Place an order on May 4 and it said 1 to 2 business days and it would ship. On May 11 (Monday) I still have not got the order so I called and talk to someone and they said it was coming from the supplier and it will ship by May 15 or 16 (Friday or Saturday) and I should get it by May 20 (Wednesday). As of May 20 I have not gotten an email for shipping confirmation. I tried to call them on May 19 (Tuesday) to see if it had shipped (knowing it had not because I had no shipping confirmation email) and I was on hold for 16 minutes and no one ever answer my call, so I hung up. As of May 21 (Thursday) I have not receive my order or a email confirmation. I have also email them a couple time. I will never order from them again, this is very very POOR customer service.

Purchased for 2 Bikes and a Jetski! 9 items OEM Parts. Took 2 1/2 weeks to get in (NOT SHIPPED) simple brake pads and oil filter (BMW S1000R) The rest was Kawasaki oem parts that they still didn't receive and couldn't tell me a expected delivery date. Then wanted to charge me shipping to send me the parts that were received into there warehouse because it was a incomplete order. Was supposed to be FREE shipping. Canceled order I'll never waist my time again with them! What good is great prices if it takes a month to get items!

We would like to look into the order and see what happened here. We do not list anything to be in stock on our site. OEM BMW is listed for 5-7 business days and OEM Kawasaki is 3-4. These are under normal circumstances as well. We have a banner on the top of our site to inform our customers that delays are happening during this time. Still, I would like to touch base with you and see if theres anything we can do to make your experience a better one.

Don't waste your time ordering from Bike Bandit. I had ordered some parts with the knowledge that there would be slight delays due to the ensuing pandemic. Within 24 hours the full charge had hit my card. After twice the stated processing time, I contacted customer service, where they informed me that there was a slight delay in their warehouse and that my products would be shipped by the end of the week. When they hadn't shipped by the beginning of the next week, I contacted CS and got the same story. Repeat this process two more times and I was at my wits end. After being lied to and brushed off four times, I canceled my order and asked for a refund. That was a couple of weeks ago and I still haven't gotten my money back. DO NOT buy from this company, they'll waste your time, take your money, and leave you up a creek without a paddle. Their customer service department is no help, warehouse processing is subpar, and order forecasting is a joke. Partzilla.com is a much better alternative.

Terrible customer service, I ordered 2 very small screws from them on the 7th for which they charged me 10$ of shipping (could've sent in a packing envelope for way less than that), immediately got a confirmation email saying that my item was in stock and would ship soon and to expect an email with tracking. Now it is the 19th and I still have no tracking email, I've emailed them 2x asking for an update and gotten no response. I finally called customer service today and after waiting for 27 minutes I finally got through only to be told by someone I could barely understand that my parts hadn't even arrived to them yet and that they hadn't sent them yet. They claim they have stuff in stock but are simply a 3rd party middle man who takes forever to ship and will overcharge on shipping. DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU CANT FIND THE PARTS ELSEWHERE!

We are sorry for the delays that are occurring. We never list any parts to be in stock, we state that they have a projected fulfillment timeframe and to allow up to 5-7 business days to fulfill them before were able to ship them out. This is under normal circumstances. Unfortunately with everything going on delays are to be expected and we have a banner on the top of our site to let our customers know delays are happening and to expect them. Today is only the 8th business day on the order, so at this time were one day later than expected, without delays. With our staffing being effected by COVID phone calls are taking a bit longer than normal to answer. If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to reach out. Ordered 2 items from bikebandit on 4/24 and as of 5/16 still not shipped website said ships in 3 to 4 days maybe they mean weeks no help from customer service no email response and there shipping policy says they will notify you if there are any delays with your order no response from bikebandit I have called customer service they said would ship next day still not shipped avoid the headache and shop elsewhere where they value customer service understandable that this is during covid 19 times and online retailers are busy but three to four weeks is not acceptable customer service is poor at best

I wasn't sure about ordering from this site at first. But I still ordered $260 worth of parts anyways. Once I paid they stopped answering. They said I would get a "refund" in a couple business days. It has now been just over 2 weeks and I always send them emails. Do not order from this site. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE

