I have been waiting patiently for my order to be filled.

It has been approximately 2 months since order & payment.

All efforts to make contact with customer service (or sales)have been fruitless.
The complete lack of communications is highly unusual.

Terrible service

Placed an order a month ago and it still has not shipped. They do not return email enquiries and i've now been on hold on the phone for an hour.
Soon as I placed order they processed a charge on my visa. I have sent numerous email and no response

Do not buy! They say the parts are in stock. Been waiting 2 months now! They take your $$ and do not return e mail. The phones do not work. I would not be surprised if they are going under! Do not buy from these people.

Seriously don't waste your time with this company, they are a joke. Live Chat never worked, email you get no response. Stayed on hold for 52 mins to talk to a live person, just for them to tell me after waiting for 2 weeks that it would be another 2-3 weeks to get parts. Paid $28 extra to have 2-3 day shipping, but that doesn't matter apparently. And then when I call out the point they charged me in full and I still don't have confirmation of shipping, the person hangs up on me. They keep blaming the pandemic, but on the website it says the shipping will return to normal as of 6/8- I call Bull$#*!. I WILL NEVER BUY PARTS HERE AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE THEY GET BLASTED ALL OVER THE INTERNET!

I received an email stating the part I ordered is nationally back ordered. How can they advertise something for sale when they don't even have the item? Anyway, I received an email from them stating I'd have to contact them to get a refund. I called the phone number and tried live support with no success. I've been on hold for over 30 mins and when I selected the option to call me back the system hung up without taking my number (I have a blocked number so I'm not sure how they were going to call me back). Their live chat option doesn't work and brings you to a blank screen. BIKEBANDIT, why don't you just refund my money instead of having me waste my time chasing you?

After almost a year I'm still getting fulfillment delay emails over the same 3 items which were on backorder. I had found, purchased, and received the items over 10 months ago from another vendor. I don't need these 3 items any more but have never been able to cancel the order. I could never get a live person on the phone and the emails all go nowhere. I guess the will just keep my money. Never do business with them.

I was looking for a certain part which they said they had in stock. I order it to receive an email saying that it was on back order "no big deal" I sent them an email after trying to call for 2 days straight to never get an answer or a call back. So I sent an email stating that I wish to cancel the order. Someone replied saying the order was canceled. I just looked at my bank account and I've been charged for the part. It's been a month! Been trying to call all day have yet to receive a call back or able to get in touch with anyone! Completely ridiculous! I'll never spend another dollar on this website and I'll make sure to tell everyone at the track do avoid this place at all cost. It shouldn't be this hard to get in touch with someone. Good job bike bandit. Y'all have lost a lot of customers over your laziness

Unfortunately this is a poor review. I am still waiting for my parts to arrive. It has almost been a month and they aren't shipped out yet. I understand COVID has brought the company many delays but this is inexcusable.

Their email said with the virus, parts order may run up to 2-3 weeks late for us to please understand. Well f u. Now I see they changed my order date from April 21st to June 1st. Why? Maybe so hey won't look as bad? I've been trying for a month to call and get my money back but their phone is off the hook. I wish I would have known about the way these people lie and steal.

I would never deal with them again. I ordered a part months ago. They acknowledged the order and then dropped off the face of the earth. When it the part didn't come I started calling and e-mailing. No response by phone and no response by e-mail. I finally ordered elsewhere. Then they said they were filling the order. I told them to cancel over and over. They ignored me and sent a part I can't use. Never again.

Aware of the problems with covid I have been plenty patient. It has been 5 weeks since I placed my first order with bike bandit. I also ordered parts from my local shop and several other online merchants. Within a week all my other orders showed up, but not those from bikebandit.com. The parts I picked up from my local shop shipped from CA. Figuring bike bandit would take a while and wanting to actually use my motorcycle this summer I ordered the critical parts I needed from my local shop in a second order that I placed when I picked up the first order. Again they shipped from CA and arrived within a week. At this point I don't believe bikebandit.com's problems are due to covid. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.

I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of parts (and was charged) well over a month ago (May 21st.) Almost a week ago my parts still havent shipped, so I assumed I was just never going to get my parts and attempted to contact them for a refund. Here is where things get very shady. For several days now, I have attempted to call numerous times, only to be told by an automated voice that "No one is available to help you! Goodbye!" and then it hangs up on me. I then attempted to contact them via their return/refund instructions on their website, which told me to send an email to *******@bikebandit.com. After I wrote out and sent the email, it was kicked back and wasnt sent through because the domain "*******@bikebandit.com" doesnt even exist! Nice trick there, bikebandit. So then I sent NUMEROUS emails to *******@bikebandit.com, and on the messanger chat on their website, to which they have refused to reply and are now forcing me to go to my bank to reverse the charges.

