I've ordered items a few times from beyond the rack. It always comes after the date they said it would. The last i ordered the item was delivered 3 weeks after they had said it would be. I complained and they gave a credit so I had to order from them one more time to use up the credit. Well sure enough the item was suppose to arrive 2 weeks ago and I still haven't got it. They don't even bother to email you and apologize. I will NEVER order from them again!
I have spent well over four thousand dollars at BTR since they opened. I'm in Montreal, wanted to support a local business. It all started to go downhill last summer when I ordered a red Kate Spade handbag for 285$ plus tax and as it turned out it was FAKE. I sent it back and demanded my money back. After weeks I got an email saying I could only receive a BTR credit because the bag according to them is authentic. That exact same bag is now selling for over 480$ on their site! I have lately returned ANYTHING that isn't a known brand. The quality of all other clothing is HORRENDOUS. Most branded clothing, shoes and accessories they receive are factory rejects. Yes if you shop very carefully you might get a 15%-20% deal on something overstocked that is authentic but don't waste your time. Alex if you read this, you are the only good thing going on at BTR, please go work elsewhere as this company is bound to go down in flames.
Items tend to be good, for the most part, but I received a burberry polo that appeared to have some discolouration along the front. I do not know where BTR receives it's stock, but I would not be surprised if it was factory seconds or damaged stock.
I attempted to purchase a shirt previously and after paying was told that the item was out of stock and given a $10 credit apology.

I purchased a Prada handbag during black friday sale. Not only I waited about 3 weeks to receive the bag, it is also a FAKE bag. (It looks real from the outside, but very obvious if you look at the interior.) This was suppose to be a gift for my parents, they totally ruined it.
I called customer service, was told the refund is for BRT credit only and they were told by supplier they were authentic. Sounds like this is how they make money and force you to buy their fake sh&;$($: t after you found out. Whoever also bought the Prada bag, return the bag and ask for refund!
I have been shopping with Beyond the Rack for about 3 years now.
Some items do take a while to come, but that is because, as I understand it, they only buy what has been ordered.
I have also purchased designer goods from them and they have always been authentic, if you sell fakes as the real deal, a business can be in serious trouble.
When they have not been able to meet their order as they were not able to get the item, they have always refunded my money promptly and usually with a gift card as well.
On-line chat customer service is excellent.
I have also had the odd delivery problem but that is beyond the control of Beyond the Rack, it is a Canada Post issue. What I have been told to do when a package goes missing is inappropriate I think, looking in neighbours yards etc. I don't think my neighbours would appreciate that. But Canada Post will also tell you to do the same thing.
Overall, good deals and good service - for what you pay.
Wish I had checked this website before I relied on BTR for my holiday shopping. It was an EPIC FAIL. I ordered clothing as gifts on 12/10/2015, and now the tracking says the items WILL BE SHIPPED AFTER 12/24 OR 12/31. NOT IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED AT TIME OF PURCHASE HOW LONG THE DELIVERY WOULD TAKE. THERE WAS NO OPTION TO EXPEDITE THE SHIPMENT. BTR wants your money, not customer satisfaction. Buyer beware. Save your money - shop elsewhere.
Spent an HOUR(!) all told trying to place a $1200 order for sweaters. The website cleared my cart 3 times during the order, making me go back and re-populate. When I finally got to the end, and put in my credit card number, it timed out - so I had to go through again! Then tried the Amazon pay option, but it reported an error. Then called in to place live, and was told she couldn't see sale prices, so couldn't adjust from full price until orders shipped - so no confirmation on final price at the time of sale! How this company survives is a mystery to me.

