Avoid big fish casino, its a rip off, all games are geared in favour of big fish, which has the appropriate name as they reel you in. You may win a spin, but the next 5-10 will take double back with no wins at all. We now casinos win, but at least in a real casino they have laws that they have to give a percentage back to the house, no such rules with big fish. It would be cheaper to fly to vegas, rent a room and thrown $500 on the floor and go home again, at least it would last longer

I purchased 1 game, Didn't join as a member and they have continued to take money out of my bank account monthly. They don't make it easy to cancel (I don't have a 'cancel my membership' option that they keep telling me to do). My last resort was to close my bank account which might now affect my credit if they continue to try and charge. Really annoyed and upset and I am only asking to them to stop taking money out of my account and they have ignored my emails regarding this. I don't know how they get away with it and I hope they get a law suit soon.

I was a big purchaser of the bigfishgames website and bought a lot of games. I downloaded the app and everything was fine until it stopped working out of nowhere. All of a sudden all of my games that I purchased became a trial game and the app doesn't even let me play them anymore. Kept showing me error message. Money down the drain. When I emailed their help desk they replied to me to read the articles which I already did. Before I emailed them I un-installed and re-installed 4 times based on all the article for all the different error code that the app kept telling me. So, when they replied and told me to read the articles I replied back and was like I already did. Final result was they told me I was rude and to have some respect with the issue still in place. Never buying any more games from this site ever again. I'm just going to find some where else.

I am not sure who bought BFG but they are the worst and least helpful group I have ever run into - all errors are my fault and they tell me to read their 'fix; for everything as if I have no experience with BFG! All I want now is credit for the last dozen games I purchased and cannot download. I have turned to iWin for m entertainment - eventually all the BFG games come to iWin.

Just delete this game after 13 years. This game Use to be fun. You play a long time enjoy yourself with all the people you meet in the rooms. It is going way down. You can't play very long without buying chips for just sitting in the Room. I spent a lot of money. Emotionally I was going through a divorce raising 5 kids on my own I am up in home health care so I don't get to get out. I met a lot of people on here we talk a lot about our lives and play the game. You can no longer do this. I am so disappointed and disgusted at this game. All they care about is the all mighty buck. Big depend on people like me. No Walker I am taken my power back. One more thing it took me almost 3 years To get from level 14 to 15th. I am absolutely disgusted at this game. Before they sold this game to a new company they were so good. The new Owners for a piece of you know what.

They just charged me without any question. I have contacted to the customer service by e-mail but they were sending me information about nothing and there was no answer for my question. I asked the question about why they charged me the second time as well? There is no answer of course! I have cancelled my membership, also I need to go to my bank to block any further transfer otherwise they will charge me again!
This is a SCAM company, never go to their website again!

Yes this is quite scammie which is a shame because they don't need to be - they have great quality products. Basically whatever game you purchase, you can't play unless you have paid a monthly subscription fee. This might have been OK back 10 years ago but nowadays these things don't fly - people don't like to not have access to what they pay for.

MY ADVICE: the first month is free, so play as much as you can than cancel subscription. It's a shame they come across as so scammy - they could have done so well. Plus the game I played was full of animal cruelty.

Have been users for over ten years, have purchased several games over the years. Now I've been informed that all of our credits that I earned and all the extra ones I've purchased are gone. Because their changing things so I guess I just kissed all my money good bye.

BigFish games is the worst website I've ever been on, do not ever buy from them. They charge you monthly without notice, and their games don't work. They're customer service is the most horrible thing in the world, and their calling number is very uninformative. When you call, they tell you to email them, but there isn't any email to be found. Therefor if you have a problem with anything, then you just wasted your money with this $#*!ty sight. It hurts me to know that any company would just want to take money from anyone for no good reason. Such f**king employers that don't give a sh*t about their customers. So sad. Never buy from this BugFish... unless you want to waste your f**king time and money. The only reason I gave one star for this review is because it didn't give me the option to give zero.

Their games are no longer compatible with MAC. They know this and continue to sell MAC games. Their main page doesn't have a disclaimer about the known problem, it can only be found after looking through their website. They offer a"workaround" that my MAC will not install due to security problems. It took me a week and 6 e-mails to get a refund. They try to give you the runaround until you give up and cut your losses. I finally filed a complain the with BBB and eventually got a refund.
