I order two things from bike bandit on May 3rd. I was called about two weeks ago saying my parts were shipped and would be coming soon. It is now the 29th and still haven't revived anything. When i try and call there is no answer, the live chat doesn't work and they do not email back. I logged onto my account to find out they haven't even shipped my parts. Not impressed to say the very least! This site sounds like a fraudulent business I highly recommend not ordering anything from bike bandit unless you like giving your money away!
I placed an order almost a month ago for a few parts that were listed as in stock. I have been charged for them but have not received any updates. They never answer the phone for customer service and have not replied to emails. They also state that there is a live chat option. However once you find the link to it at the bottom of the page, it opens a separate site that indicates live chat being unavailable. This company used to be great for hard to find parts. Look somewhere else.

This company lies said they processed refund they dont I'm waiting on over 500 dollars. I filed a dispute with my credit card hope they like paying the chargeback. Everyone who has the same problem contact the credit card company. Also dont expect customer service, they dont answer phones or chat or emails Beware

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from these losers. Tied up my funds in PayPal but will not provide ship dates or any email response at all. Phones are always busy. Online Chat function does not work. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Reported them to BBB. If I could give them a negative score I would.

Ordered over 21/2 mo the ago. Can't talk to anyone all emails state don't respond. Can't talk to a person. Started part was out of their wear house but could get it from another place but this would take a extra 4-5 days. Could you tell me what year we are talking about. No exaggerating, it took 2 months to the day and was shipped standard.

Ordered parts for my bike on 4/30/20, my credit card was charged on 5/1/20. They have not shipped my parts or answered any of my emails inquiring about the order? The phone is never answered or goes to busy signal. This is pure online shopping robbery. If they are open and can't communicate or fill orders they should not be tsking peoples money. Placed order on April 27th, 2020. My credit card was charged on the same date. Nothing was shipped. Have tried to call multiple (12 times) and have been on hold for over two hours. Send several emails via their on-line app and have gotten no response. Latest one was to give notice that I will be cancelling the credit card charge unless something happens by tomorrow May 26th, 2020. Maybe this review will get someone's attention.

I have waited over 1 and a half months for my order. Every week they tell me they will send it in this Saturday, but they haven't even sent me a update or anything. They do not care about the orders and constantly threaten me to that i should just cancel my order if they are taking to long, instead of expediting or helping me in some way. Bought a chain and sprocket kit a month ago. Sent a email asking what the hell was going on and got some automated message back. This place is the worst company I have felt with. This is my first time and my last. Been on hold for costumer service 4 times already for 20 min and never get a answer. This place is straight garbage. Give me my parts or my money back!

I ordered my kids full face helmets back on May 5th. I haven't had any email saying my order shipped. All it says on the site is that it's "in process" I tried emailing multiple times and tried calling but got nothing. Customer service isn't that great. I should of just ordered from Amazon

You can send an email but you won't get a response. You can't chat online because that's unavailable. You can call them and wait for 30 minutes and never get though to anyone. Or you can write a bad review and they will call you in 15 minutes about the review. And go on and on about covid-19 and how it's hurting them but never care about your order.

Bike Bandit sent my order short without explanation in an email or online, so I called and waited over 15 minutes and no one ever picked up.
I believe reps must be working from home is why C. S. sucks so bad. Customer service people that work from home do a very poor job. I do not want to hear the virus excuse because that is crap

Took my money and now weeks of silence. No answer on phone or chat. Email gets an auto response basically telling you to get stuffed. Bike is STILL not ready to be inspected/put on the road.

Update: A week later... still nothing. Looks like they've stopped responding here too. Time for a full complaint w/ the BBB, I guess.
Much like many of the other folks on the site reviewing. I ordered on Apr 14th 2020, and today May 21st over 1 month later I still have yet to receive the items I bought. Spent over $500 and every time I call I get a new excuse. I've heard three different times that it should ship by blah blah date and never does. This forth time of calling their own customer service just recommended I cancel the order and buy from someone else.
They are trying to blame the pandemic. But sadly its a poor excuse to try an explain the same behavior they have had for years now. I've cancelled their terrible order as advised by their own customer service and without sparing a moments time bought the parts elsewhere. I already have a guaranteed delivery date of this Tuesday the 26th.
Bike bandit can try and hide behind the excuse that the pandemic is why they are dog $#*!, but the reality is no other business has had late shipping times. The few of the relatives and friends who have experienced delay, were not only notified, but their dates were delayed by mere days. Not months. It costed $3 more to get the same parts, why I didn't listen to reviews before hand I will never know.
Just stay away from their company, their own customer service team is recommending you spend your money else where. Jokes on them too, the $511 and change was the first of two purchases for a rebuild, the second purchase being over $1600. Guess it doesn't pay to be a loser hiding behind peoples suffering and sickness. Shame on them for even using the pandemic as an excuse.
