I should have known that something was amiss when I tried to call about the delivery of my items and no one ever answered the phone. Additionally, the items I ordered should not have been charged to my CC until they shipped and that's not what happened. I cancelled the order after waiting 2 months for them to arrive. Another red flag, I got an email from the "CEO" stating that company was reorganizing. Yikes! I'm waiting to see if my credit card gets refunded. After reading all of the bad reviews, I'm not hopeful.
I bought a few dresses and 2 purses. The dresses were very ugly, completely different from photos, purses were not of genuine leather as advertised and very poor quality. I don't want to get credit for return as I am not going to buy anything else from them. I will have to donate all this stuff. I'd better spend this money for charity not for these thieves.
I'm writing just to back up the other reviewer's. I've had similar experience. I've ordered merchandise in January 2016 that was supposed to ship in February and it is now May 4,2016 and I still have yet to receive it. I have sent emails and received no response and cannot find a valid telephone number. My credit card was charged $210 at the time of the purchase. Complete fraud! I'm in the process of reporting them to the BBB and Attorney General's office.
I purchased what was advertised as an authentic YSL purse in August 2015. This past week, I wanted to re-sell the purse and therefore took it to be authenticated. I found out today that the purse is a knock off. I contacted BTR and was told that because the purchase was so long ago, there was nothing they could do about it. BTR purports to sell only authentic merchandise. They obviously do not stand by their claims. I absolutely would NOT TRUST the legitimacy of anything advertised on their website.
Stay away! I've been a customer for several years and I echo the concerns of many on this site. Over the years the products and service have deteriorated. Items are of poor quality, sized incorrectly, and exceed btr's own laughable delivery times. I give up trying to deal with this company.
Case in point: My last, and most recent, purchase is as a result of a credit on my account from the return of poor quality and incorrectly sized items. The item should have shipped days ago but when I looked at my account, I saw a disclaimer that states the item "is on track" and that I will be notified when it ships. This is a new way for btr to "pya". How can the item be on track if they've already exceeded their ship by date? Given the deteriorating products and services, this is a fitting end to my time as a customer.
UPDATE: almost 10 days since my post and still the product has not shipped!
Since they "upgraded" I have had nothing but difficulty. First I was not able to get a response as to why I did not receive approximately $500 worth of merchandise ordered4 months earlier. Then, I was completely shut out of their site. I wrote on Facebook, private message, email, live... no response. So I called and after 10 minutes was told there was A 30 MINUTE WAIT... 45 minutes later I got someone who offered to refund my money for the 3 oldest orders. I had a 2 month order that I was promised I would receive in 2 weeks. 5 weeks later I called and was given the order date of 5 weeks earlier.? Ok, now I was told to email them... Enough... I still cannot get onto my account... I am out $130... but I will bother them until I receive my money, the product or they go bankrupt, which is most likely.
I have the same problems... bought an item in May... never received it... The shipping date is passed. I sent e e-mails and never got any response. I tried to call them but impossible to reach. Why can they continue to operate the website... just to screw more customers... I recorded a complaint with Consumer protection and everybody should. They told me they only had a few complaints about them and they were not awared of more issues... Somebody should make them close their internet site... we have to make sure everybody is aware of the company is doing to their customers. I can`t believe we are not protected form companies like this one!
About 2 months ago I ordered a set of 3 3-tier clothes drying racks. About 2 weeks ago I finally received my order, I only got 1 of the three, it was wrapped in what looked like garbage bag. Since it was not properly packaged for shipping, it was broken when it received it. I immediately contacted customer service and received an email saying to send tem pictures of my item so they can properly analyze the damage. I sent them multiple pictures of the item with in the hour that I reviewed the email. I still have not heard back from them and I can't use this item for anything. I'm not impressed at all with the customer service and do not plan to but from this website again.

