.) I cant get my order cancelled I have already payed for it, and Have no idea when it will even ship! I am quite frankly mad as a hornet at this point and cant even contact any one. WORST PURCHASE EVER! AND WILL RECOMMEND EVERY ONE I EVER TALK TO, TO STAY FAR AWAY!
Placed an order and promo code wasn't reflected on order, along with bandit bucks. Tried calling many times, only to be put on hold or call list. Emailed, no response, Chat is not available. Parts said 1-2 days ship time and nearly 3 weeks later no communication.

Still nothing has shipped, no contact successfully made as i cannot get a hold of anyone. Business should stop taking orders if they cannot meet demand.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM - ITS A SCAM. You will not get your parts, you will not receive any personalized emails. Just automated response that you can't do nothing.
I placed an order on June 2nd. This is before they released a big statement saying everything was "up to 2-3 weeks behind". It's June 22 and I haven't gotten any updates other than a generic "we are busy so we can't ship your stuff". "Everything was listed as "in stock" when I placed the order. I've called everyday for the last week to try and cancel the order so I can buy from someone who can actually deliver parts. Every call is a dial tone. The fact that they are still taking orders baffles my mind. If you are so busy you can't handle the volume then stop taking orders! I've received several orders from other bike part retailers placed long after this order. They are apparently so busy you can't get a hold of them. There are plenty of other sites to get parts off which seem to be functioning just fine at the moment. Avoid bike bandit at all cost unless you want to donate your hard earned money to them. I now see where the get their name from, bike bandit indeed.
I've waited over a month for my parts I've called them multiple times nobody has answered I have emailed them zero replies I even left my phone number and told them to call me back and they never did Still to this day no parts but don't worry they took my money for it
Bought a part that failed miles later from what appeared to be a manufacturing problem. Many months later when I discovered this, I called and told them what had happened. About a week later a replacement showed up on the porch! That's some pretty damn good customer service!
They suck they suck they suck I never had a problem in the past but now I can't even get through to cancel an order. Blow pole $#*! you are holding my money hostage for an order I need canceled because I bought the parts elsewhere/.
I would like to hear from Jerome from BikeBandit, I recently made an order June 11 with expedited shipping, but I need to cancel that order. I have called at least 5 times a day (20 minute hold, no answer), emailed several time, and even emailed the "cancel order" email dropbox. The cancel order box kicked back and said it was not taking emails at this time. I just want to cancel the order and get my refund back before it is marked as "shipped" to save everybody time and money.
UPDATE: part was sent out over a month and a half after delivery; but I had already bought the part elsewhere. NOW, I have no access to the return form that their "website" talks about using to return an item. My "order number" doesn't exist anymore either. This is the worst website I have ever used and the customer service is $#*!. I'm down $120 and stuck with a part I don't need anymore. Thanks bike bandit. Absolutely worthless.
Over a month of emailing and calling asking them to cancel my order they charged me anyways with no response from them at all I had to open a claim with PayPal and go through all of the crap and if they would just respond to 1 of my 24 emails and instead of focusing of grabbing there money they wouldn't be getting this review. I will never order anything from this company
Out of everywhere I've shopped on-line, BikeBandit has the most appealing and user-friendly website. The selection is outstanding, and I've saved tons of money in these past few years shopping with them. They always have the best prices on the things I order. To be honest, they're having a hard time getting my orders to me on time with all the Covid-19 stuff going on... But they were super transparent about it, and it seems like everyone in the industry is dealing with the same. I don't mind, I'll just wait till everything gets back to normal. I've always had great service with them and I'll stay loyal till they're on top of things again. BikeBandit... You rule!
Order mirrors for my vtx 1300 got them three days after I ordered them. Great customer service called to make sure I got them told me they got a new shipper they did an awesome job would order all my parts from them.
Fernando Diaz, Jr. Turned a bad experience around and was incredibly insightful the whole way through. I had a package from Bike Bandit stolen off my porch. After making a police report and a claim with UPS, I contacted Bike Bandit to let them know and to see if anything else could be done. Fernando was super kind and helpful start to finish. He examined all of the available resources to find the best solution for me and I can't be happier. Thanks so much, will be ordering more gear soon!
I ordered two motorcycle tires because Bike Bandit's prices were much better than their competitors. They came with free shipping and I received them the in a day and a half with UPS Next Day Air. The tires were exactly what I ordered and had a recent manufacture date. There was also a follow-up phone call to see if my order was satisfactory. Who does that? I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely buy tires from them again.
The air intake covers fit just like oem and they are easy to install. Worth they money if you need them
