Ordered a radiator all i get is we are on it but the 800 number goes straight to busy signal and the live chat is down. No response sounds fishy to me i think i need to call the CC company and cancel payment...

Been trying for 3 weeks to return a helmet that doesn't fit. They were happy to take my money and then delay shipping by 2 weeks. Terrible company no response at all via phone (on hold for over an hour numerous days, don't bother) email is automated response. No response from a month ago. Automated response from follow up's, voicemail nada. The positive reviews must be from their employee's. They take your money and hopefully you get your part, anything else forget... lost me as a customer and i will warn everybody i can not to use them!
Update
Finally got an answer after waiting another 58 mins on hold. Took 2 minutes to resolve. Rep did send me a message here which was good. Still my rating stands, the non response by normal means is unacceptable. They need to charge upon shipping not right away. All I can say to those waiting, hang in there I guess at least one person works there.

Looks at their Instagram comments shows all that they don't send anything out on time. I've been on hold for 45 min with no answer. Live chat sends you to a blank page. And email service said hold tight.

After 20+ days of waiting for a shipping confirmation, I found out two things that have turned me off to this company forever.
First, they do not stock any of their parts, which means you have to wait for them to get it from the manufacturer before they can ship it to you. Second, they charge your card for the purchase before it ships out, meaning that they will immediately take your money, and it is anybody's guess when you will receive the item. I understand that COVID means long lead times and difficulty getting parts, but it is pretty uncool to take an order without any way of seeing an item is not in stock, then taking your money, and sitting on it for almost a month with no indication of when your item might ship out. Huge bummer, go elsewhere to buy stuff.

I bought a set of motorcycle tires. The back tire was fine. The front tire looked picture perfect off of the rim, but once it was mounted and aired to correct pressure, it was clearly out of round and appeared unsafe. When I contacted BikeBandit for a return authorization, they said I could not be refunded because the tire had been mounted. They elaborated further, saying I could not be refunded unless the manufacturer agreed that it was a defective tire from the start. So, if you but a tire from BikeBandit, and it's defective, you now own a defective tire. And "GOOD LUCK" reaching their customer service. Their on-line chat didn't work. I sent 3 emails and received zero responses. I called and received an automated answer on call #11; I waited on hold for 50 minutes before a real person answered.

Sounds like there may of been miscommunication. Or maybe a request that was not able to be done. We cannot take back a mounted tire as a return, we can set you up with a warranty to get a new tire sent out to replace the defective one. Spent $300 in parts over a month ago. No upsates, no replies to my emails, and nothing but run-arounds when i finally get ahold of them after 1.5 hours on hold. Bike is still sitting, busted and I'm losing money every day that its not operable.

I orders two parts and paid for express shipping, a week later i get a email saying the parts are in high demand, so call customer service trying to cancel my order and the phone is either busy or just don't answer at all.

I'm leaving this review in reference to Order Number 25XY4CL this order was made and charged to my card almost 3 weeks ago, busy tone from customer service, no replies to email, live chat doesn't work.
Will be reporting this fraudulent company to BBB and anybody else who will listen.

Ordered parts over a week ago and they still haven't shipped. I called to get a status and was on hold for about 45 minutes before I was able to talk to a human and then he sounded like he could care less about my order. They charge you upfront for the parts so if you cancel your order you have to wait to get your money back. I will never order from them again.

Need to return item spent 2hours on phone waiting for customer service to respond. Chat is unavailable and now all I get is a busy signal. All I need is to print out a shipping label and send it back, site won't let me do it says I have to contact customer service vicious circle.
BikeBandit has never been fast with shipping but now it seems they don't ship at all. Two weeks and my orders are still 'In Progress' Phone is a constant busy signal, livechat on the web site is 'unavailable' and no response to emails. No customer service so I have filed disputes with Visa to try to get my money back.
This is the first time I have ordered from bike bandit and probably the last. The whole system needs to be overhauled! I never have this kind of problem trying to get through to customer service on the other sites I use. I can't even track my order. I have to be honest. I never bought from BikeBandit before, didn't even check their reviews, saw that they could ship my tires out 2-3 days and booked online. Once processed I decided to check them out review wise, and must say there are so many bad reviews I got really scared. I was like Sh*t... now I'm going to have to go through all this unwanted hassles to get my purchase. WELL... I'm not sure where all the negative vibes came from because I got my order delivered 3 days from ordering. Great job BikeBandit. I'll come back again.
