So obviously is fake! And fake Burberry scarf is same story, the stitching & location of the tag on the scarf is wrong, even it's not in the "Burberry" font.

What a shame, I've waited two long months only to prove myself that this deal was too good to be true. The scarf doesn't weigh near as much as a real Burberry scarf and a piece of thread is already coming loose. I recently bought a Burberry scarf from this website. I took it to a Burberry store & asked for authenticity. The store associate told me that it's a fake.
1. The color code on the tag does not resemble the color that I order/received. That colour code does not exist on the Burberry check scarf collection.
2. The black plastic Burberry tag that's attached to the paper tag is upside down.
3. The stitching & location of the tag on the scarf is wrong & it's not in the "Burberry" font.

I ordered a pair of Tom Ford Sunglasses last Jan 31, confirmation email said it will be shipped on Feb 2. Nothing came days after that. Called up customer service and said there was a delay and it will be shipped on March 2! Called again on Mar 9 to track my order and customer service said I should receive it on March 16! "This company is nothing more then a SCAM! I ordered 2-pack curtain panels and only received half me order, charged the full price. Instead of sending the second panel I was told to return the item, because "it's a known issue with the supplier". They would not send the other half of my order or reimburse me for the half I was overcharged.
This is outrageous, a "known issue" and the company won't even stand behind what they are advertising. If this was a known issue, why was I not informed? Why are these curtains still avaible and advertised as a 2-pack for sale on the website. Lazy costumer service and fraudulent as the company admitted to knowing this would happen! They are in the business to rip people off.
My invoice in the parcel clearly states 2-pack panels, why was it shipped from their warehouse with half the order? They don't read or follow invoices? Buyer beware! SCAM, it's all a scam. Do not waste your time and money. "

I order a burberry scarf in Camel color for 199 that was supposed to be shipped by Valentines day. It came a week late which wasn't a problem
The problem was that the scarf was fake.
I took it in store to compare in a burberry store and the sales associate told me it was a fake because the fabric didn't have the right feel. Also the stitching on the tags were wrong. The stitching style was wrong and the stitching materials used plastic instead of thread. Also the scarf I purchased had a unacceptable amount of bleeding.
Beyond the rack does normally sell authentic products. This was just one bad experience. Hopefully they will give me a full refund

I recently purchased a Burberry Scarf in the Camel Check from BTR for $199.99 and it was too good to be true.
I'm the owner of several Burberry scarves, and was going to gift this to someone (which was supposed to be guaranteed for before Valentines (purchased in Jan.) that came in today Feb. 24).
I have every reason to believe the scarf is a FAKE:
1. Tags have incorrect stitching, colour, and code
2. Scarf feels very rough, and in fact very itchy - for something that should be 100% cashmere! My other scarves are definitely not like this.
3. Colour itself of the beige is wrong - it's darker than it should be
4. The colour bleeds into other sections and texture is not matted enough
5. Packaging is horrible and actually looks like a fake knockoff
I have asked for a refund, to my credit card, including S&H. We shall see how BTR responds. I am very irritated. Not only was it supposed to be a Valentines gift, it also arrived FAKE.

I ordered two scarves (and after the other reviews am now wondering if they are going to turn out to be fakes). Order was placed on 1-22-16 and they were supposed to be mailed sometime between 2-5 and 2-12. Nothing went out and on 2-12 they put something up (they never emailed me to keep me updated) saying that the order was "on track". No, it isn't! If it was, it would have been sent out! Why is their business model different from that of other companies where you are only billed when the product ships? They have had my money for a month and I have nothing! And if I do not like the scarves (if I ever get them) I do not want to have BTR credit for them. Bad business model, bad way to process orders!
Update: since this, I called and asked for my order to be cancelled. Since it had not shipped yet, they promptly cancelled it and refunded me.

I googled Beyond The Rack and when I did, multiple sites like site jabber.com got me really nervous. I emailed Beyond The Rack and I also called them the next business day and requested to cancel my order. Lucky for me the item hasn't shipped and they were able to give me a full refund. I did not want to take my chances of receiving a replica. If I am willing to pay a little under a thousand bucks for this purse on a website that I'm not to sure about, I might as well pay a little more to be 100% sure its authentic by going directly to Barney's, saks or givenchy. I ordered two waist training garments from them, I followed their sizing chart I even measured myself with seamstress measuring tape precisely I'm a size 29 waist anyway. I order two pieces, both did not fit one was so small it was 9inches to small to be exact even my 7 yr old couldn't wear it, it took 6 weeks for me to receive my order when I called to complain the woman in a very heavy accent (not English or French and considering their a Canadian company. This was completely off) said to send it back and when they receive notice it was send they would refund my money I sent them back and never got my money back. Ridiculous... I purchased a couple items in January and returned a damage item in February. I am STILL waiting for my refund and it is now the end of June. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have written proof from them that they would send me a refund check and now they will no longer honor that. It is extremely unprofessional to go back on your own policies. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and the customer service representative refused to put anyone else on the phone. I have never received such horrible customer service from any other online retailer before. I even tried to do the online chat with someone from customer service to see if that changed the level of customer service i received and of course, it did not. I waited 45 minutes and no answer from the online chat. DO NOT spend your money or time on this horrible company, you will never get your money back or your problems fixed. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get this resolved since Beyond the rack obviously doesn't handle anything in a professional manner.

