Great chair yoga workouts which are easy to follow. I did not want the personal coaching and found it a bit of a chore to cancel it. Would never have signed up but the app makes it overly tempting to NOT sign up. So I signed up and then cancelled in a few days. I think it would be helpful to send anautomated email with the day's routine instead of having to remember to sign in. Otherwise was very satisfied.
I'm so happy that I only paid $15.99 for the 28 day program. Yes, they have daily exercises, but some of them are the same, so you already know how to do them and I don't like how the instructor stops and starts again in the exercises. They should continue for the whole time?
