I ordered some parts on June 24th, the order was in progress supposedly. On July 20th they charged my PayPal account and the order still shows "in progress". When you call their number the recording says no one is available to answer your call and hangs up on you. Live chat is not available either. Are they out of business and just stealing your money until they fold up completely? I'm glad the order was only for $25.39. I think I have been ripped off. I put in a PayPal dispute but we all know how that goes; SLOWLY.

Horrible
July 25, 2020

Took money for some parts for my 80 suzuki. Kept delaying order, week after week. I emailed them multiple times with no response. I left messages on social media requesting my order be cancelled, received a response that it would be and it never was. Bug elsewhere.

Unreliable company

I ordered a radiator from this company June 23,2020 and they took the money out of my account right away and now it's July 24,2020 and I have yet to receive anything I WANT MY MONEY BACK. DONT ORDER FROM HERE THIS COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE.

Stay away from this company. Zero customer service. They take your money and never ship the product. Took WEEKS to finally get in touch with someone only to hear they canceled the order AFTER accepting payment. Still trying to get money back. The WORST company I've ever dealt with.

I ordered parts through Bikebandit and paid more over another website because Bikebandits website said 2-3 days shipping vrs the other websites 3-5 days. It's been over 5 days and no shipping confirmation or any other information sent about my order other than on the 16th that one of the parts they claimed was in stock was now no longer being manufactured. I ordered the part from eBay on the 16th and received it today the 21st. Can't get ahold of them through email, live chat or phone call which they highly recommend. I've noticed tons of other customers having the very same issues. Even considering the COVID19 BS going on, there's no excuses for terrible business. If Bikebandit can't hang with the big dogs perhaps they should stay on the porch and stop taking orders until they get their poop together. This isn't the first time I've run into issues with Bikebandit but it for sure is my last. I'm warning everyone in the motorcycle and ATV world about the Bandit...

I ordered a simple gasket for a Honda EU2000I generator. The website said the item was in stock and would ship in 1 to 2 days. Ten days later I receive an email that says there is a "fulfillment delay" in shipping my order. No indication when the part will be shipped. I responded with an email telling them to cancel my order. I received a canned reply indicating that they are receiving a high volume of emails and the best method is to contact them by phone. I'm in Malaysia and was having the part shipped to Florida to be forwarded with my other mail.

Three days ago I ordered the part from another supplier. That part arrived in Florida today.

I have to wonder if this company even has an inventory or simply operates by ordering parts when someone orders one and marking the price up for a profit. Find another supply and don't waste your time being frustrated with this company.

Bike Bandit claimed to ship 3 of my 4 items ordered 4 weeks ago but I never received them. No tracking number provided. The new improved phone number...? What a joke! I called the number listed on their website today I get a canned recoding with options. Not mater which option I picked the recording says no one is available to help me and call disconnects. This company is stealing people's hard earned money and spewing lies. Stay away!

Ordered some brake pads on May 19th. Today is June 17th and I have only recived generic emails saying shipping delay and no specific information. Website states delays because of covid 19. If this company cannot handle the business at this time they should quit taking orders until they have issues fixed. Will I ever receive my parts? Riding season here is short and very dissapointed I ordered from Bikebandit.

Refund please

Im writing this while im on the phone (on hold) with them again. They never answer... I've tried the call back option too. They never called back.
I've emailed them to cancel an order. They never replied. I've also messaged them on Instagram. No reply.
I ordered a motorcycle helmet before the virus and they did say it's taking an extra long time but I would like a helmet before motorcycle season is finished so im just trying to get a refund...

"Crickets"

Every week, I receive another email on the status of my order. All 5 items are on back order with no proposed delivery date. It says "do not reply to the email". I have now sent 17 email with only an automated reply, "You will get your $#*! when you get it". 22 voice mails with no reply. And there is no incentive to change, as they bill your card at the time the order is placed. You can't cancel the order because every attempted contact is ignored. Would I ever buy from them again "F" no! The bankruptcy rumor is most likely true.

I ordered my tires on Monday. 7/6/20. Then told it was shipped out the following day. It's been almost 7 day and nothing. I check everyday and it's still sitting at BB warehouse. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR! Or, PayPal will be notified.

