Wondering why I cant play any of my games? Its saying I need the latest update. Well, its updated to the most current but still wont open. Also saying is not longer available in the App Store, went there and saw not one game was there anymore. I paid a lot of money on these games, I want a refund!
Big fish games is a total scam. I won 131.00 and went to cash out and was told the hours were 8-2pm. It was 242pm. I was told to message again then and to take down my request on cash app. From 830-354pm I messaged back and forth and was repeatedly told to try again during hours. I sent another request on cashapp. They then proceeded to suspend my account with them. They take their time. Steal small amounts you don't think you'll notice. Make you wait hours or days to be paid out. Or completely empty out your account with a glitch then say it was not their fault and try to blame you. Don't do it.

Your service is horrible. You have tried to make a fool out of me by claiming I have to send videos of the damage you have done to my Big Fish Casino play.
Shame on you. Anyone who wants to play on this site just downloads it. There was no poisonous crap like you are forcing me to deal with.
Now after destroying most of my games, you make unnatural demands so that I can no longer play properly.
You have stopped the games from loading, you force me to constantly reboot the games, and then you stall the games indefinitely making the whole experience awful.
If you wanted to get rid of me, there are easier ways.

I have been a customer since 2008 spending thousands of dollars on this site. They have changed considerable since 2008 and not for the good. The customer service is atrocious taking over a week to get a response. The online customer care group has been abolished. The moderators in their forums are rude and arrogant and I believe very young with god complexes. I got kicked off the forums and have been removed for life - I kid you not. I don't think prison sentences, with the exception of murder are that long. Really? For a forum? They have been sold to Churchill Downs, Inc. I would highly recommend they do a complete analysis of the company operations. I always get the feeling that no one is in charge over the age of 30. Where are the managers? I always feel like the kids are running the family with this group.
I've been a gaming customer since 2011, with almost no difficulties including technical. That is, until the last year. I've since experienced issues with anything from Trial download n play to purchase bonuses. Supposed trial versions cutting off halfway, when they are supposed to be 60-90 minute plays. Then expecting you to purchase in order to finish your Trial (?!?) Forget about trying to contact their oxymoron "customer support" and/or "help central". You only get bumped around between pages, never actually getting to the section to request actual help; which used to be fully active. Their cheap redirect now is to visit the useless, outdated forum for answers. Caveat Emptor
Like any adventure, this site and games created were awesome. I personally love some games which are 5 years old. Story lines - great, creative, ideas brilliant, you can feel that games made by talented people and with love. Dire Grove, 13th Skull - genius games. Loved Awakening Princess stories.
I stayed with them for 7 years. Paying monthly credit didn't bother me. And customer service at the beginning was good. Reviews on games were real; and they published reviews from customers.
The time has past, for last 2 years games are manufactured by packs, with stupid story lines, copied from one to another, and with the same design templates. Who cares. Customer service indeed very bad, even rude with no care to customers. Indeed they don't publish real reviews, only the ones they write themselves. No any category, or series created - just random claude of games, impossible to find anything unless you know the game name.

Have one game called Chuzzle Christmas Edition and it has become so unplayable can't play mor than a couple of minutes before kicked out. Used to be fun now I hate it and will never get another big fish game
Just know this app is run by frauds. These people should be put in jail. Glitchy slots only pay little amounts when you buy chips. Customer support is awful and should be ashamed to work for such a disgusting company.
I really liked this company and had no problem having a membership as I would have rated their customer service the best in business. I feel sorry for those people who never got to experience that service in the old days. But in the past year the customer service has gone downhill fast and the loss of the online chat is especially felt.
After not being able to reinstall my game manager after a technical glitch, the one fix they provided didn't work.
I noticed their latest terms of service states that no class action lawsuits are allowed. I'm not sure that's enforceable legally, but it makes me think there are a lot of unhappy people out there.
Updated my info with new credit card. They are charging the old credit card. Emailed them several times & got an automated response. Asked if it was a robot.No response. Called & left message for billing. Waited over an hour. No response. Talked to receptionist. She said response time is 24-72 hours! EMAIL ONLY! Please see recent reviews. No Bueno.
I have accessed this site exclusively since 2012. It's unfortunate but the site has started to carry games that have explicit, killing of innocent animals that just happen to be bystanders in the games.
I contacted them several times and the individuals who returned my emails had a "I couldn't care less" attitude about my concern.
Under no circumstance will I allow my hard earned money to be used to promote cruelty, and abuse to animals.
Shame on you Big Fish. I hope every one reads my review and stops using your site.
This is a great site if you love games. They have Hidden Object games, strategy, puzzles, word, card and just about any kind of game that tickles your fancy.
You can download a free trial of most games and you can play many online games as well. Games are also available for purchase and I've purchased several of them and I've been very happy with their games and their customer service. I've never had a problem with them or any game I've purchased and I've been on that site for a couple of years now.
Just about anyone can find a game they'll like here. It's a good way to keep your mind sharp too.
Joined, bought a game, and was never able to activate it. No live customer service on weekends, no toll free number to call & talk to a live person, and no refunds even though you can't play the game you purchased. Since I only have internet access on weekends, don't know if previous statement by other reviewer was true, about no live customer service during the day, but wouldn't surprise me. I requested assistance on a weekend & was auto-emailed that all responses take 24-72 hours to be processed. I never got an email offering assistance, but did get the "How did our customer service do?" email 4 days later. I wouldn't recommend this web site. Poor customer service, no toll free number and NO REFUNDS!
Do not sign up with them. If you have problems loading games you have bought customer service will ignore you and then you have lost money. Honestly these people ought to be investigated for being a scam.
I do enjoy the game I bought back in May, However I do not remember signing up for the club and just recently realized that I have been getting charged $6.99 per month. I never approved this! It must have been in the small print. The game is mine, but I will not buy from these people again. Seems like their one of the companies that will do anything for a buck!
Now on day 15 waiting for tech support. After (now) literally weeks receiving links to their FAQ's I have received the following support ticket reply. 15 days and they tell me there will be a delay to their next response. 15 days and they have kept my money. 15 days and they have done nothing to resolve their issue. I have even told them exactly what steps THEY need to take to get my games working...

Buying Nancy Drew games here has never been a scam, I've only had problems with one game installing correctly. When I requested technical support they gave me a free game token and allowed me to keep the game that I was having issues with. The games here are cheaper than on Herinteractive.com and after 5 years my download doesn't expire like it does on herinteractive.com
Good selection of games, GREAT prices, no malware or ads. I have purchased over 10 games from them and have never had a problem. I have changed computers a couple times and was able to easily re-download my games. I like that they let you "try before you buy"
You have to join their club to get discounted price on games, but you can cancel it as soon as you download your game... then just start it again when you want another game. Or stay with the membership and get special deals from them.
Just like them Club bonuses somebody wins 5 billion your limits 250,000 what a crock you want people to buy but you give nothing back you're always giving your gamers a benefit in your eyes but all you do is steal you're greedy