I ordered a TV stand on 1/4 with a ship date of 1/23. The status showed as "on track" as of today, 2/10. It can't be on track if it did not ship per it's ship date. It took 3 e-mails/chats with customer service to get an update... the final update was that they couldn't get an update. They have had my money for over a month and I do not have a product. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
I have found the products to be of very poor quality - sizing on clothing is not true because they are sending you seconds. No refunds, and customer service if non-existent. STAY AWAY and save your money for a real company.

I wrote a review about BTR last THURSDAY, and still have NOT got an answer from them. The last agent I spoke to, Renee (CALLED ON FEB. 04.2016 2:28PM FOR 22 MINS), said already sent my order with "URGENT" to the vendor and guaranteed to call back on MONDAY(TODAY! And now the time is FEB. 08.2016 3:39pm EST). The total amount of the last order is $789.95 + $102.69 tax = $892.64. I just recently bought a house, spent all my 10+ year saving on down payment, with $3000+/month mortgage, I can barely make a living even with 2 jobs. All I wanted to was to complete my bedroom with a proper bed and 2 night tables and other few furnitures, so I swiped my card, yes it's called DEBT. YET beyond the rack, the 3rd party, that they call themselves, are aware of my situation, but still not taking any responsibilities into their hands. So BEYOND THE RACK, DO THE LAST THING FOR YOUR SAKE. I am from Taiwan, 2 DAYS AGO, BEFORE THE CHINESE NEW YEAR, THERE WAS AN EARTHQUAKE THAT HAS DESTROYED HUNDREDS OF FAMILIES AND KILLED APPROX. 100+ PPL. I placed an order 11/21/15 for a $1,600 handbag. The handbag arrived defective and as BTR was unable to "replace" the item, I was refunded and when the item popped back up on their site, I re-purchased it. I just received the 2nd package and immediately questioned it's authenticity. As such, I referred the item to a reputable authentication service and have since been advised the item is a replica. Not only is it unlawful to sell counterfeit items, these items are being sold as "authentic" and misleading customers into buying counterfeit items for thousands of dollars. I am waiting to hear from BTR hoping they are quick to resolve this issue but can say that I will never again order from them and will encourage others to do the same.

I have received a response from BTR offering a site credit. A credit is of no value to me as I will not make any future purchases after being sold a counterfeit item. While their standard response states they check into all their suppliers and vendors and sell only authentic items, I cannot help but wonder what QA process is in place to validate the authenticity of these items before they are shipped to consumers. The item I received is a blatant fake. To sell counterfeit items and then refusing to issue a refund when I have provided a statement of authenticity (or in this case, lack of), is poor business practice. BUYERS BEWARE.
Additionally, I would like to add that the T&C of BTR Policy (found here: http://www.beyondtherack.com/info/terms/US/simple) indicates "within ten (10) days of delivery in the case of Faulty Goods (other than damage that is or should have been apparent upon delivery, which is subject to the three-day notification period set out in Section 5.5). Upon the Seller's confirmation that the Good is Faulty, the Seller will refund the Purchase Price as per the original payment method(s)." ---- it is my assumption that a counterfeit product is considered to be faulty and misrepresented and as listed in the T&C, should be refunded to original method of payment.

They always appear to have some great prices on shoes, makeup, clothing, and housewares. I've ordered a few high end things as well. My experience is that the low priced items are the absolute WORST quality.
I recently spent $79 for two pieces of art. They were listed as "Ready to hang immediately". What I received is two rolled up pieces of canvas art. Completely NOT wall ready.
I looked into returning them, and I was disgusted to see that it I used their return labels, they would deduct $10 from my refund for using the labels. They also came in 2 separte rolls. So originally I paid $10 shipping and NOW I'm paying $20 to send them back? $30 down the drain for a product that was described inaccurately that I go to look at for 10 seconds. That's robbery as far as I'm concerned. If this had been a pair of shoes that didn fit, be prepared to spend $20 in shipping just to try them on. HORRIBLE!
