On april 10th I won a 44b jackpot. After 20 days they responded there was a problem and they fixed the issue. Then they wrote and said I did not win and misunderstood the earlier response. They also did not credit my account. I think people should know before this happens to them. Be aware.

Website is hard to get on always get errors. Customer service is terrible it use to be great. I have never had a reply from them. They do not offer any quality time management games. Very disappointed it has gone so far downhill what happened?

Ruined EverMerge

They've made EverMerge greedy, unreliable, unfair and unequal to all players. Android users get better deals than Apple users. Everything that should come stock with the game now costs real money. They take things out of the game (that are liked/necessary) and communicate nothing. Probably hoping we won't notice. Horrible company.

Now on day 15 waiting for tech support. After (now) literally weeks receiving links to their FAQ's I have received the following support ticket reply. 15 days and they tell me there will be a delay to their next response. 15 days and they have kept my money. 15 days and they have done nothing to resolve their issue. I have even told them exactly what steps THEY need to take to get my games working...

Their games are rigged! The other day the vip spotlight slot max bet was 297 million a roll, it's suppose to be only 540 thousand a roll,, they stole my chips

DON'T BOTHER
There are literally better gaming platforms to use like Xbox, Gamehouse, Gamesradar, Hiddenobjectsgames etc.
Big Fish claims they upgraded for 2022 - but their platform hasn't. They're STILL showing troubleshoot pages for old Windows 98 and XP. Before you even reach the current Windows 10 or 11. I just lost 1990 credit points (equiv. 2 CE points) I could have used for another game purchase (my last) as the Cart just quit working. Nothing but 'sorry please come back later' errors when the checkout refreshed. My Windows 10 is a full-powered desktop/all updated-current. So that's not the issue. I looked on the support site for the manual download, and it was locked. No other answers. And barely an icon to file a useless ticket. I happily removed the payment from my account (oh yeah... and no option to unsubscribe or close your account anymore either)
I am SO done with them.

Games are made for you to lose. They want you to buy there fake chips with real money that have no value. They black list players who win big and than lose, you can't win anything. This is a racist game they pick on people from different countries that are not Froom the US.
Stay away from this total waste of time, all the games suck.

They have stopped producing any decent games and absolutely no TM games. I have asked for them to delete my account and all my personal details which they said they would. I confirmed it was my account then heard NOTHING from them. They advised they would do something but seemed to completely want to ignore my added requests of an update. I highly recommend staying away from these folks as they are not honest and the game quality you may pay for will be very low.

Loss of credits

Have been users for over ten years, have purchased several games over the years. Now I've been informed that all of our credits that I earned and all the extra ones I've purchased are gone. Because their changing things so I guess I just kissed all my money good bye.

I've been a loyal customer for over 15 yrs and I've never had a problem until recently 2 of my games download but won't open to play it and my other 1 won't activate I've tried asking for help but everytime I do everything big fish says none will fix the problem THEY NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN THEY HAVE LIKE A TOLL FREE TECH NO. ALL MY OTHER GAMES PLAY I CAN'T EVEN E-MAIL them

I got the lastest version of this came as love the other versions the other versions had no problems but this one freeze towards the end of the game all the time. I tried it 6 times and all i can get from big fish games is to update my graphics driver. Like why? I play all other big fish games with no problems so i advice not to buy this version of the series

Don't Respond

I have been a Big Fish customer for over ten years, and their customer service used to be excellent. Right now, I've emailed them to tell them I couldn't purchase any game credits (says the service is not available at this time). I've emailed customer service and have not heard back. They seem to be nonresponsive and don't care that they are losing sales because their website isn't working properly.

Can't cancel payment

Nothing really wrong with the games, but try to cancel your payments and you're in a world of hurt. They say you can cancel via their website - they lie. You're better off going to one of the many free sites available these days. Avoid these guys like the plague! I'd give them zero stars if that option was available!

To whom it may concern:

Your service is horrible. You have tried to make a fool out of me by claiming I have to send videos of the damage you have done to my Big Fish Casino play.

Shame on you. Anyone who wants to play on this site just downloads it. There was no poisonous crap like you are forcing me to deal with.

Now after destroying most of my games, you make unnatural demands so that I can no longer play properly.

You have stopped the games from loading, you force me to constantly reboot the games, and then you stall the games indefinitely making the whole experience awful.

If you wanted to get rid of me, there are easier ways.

I spent thousands of dollars on your site. For nothing but terrible service and disgusting manipulation.

Disappearing Coins
January 17, 2022

Your coins disappear right before your eyes and you don't even have to be in a game, just in the lobby your coins will reduce in amount in just seconds. I had over 2 million coins and was in the lobby scrolling through slots when I noticed my coin amount drop. It drop 5 times until all I had left was 33k coins. It has happened several times and tickets about the errors get closed with no resolution or fix. This morning I got kicked out of a game and just closed the app. Went back an hour or do later and they gave me 1.5 million coins because of interrupted game play. I entered a slot game, got kicked out before I could spin once, game asked to rejoin, I rejoined and 1.7 million coins were gone! No game play at all they just disappeared. They left me 33k coins. RIP OFF! I screeshot it every time it did it

Steal money

Automatic charges months after I canceled my subscription! Try to find anyone to talk to is impossible!
Had to cancel my visa just to stop the charges…. Stay well clear of this horrible money grubbing company. I say class action law suit is in order!

CREDIT CARD SCAMMERS

BUYER BEWARE Only charges unaccounted for on my card which is connected to my MAC, and thousands of dollars gone. Which they try and spin around and make it like you spent it. When you didn't. I am shocked at Apple. Since Apple is strict about what apps they allow. Thousands in the hole. They will NOT refund a penny. They will just keep on charging you. Play. Don't play. They find a way to take your money and every last drop. And then show not one sign of compassion. The oddest thing is, suddenly you'll see crazy charges, but then the dates gonna back months. Clearly they have hackers working for them. What reputable company does not have a phone number for customer support. They say the same automated responses so there is nobody to talk to. You would think they would have a fraud department. Nope!
I smell another class action lawsuit in the future, and I will be on board
They do not care who they take from. I haven't played in years now and didn't even pay attention to the apps being there. They twist everything to make you think you're crazy. They do not care who they rob and steal from. As long as they keep on getting money.
No phone number blows my mind. How in this day age can they not have people who answer phones. Probably because what happens when you email them for the FAKE Jackpot you won? Many years ago when I did play and hit a fake jackpot, they boot you off the game, the player then contacts customers support, and is told it's their fault or it is their connection. This was the experience a good friend of mine had, so she asked for a refund, they would not refund her, and the more she pressed, they blocked her account so that they did not have to issue any fake chips to her, and unblocked her, charging her anyway during the time she was completely blocked. They never issue refunds. It is not our policy they say. Who doesn't issue refunds?
Stay far away from this game, they have their own employees that create accounts, and play. And that's who wins the jackpots.
I am so completely disgusted that any company would take advantage of people this way. Especially with all we have going on today, people being out of work, or even displaced from their homes. They collect real money, in return for fake chips, and then blame "customers" when there is a discrepancy. It is absurd. Filing with the BBB doesn't work or so I have been told, I will try however anyway. Nobody should get away with this. Is modern day theft. AN UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASE IS JUST THAT unauthorized by the cardholder. And every cent should be returned from those frauds. Be careful with this company. And stay well
