I bought couple of items from BTR (I was stupid to trust them). Fake, fake, fake! The size chart is wrong, the sizes they send are not based on the size chart, and they don't admit any responsibilities, So disgusted! Called customer service... very very rude and unhelpful! I tried to resolved the issue with them but they only want a store credit. Seriously? You expecting me to buy from you again after all the trouble? The shipping time is terrible, just imagine after months you receive a fake item in wrong size not even close to the item in the picture, and you have to pay for the shipment to return the item in store credit! Do yourself a favor. Stay away from this site.
I had 135$ credit as well which was cancelled after company "change hands". I believe it happened to many people. It is very disappointing. I do not want to do anything with BTR any more and will discourage my friends to deal with them as well.
If you ask yourself why the experience with Beyond the Rack is so poor, then you should know that this company doesn t pay his Vendors and I am one of them. We tried to contact them by phone and email but nobody replies, they became a Gost.
I have ordered three items in the last 4 months. The first item took almost a month before it even shipped and then arrived two weeks AFTER that. The 2nd contained two items that I ordered in early October. I just received one today (mid Nov) and the other one I am told just shipped and should be here within 13-15 days. That means if you want to order something from them for Christmas presents, you can forget it. I do 90% of my shopping online but BTR goes to the bottom of that list now.
I ordered shoes from this website twice and both times I was waiting for them to ship my order about a month. After a month of waiting I got an email that they will refund my money because the shoes that I ordered is no longer available. What is it a kindergarten? I just waste my time.
I did not receive any of the items I ordered. I was told by Beyond The Rack that the items were no longer available and that they were unable to issue a refund or a credit. They said if I wanted my money back I would have to file a claim with my credit card company. This is beyond ridiculous and completely unacceptable.
I just got my Givenchy purse today that was not authentic. I mean. If you are gonna send something fake, at least put some effort to send one that would look close to the genuine one. I didn't even have to open the dust bag because dust bag was not authentic at all. There was the Givenchy logo written on the dust bag all right, but where did you leave the Paris at? It said made in Italy, but yeah maybe it was made in Italy town in China. I am so furious right now that I have just spent hundreds of dollars on a fake purse.
If I could give you zero stars, I would. I ordered a pack of 160 Starbucks breakfast blend K cups on 4/14/14. Two and a half months later I received 96 Timothy's brand K cups. Who is Timothy's? They send me a $10 credit through email as though $10 on a horrible site is going to make up for missing cups, the wrong item, and waiting two and half months, I emailed and got no response. I called them... They tell me to send photos of what I received. They decide to email me back saying they need me to send the item back to them. This is blasphemy. If anyone else took your money for three months they would owe interest. In this case, I basically gave them a loan and they aren't making up for it with ANYTHING. I don't even get complimentary store credit - nothing, except $10 that was offered before I even opened the box. They know they messed up big time. Don't make a mistake of ordering from them. Customer service is the worst thing I've ever experience.

Awful experience. Ordered two pairs of boots, size 8. When they arrived, boxes were destroyed! These were gifts. Smelled so strongly of gasoline I couldn't leave in the house. And one was a size 9! Which fit no one I know. Will never order from them again and will let everyone I know what a nightmare this experience was!

I am happy to report that after several months - and posting a complaint online - I received notice that they applied my refund. Let's hope they are returning to being a good place with which to do business.
I have order a few times from BTR they do not respond very fast to complaints. They are polite on the phone. I ordered something it came not working they took it back gave a credit and paid the postage but they were not very responsive. I bought something else it came as 2.2 pounds and was about 460 g. I ordered something else the bag was broken open and it was all over the box. Dealing with other companies seems easier. They answer their phone quicker, the respond to emails. IT seems they do not really care about how their customers feel about their service,

They refused to honor the credit for the returned merchandize stating that they are a different company now.
Note that a few months ago they told me that the credits are not currently visible in the GUI because they were reworking the system.
This was deception, plain and simple. Fraud.
I ordered a pair of shoes from this company way back in April of 2016, after months of the order date being changed I proceeded to email them only to get the run around for more months. Long story short it is now October and I am still without my refund, AFTER they said they would refund the amount to my credit card. I don't know how this company can even continue to function they should be shut down immediately!

Still waiting for a refund from May! Multiple calls and emails to customer service promising a callback from a supervisor never get it I had to call them finally to realize the product was not in stock and never would be they've had my money for over two months
I am very disappointed! The worst costumer service ever!
I ordered my boots for the first time on Beyond the Rack, the package got lost on Dec 12 2014! I reaches out to customer service and they can not find the package.
Then they told me I will see my refund in 5-10 days on Dec 22! Today is January 10,2015 I don't have my boots nor my refund.
How do you except me to shop on your website?

I placed an order in February. I began to worry by April. So, I emailed them. It took a few weeks for them to respond, saying that they would cancel the order and send me a refund within a week. As of mid May, I still hadn't received a refund. I emailed them again at which time, they said they'd give my a partial refund. Hardly fair as it was their fault.
I received the same e-mail today saying that there is a balance on my account in the amount of $15. I never had an account with them and I never bought anything from them and I never will. It is a scam and they have no right to send people such e-mails.

I thought this website was average. I purchased Chloe sunglasses and eyewear in 2010, and it arrived within a month and a half. Which was what I was expecting because it is indicated when checking out. I love the sunglasses and optical lenses. They are my favorite pair. The aesthetics of this website is average, but has some pretty great deals.

The shipping was due three weeks turn out to be over a month to be deliver. I call and talk to representative, it took over 30 to 40 minutes to talk to a supervisor. Long story be short the results was terrible will not be using it again. :( my complain is why do the customer have to suffer for their negligent..

Answer: Advice: The reviews are truthful. The company was in bankruptcy/receivership and the new owners deleted all the previous credits of customers. Trust them? No. Get your money back and shop elsewhere.