Ordered A tire and clutch From them april 17th and Then got an email a few days later telling me that the tire was actually not in stock and would need to be ordered which would add 3-4 days to the shipping time. Fast forward two weeks of absolutely no communication on their end and I called them and was on hold for 20 minutes and then was told it had to be ordered directly from kawasaki but that it should have been to them by then and the customer service representatives said he'd look into it immediately and get back to me, he did not get back to me in any way shape or form. So I waited another week and a half till today and called again, after a half hour on hold the customer service representative informed they still did not have it in stock so I canceled my order. Extremely dissatisfied

Put in order April 29, have heard nothing in response since then. Their phone number is dead and their online chat doesn't work either. Probably about to go out of business, so be careful about giving them $. Make sure you use PayPal or a good credit card so you don't get ripped off.

I have never felt the need to write a negative review for a business until now. Note: this experience took place during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and I have tried to be patient and understanding with businesses with that consideration, but my negative experience with bikebandit.com started with website issues unrelated to the current situation and continued with customer service that is unacceptable despite the current situation. Below are the main highlights of my experience.
1.2/4 of my items, including a front tire, shipped to me pretty quickly. The other 2 items still had not shipped out 2 weeks later so I cancelled those items.
2. The "fits machine" feature on the website matched me with the wrong size tire for my bike (2017 Triumph Street Twin). I didn't realize this until I tried to put the new tire on.
3. The customer service rep was focused on his inability to understand how their website allowed me to add a 2017 Triumph ST to my "garage" because he didn't even see that option in their system. I have a screenshot attached to this review to show the website matching the wrong size front tire to that bike in my garage.
4. The customer service rep said that the replacement tire would be on its way to me ASAP, even before I had the chance to get to down to a UPS location to ship the original tire back. That sounded great because my bike (my only form of transportation) is currently on jack stands. However, a week later and still no word on the replacement tire being shipped.
5. I called customer service a second time (after a week of waiting for a replacement tire with no word) and the customer service rep said they still have not received the replacement tire to ship to me. Again, that's generally fine given the COVID-19 stuff, but some kind of notice of the long delay would have been greatly appreciated since I currently have no transportation. However, he said they would only be able to ship the replacement to me after receiving the original tire (counter to what the original customer service rep told me).
6. I just cancelled my order. My bike has been without a front tire for a week because of bikebandit.com's inaccurate website feature and they won't be able to get me another tire for another few days (after I find a way to get to town to ship the original tire back). Their customer service reps have been nice enough but not very forthcoming or helpful. I will never do business with them again.

Customer service number isn't working... live chat is disabled. I ordered parts for my bike a week n a half ago... I never received a shipping confirmation n started calling. The customer service number is down... how do u run a business n don't have a phone number... so I try the live chat feature n that Doesn't Work... I then get an email stating they KNOW they're having a ordering problem for purchases... then tell me there's no reason to respond to the email! This company knew they couldn't fulfill orders n still took my money n then tells me to wait in the meantime my bike is down n I can't even get in touch work anyone about my order... truly amazing.

I have ordered from them before, so when I placed my order on April 21, I anticipated faithful service. One of the four items I ordered shipped promptly from Klim, but the other three items are "awaiting shipment." These are small items, tube and chain brush, so they should be easy to throw in UPS/Fedex. However, no update emails, no response to chat submission and now my phone calls won't go through. This appears to be a business ready to go out of business. Stay away.

Exploring vendors for reliability while rebuilding a bike led me to order some simple hardware for my footpegs and brake pedal. All parts were listed as "in stock". Since then, I have recieved 10+ deliveries from reliable vendors such as motosport, Dennis kirk and eBay. These companies are taking a day or two longer than usual which is completely understandable. Bike bandit however has taken a month and still not processed my order for shipping. After 3 weeks I received an email asking me to rate my order. How?!?! It still hasn't shipped. Bike bandit may not be the most appropriate name for this company, maybe cash bandit, order bandit, online bandit... would be more fitting since all you are doing is stealing customers money. DO NOT ORDER FROM BIKE BANDIT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. SPEND THE EXTRA FEW DOLLARS ELSEWHERE TO AVOID THE HEADACH OF DEALING WITH A SCHAM BUSINESS LIKE THIS! Hopefully the BBB can begin to take action against this company until it is dissolved. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY, and good luck ordering elsewhere, stick to motosport, Dennis kirk or eBay if you are looking for reliability.

