I'm happy so far… the only think is that i'm not able to add 48 hours fasting…
I know me, there's no way I was going to go walk in inclement weather, so I joined Better Me! And I'm loving it! I'm 72, have had 2 hips, 1 shoulder, and a toe replacement, and I am able to keep up, with just a few variations (like my arm over my head).
I'm still in the early phases but thoroughly enjoying the excercise and meal tracking so far!
My experience has been great since signing up and hoping to continue to grow with my weight loss journey.
It is a very user friendly app and the exercises are good, the only thing I wish is that it had more options to substitute foods on the meal plan, since I dont have some of those available, and to give you a supermarket list.