They claim on their website that they are experiencing a "slight" delay due to covid 19. If your business is unable to provide the service that customers are being CHARGED for, then you should not be taking orders at all. They claim they are still sending out thousands of orders, but I doubt the honesty of that claim due to the enormous amount of other reviewers saying that they have also never received their parts that they paid for long ago and are also finding it impossible to get their money back.

Please, do not give bikebandit your business and save yourself from being grifted. You will be charged promptly for your order, but will likely never receive it, and the reps at bikebandit will lie to you over and over claiming "We are working extremely hard to fulfill your order! Most of our customers are extremely satisfied with us!" Absolute nonsense. Numerous people on forums I have checked and reviews I have read claim that they had terrible experiences with Bikebandit, for purchases and for customer service, and that they should never be given your business. I had to learn this the hard way!

STAY AWAY from bike bandit.

False advertising

Ordered several items from bikebandit.com On Tuesday June 30,2020. Received a quick email the next day. Stating I would receive an email with my tracking number soon. I used bike bandit because there website said my items ship within 1-2 days. They were not the cheapest but I am on a time constraint and needed the parts faster. Called today because it's day 3 and I have not received any tracking number for my packages. Spoke with a representative after being on hold for over thirty minutes. Who told me that they haven't even received the parts from Honda yet. There website says in stock and ships in 1-2 days. Do not order from these guys they lie about in stock items. I know everything is delayed do to the corona outbreak. But they mislead you into believing that they have items in stock when they really do not. Go ahead and order from the cheaper sites at least they tell you. Upfront how long it will take. I will update my review if and when I receive my order.

Some update other than order delayed. 1 of the three orders money was taken and now the order doesn't even show up anymore on my account. Got one facebook message saying a CS rep would reach out. That was 2 weeks ago.

I ordered parts on May 11. Now almost the 4th of July. Nothing but emails about delays. When i call, they state the part is in the warehouse but hasn't shipped yet. They have told me three times the part will ship in 2 days and a manager will follow up. Nothing. Don't waste your time.

FRUSTRATED

First time customer order TX7DQ36. Made order on 5/6, got 1 tire and handle bar in 2 days, thought this is great! Now, I wait for front tire, tubes and grips. Sent email and got generic email #LTK*******876X back. I would like my order! At least let me know by email, something!

Bikebandit contacted me this morning and was very apologetic and explained delays. Assured me I would get my order ASAP. I myself, am in business in California and shut down for Covid so I understand. Just like to be updated and not feel like order was forgotten.

Bikebandit reply to Trustpilot.com, review said they left me a private message to help with my order! Where did they leave that message? Email? Phone? Text? Never got a message so far!

6/11 update. Got an email on Monday 6/8 Bikebandit stated they were working 24/7 to get back orders shipped. Today I got my tire and tubes. Just my grips left to complete my order. Way to go Bikebandit!

Well it's now 6/29, STILL NO GRIPS! JUST GRIPS! The last thing on my order from 5/6. I think BIKEBANDIT has MAJOR problems. Received an email last week to rate my new handle bars. I got that on 5/9 and STILL NO GRIPS! Save yourself the frustration, order from anyone else!

I ordered a set of BMW brake pads on 5/19. There were delivered on 6/29. The email updates I received were generally unhelpful. If you're in a hurry for your parts, I would avoid them.

I never leave reviews of companies but, they are so bad I have too. I placed an order on June 5th for several items. On June 26th I finally got ahold of someone after an hour long wait on hold. I was informed that several items were on backorder, I said cancel everything that you do not have on hand and ship what you do. Today I receive another email stating the remaining items are still delayed. I spent an hour on hold for them to pick up and immediately hang up. Called back and got a no one is available message. Called back a third time and waited for over half an hour before someone answered. Told them to cancel entire order which they happily did. Received an immediate email confirming cancellation. We will see how long before it's refunded on the credit card. I believe that they do not actually have anything in their warehouse other than tires (there's a few good reviews for tires). I will never do business with this company in the future. They blame Covid but I have placed other orders with other companies this month, including one from Italy a week after my bike bandit order and It arrived within a week. You have been warned stay away from Bikebandit.com