After the long wait and no feedback on my order that was placed with Bikebandit I had them cancel my order and aske for a full refund they only refunded the total amount of the parts and did not refund the tax that they billed me for. Now I get no response back when trying to get my tax refunded. Don't get me wrong it's not the amount that I am concerned about but it's the fact that they feel they don't have to reuturn it! Do Not use this company!

I get a message from Jerome F. [BikeBandit Rep] in that message he says that he would like to make things right with my order that was never shipped and canceled. So I ask him how is he going to make it right and a few more of my comments on how disapointed I am in BikeBandit as a company in customer service and how they say items are in stock when in fact they are not. I respond with okay lets see how you are going to make things right for me. I give them my original order number so they can have all the information I feel they need and this was 5/12 at 12 PST and as of today 5/13 3:25 PST no response from ( Jerome F. BikeBandit Rep) Again it looks and sounds like just another tactic to make it look like BikeBandit cares about it's customers and it's reputation as a quality motorcylce parts store. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are just after your money and do not care about the customer at all.

The worse

I ordered a throttle tamer and hand grips two weeks ago and still I'm waiting on parts. They talk about delays, but I ordered a set of fairings, on the same day, from somewhere else that had to be painted and all. I was just informed yesterday that my fairings would be shipped. I check my order status everyday and it still says "not yet shipped." I've called before their hours of operation and the phone will ring, an answering service picks up, but then when I call during business hours the calls won't go through. THIS IS THE FIRST, THE LAST AND THE ONLY TIME I WILL EVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH THEM. I really want my $108.78 back. Some of the worst service I've ever experienced in my life.

First off I just want to say if you're planning on purchasing anything from Bike Bandit, DONT! I repeat abort mission right now. I placed an order for a Fuel tank almost 10 Days ago and have not been able to receive any accurate updates from them, I have called several times and one of two things happens, the number is disconnected or some unenthusiastic employee picks up the phone and has no idea what is going on with my order, Last time I called I was told my tank arrived and just hadn't been processed yet. This was about 4 days go. Their chat has been offline forever but, today it was up and running so I thought I would try that. The consultant told me my tank hasn't arrived yet. Wait, hold up, I was told by someone else my tank is there so, who is giving me the right information? The consultant representing this "great" company then told me that it's possible it arrived but, he doesn't know. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told a manager would just give me the same info. I get that these are hard times and the virus has made everything take a bit longer than usual but, not following up with customers, not even giving them updates after they spent hundreds of dollars on parts is unacceptable. They keep going on and on about how everything is currently delayed but, there was no delay in taking my money before pretty much kicking me to the curb. I am hoping I receive my part before the end of the week but, until then I urge you to take your money elsewhere.

I ordered a fuel pump and the sealing O-ring for my cruiser more than 2 weeks ago. After shopping around and comparing prices from other sites I figured that I would give BikeBandit a shot seeing how they had the lowest price once at checkout. The site claimed that my items were in stock and would ship within 1-3 days of my order. I emailed customer service (I was nice) wondering where my parts were after a week of no shipment. After no response for a day or two I decided to try the live chat option in which the rep said I would be notified when the parts shipped and that I could expect them to arrive at the end of the following week. Then later that weekend somebody finally answered my email 3 days after I initially inquired with the same cookie cutter response but no ETA this time. I waited for another week hoping that I would see a change in order status but to no avail. I tried contacting customer service again this morning (2 weeks and a day after my order was placed) and the phone line and live chat were both down. Yes, I did check the time zones and the hours of operation of their office and I was well within the window. I sent another email (not nice this time) but I'm expecting another 3 day waiting period before I hear anything back. I guess in the mean time I will sit on my bike in the garage and make motor noises while dreaming what it would be like if I had just spent $50 more on Rocky Mountain. At least they typically let me know if there is a delay! This is the first and last time I use BikeBandit.

Placed an order almost two weeks ago. Nothing ever arrived. Called customer service and a very lengthy hold was told one of the parts (there were only three common items in the order) was never received by the seller. Never again.