I have ordered a lot of items from Beyond the Rack some were amazing deals and I would have loved to order more but by the time you receive the item the other ones you would like to order are no longer offered. I am a bit upset with them as I ordered something mid November with a delivery date Dec 10 through 12 (or possibly the 14) well it now shows shipped Dec 10 with Ontrac and Ontrac still doesn't show anything.? Really and here it has been 11 days already. Tried calling but after 8 minutes on hold I hang up. Also another item I ordered was to be delivered Sat. Showed Thursday it was only 50 minutes away now it's in a town 3 hours away. Go figure. I will not be using for Christmas gifts again. (Well I guess they have 3 more days but it's not looking good)
I was a regular shopper and tolerated the awful service But the last six months have been impossible. The quality of merchandise is going downhill fast. You used to be able to get good deals on good labels, now it's all crap merchandise and no real deals so along with the unbearable service I refuse to shop anymore and I hope others will do the same. I ordered 2 pairs of boots at the end of Nov. The first pair I ordered the wrong size and was very worried I wouldn't be able to fix it etc. But it was no prob to cancel that order then just place a new one. I did have to wait 5 business days for the full refund but whatever, no big deal. The boots took about 2 and a half weeks to get to me, but the website says that shipping takes a bit. I just wanted to leave a GOOD review becayse there is so many bad ones. I had and have had a great experience w Beyond the Rack. I'll definitely use it again. Any questions I had were answered thru facebook or email. And paying 80$ total with shipping Inc os pretty awesome I think. So I give BTR a huge thumbs up!
My first time ordering, I ordered a set of towels on november 25 received email that it was shipped on december 8th haven't received it has yet. I called them after waiting on the phone for a good 20 minutes before I got someone only to be told its still in transit. It is my first and last time using them... bad experience.
My order with Christmas presents never arrived. When I called Customer Service 3 weeks after the promised delivery date Rebecca from Customer Service told me that I entered an empty street name and number and this is the reason that my shipment was lost. Street name and number are always mandatory fields for any shipment address and it is not possible to submit the order with these fields empty! In addition, I never received any notification on my email address that my order has a missing address information and they are not able to ship the order. I asked to cancel the order and she said that it is not possible because it has been "shipped". After a long conversation, putting me on hold for a long periods of time(without letting me know), she said my money will be refunded within 10 business days.
I hope it will happen since the amount of order was hundreds of dollars. Very disappointed, terrible customer service - Rebecca was disrespectful, unprofessional, raised her voice and was trying to convince me it is all my fault. I'll never deal with BTR again and never recommend it to anyone.

I have ordered a few items on 15 November, now on 11 December, and not only has my order not arrived yet, it hasn' even been shipped! I sent customer support 2 emails, the first one over a week ago, they replied saying it was in their policy that orders are shipped 2-3 weeks after the payment, the second email which i sent four days ago stating we then were well over the 3 weeks they mentioned, still hasn't been replied to. We are now almost a full month since I ordered and paid, and in my account on their website it still says: Your order is on track. We will notify you when it has shipped. Needless to say it is the last time I order something from Beyond the Rack. It has got to be the slowest reseller out there and on top of it, the customer service is mediocre. I woulda been better off ordering stuff on eBay from Hong Kong, it does takes 3 weeks to a month, but at least you actually get your items when you expect them!

I had put a wrong address but correct phone number. A professionnal company wouldhave called me as they could not find me. But no!
I called after one week why it was not delivered i explained to them and they were still asking me to check behind the door.

Customer Service: Non-existent. I spoke to one of their customer service agents via Live Chat when the order didn't ship out at the date THEY provided me at check out. She explained would get back to me with an estimated ship date. I still have not received that courtesy check up.
Overall: I only glanced at Beyond the Rack because an e-mail informed me I had obtained a $20 credit. I happened to find a product I was using at a steal of 3 for $15 (Reg. $15 each) and placed an order. Given it took over a month to even ship my order from their company and the negative reviews found here, I shouldn't have considered it!
I was a very good customer of Beyond the Rack and have been given the royal runaround regarding a package I never received. I chatted with customer service 3-4 weeks ago regarding this issue. I was told they would message me to confirm my claim which they did, and which I replied to. After nearly a month, I connected to BTR customer service to ask what was going on. Was told that they were looking into it. Connected (and wasted my time) a few more times to hear the same. On Monday I was told they were processing a refund for the package. I chatted again today and was told that they were just starting the process to find out what happened to my package and that this could take 10-15 days at least. So far I have been given four different stories from Jay. Sara and Chloe. I consider myself to be a very fair person but this takes the cake. Recently I've had to cancel 3-4 orders because they surpassed the expected date. When something is late, they add a pacifier message to your account saying the item is on track... really? If so, then why has it surpassed the expected date? Amy trying my best to locate a number for the complain dept but cannot seem to find it.