Very poor service

I placed an order on 5/25/20 and still have not gotten anything shipped yet. The few times I have managed to actually get through to customer service I'm told they will be shipping very soon, and the delay is always blamed on the coronavirus. Now I can't get through to anyone at customer service even after waiting on hold for hours. I sent an email a week ago and haven't heard back yet. I want to cancel this order but cannot get ahold of anyone! I reordered the same parts from another website 4 days ago and have a shipping confirmation they will be here in a few days, so I don't buy the fact they are on national back order from Yamaha like bike bandit claims. I wish I could give zero stars

There are TONS of way better websites to order from that is better than this one, there really is no excuse to order from this website DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Awful literally ZERO customer service from any of their platforms and if you leave a call and request a call back they will call you back after 2 hours THEN PLACE YOU BACK AT THE END OF THE LINE. I took me 2 days to get a hold to just try to refund my order turns out it was just shipped an hour before i got a call back THEN when i get the shipping email it says"click below for your tracking info" THERE IS NO TRACKING INFO, all im trying to do now is just find my tracking info or get it from them and they wont give me any call or email or anything back. Its absolutely crazy how awful their customer service is for a company in the year 2020. It is now right not acceptable from a company to be this bad in 2020 and i get the whole covid-19 thing i really do bu this review is slight after and shipping is heading to be back to normal, but covid is still not an excuse for AWFUL customer service. F THIS COMPANY

Stay away. I ordered parts a month ago today with nothing but fulfillment delay emails for weeks now. Would love a refund so I can just find parts elsewhere but nobody seems to pick up a phone or respond to social media requests in this company. This is not my first time ordering with Bike Bandit, but it will be my last if nothing is done about these delays.

Be careful I ordered a $300.00 part 6-17-20 they charged my credit card 6-18/20. Nothing called a dozen times just got recordings they send emails automatic 3: am because of the virus shipping is slow they are 20 miles from me. Went to there live chat never got on. Then I called and recordings you are in cue 10 calls ahead nothing. Call the next day you are in cue 2 calls ahead one hour later you are next? We can't take your call at this time?
Called City card and explained the problem got an email 7-7-20 9:30 am they contacted Bike Banded and they have 45 days to respond to the dispute?
I guess I woke someone up 3: pm got an email my parts are being picked up except next day delivery. Something is wrong with this business. I will never order from them again and would not trust them.

Where is my order?

I've been trying to contact you via phone (20 minutes then it hangs up), live chat (response: when you (I) were off line... cough cough, I just pushed the send button), and email (crickets) for an update on an order I placed on June 26th. Where is my order? When will I receive my products? If this continues, then I would like a refund so that I may purchase from a company that is responsive. We use this bike daily on our farm but can't until its repaired. I NEED MY PARTS!

Placed 2 orders on May 6th and May18th, 2020. Received part of my May 18th order today (July 10th), almost 3 months later. Unfortunately, half of my order is missing... No explanation whatsoever...
My May 6th order hasn't even shipped yet over 3 months later.
I reached out several times over the last 3 months to get updates through email (no one answers the phone and live chat hasn't been working for months). The ONLY response I get is when I leave a review here...
As if this isn't frustrating enough, they keep sending me promotional emails with "next day air shipping promotions". So apparently they can ship orders the next day but my order hasn't shipped after 3 months!
They have offered to refund me the shipping (I only got refund for 1 order) but I would much rather they just shipped my stuff.
I'd also really like to get an explanation why I only got half of one of my orders (why did some items get canceled, those items are still available on the website and qualify for next day air shipping). Again, I sent several emails/messages to inquire but never got any response...
I've ordered several items from other companies and got all of them within 2-3 weeks.
The Bikebandit website states delays of 2-3 weeks. In reality the delays are 3 months or more.
Had great service from Bikebandit in the past. After this experience, I'm not sure I'll ever do business with them again. They really need to communicate effectively with me if they want me to reconsider.

I did not get an email requesting additional information or any kind of useful information. I got a generic email telling me to get in touch with Bikebandit through live chat (which doesn't work and has been down for weeks) or call them. I tried calling but gave up after 1 1/2 on hold. I tried calling several times. It's been 5 weeks now and my order has not been shipped. Very disappointing...

Placed an order 20 days ago. No update, sent numerous emails, no response. Tried calling multiple times, was put on hold for over an hour and no one answered. Looks like this company is going out of business. Will be contacting my credit card company to get the charge on my card reversed as it's the only option I have left.