I purchased my bag from beyond the rack in Feb. They told me that I would get it in three weeks. I asked them about my order two times on live chat and they keep telling me to wait another two week. I am mad and upset. My credit card bill just came and my order has not. What kind of service is beyond the rack! This is horrible service. I'll probably will be getting my order in April hopefully. But I willl NEVER order from Beyond the Rack ever again. VERY poor service.
I ordered 4 hugo boss shirt on apr/3 and just received the order today. The time was not an issue for me, however I got 4 shirts of the color I ordered in a brand I have never heard of (LeVinas). This is a scam and extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. Will not order anything from them ever again.

I returned a watch only because it was a duplicate. BTR received it on April 16,2014. I STILL do not have my credit. I wanted to purchase a $200.00 item at BTR today, but my credit was still being "processed." Seems to me they get your money immediately when you purchase something... definitely take their time refunding you.

I was invited to join the website and on the first day (over a month ago at this point) ordered few items. Then within one week I placed 3 more orders.
A month has passed. I was charged. I have not recieved anything. Customer service is saying that USPS cannot find the address that I gave them, but USPS, FEDEX, and UPS deliver to my agency on a regular basis.
I was told my orders were re-routed back to them, then sent back to me.
Still nothing. This is super frustrating and naturally, I shall not be purchasing from them again.
I have ordered from here a few times and each time it makes me angrier and angrier as last time it said it would take a month to ship my order then finally when that day came I sent a message to only find out they still didn't have the stock and it would take a couple more weeks... I don't save enough to shop here and wait months for my order.

My first time ordering, I ordered a set of towels on november 25 received email that it was shipped on december 8th haven't received it has yet. I called them after waiting on the phone for a good 20 minutes before I got someone only to be told its still in transit. It is my first and last time using them... bad experience.
I recently purchased a Burberry Scarf in the Camel Check from BTR for $199.99 and it was too good to be true.
I'm the owner of several Burberry scarves, and was going to gift this to someone (which was supposed to be guaranteed for before Valentines (purchased in Jan.) that came in today Feb. 24).
I have every reason to believe the scarf is a FAKE:
1. Tags have incorrect stitching, colour, and code
2. Scarf feels very rough, and in fact very itchy - for something that should be 100% cashmere! My other scarves are definitely not like this.
3. Colour itself of the beige is wrong - it's darker than it should be
4. The colour bleeds into other sections and texture is not matted enough
5. Packaging is horrible and actually looks like a fake knockoff
I have asked for a refund, to my credit card, including S&H. We shall see how BTR responds. I am very irritated. Not only was it supposed to be a Valentines gift, it also arrived FAKE.

I am very dissappointed in this site. I ordered sunglasses over 3 weeks ago, the arrival date said that it would be between 4/6 and 4/10 which was yesterday. Upon further tracking my package, UPS said they had received it on 3/24 yet I still not have received my package nor any emails with updates. This site is proving to be extremely unreliable, I would not recommend it!

They cancelled my order because it was unavailable totally understand. They give me credit to my account and when ya try to use it it's not there. WHY? Because they supposedly change ownership so you don't get your credit. It took them 7mths to figure out to why I had no credits. When it's nearly $200 and the only answer you get is there's nothing we can do. Dont waste your time or money on this site.
Do NOT ever buy from these people. The quality and sizing of the merchandise is absolutely horrid and their return policy may be easy, but it is certainly not good. You have to pay for the shipping both ways and will only be given a "store credit"
I received shoes that were sizing incorrectly, materials that were from the toy aisle at the dollar store, strapping that was angled incorrectly and did not conform to any foot I've ever seen. They were unwearable, unsafe, and uncomfortable.
BE WARNED. The quality of the goods and the policies of the site are not in your favour.

According to the reviews it appears I am not the only one who was duped. After waiting four weeks for my refund for product they could not ship BTR customer service tells me the bankruptcy lawyers are going to email me my refund... sure they are! A quick google search will show you Beyond the Rack filed for bankruptcy in March, which funny enough was the same time they took my money and never shipped my product!

I ordered a pair of knee high boots and was told that it would take approx. 3 weeks to receive them. To my pleasant surprise, I received them in 3 days. The boots were packed very well and the shoes look attractive, fit well and are comfortable. I would highly recommend this company.
