Great workout sessions!

Really enjoying the sessions I purchased. However all the pop ups trying to get me to purchase coaching, diet plans, etc are very annoying. I just want the workout sessions nothing else. Thanks!

A New Year! A New Better Me!

I haven't exercised in years, so when I decided to try Better Me I was pleasantly surprised as to how I felt after each session. It will be a slow progression for me, but the ease of a daily routine to keep me focused will help me achieve my goal. I'm in my late seventies and I want to continue and maintain good health and independence. This is working for me. I'm so glad I decided to give it a try.

Good exercises, non personal though

The exercises are good, I love the watch that keeps track of my time. What I don't like is the non personal voice, seems generated by AI. There is no personal connection to anybody. Just exercises.

Enjoying the chair yoga

Although I do a lot of walking the chair yoga gives me a bit of a kick start in the mornings and encourages me to do my other daily exercises and the combined effort only takes 20 minutes out of my day. I haven't lost any weight (I'm not overweight anyway) but not put on weight either. I feel fitter and more supple than before the yoga.

It's working!

I found this app and, feeling frustrated and unhappy with how out of shape I was, I thought I would give it a go.
I'm really enjoying it, bite size exercises that can be done anywhere. It may be a short exercise session however my abs, arms and legs are feeling it the next day! I am using this alongside a calorie deficit and lost 2 lbs in the first week. Good support as well, so you don't just have the exercises, all round this is a great app.

Hope reborn

This app has been simple and straight forward. Every other morning I combine my 10 minute tai chi work out with 10 minutes on a Life Pro and 10 minutes on my tread mill. I'm a 75 year old, overweight, out of shape woman. I'm finding this very easy to carry thru each day and track my progress. As simple as the Tai Chi is, it is still demanding for me at this stage but I go through the entire work out as best as I can and each day I feel a bit of progress. It's easy to follow and encouraging with the tracking. Thank you.

I have another chair yoga app. That I have been using for nearly a year. Though I like it, it's a little too challenging for me to stand without support due MS. I like the exercises in BetterMe because they are quick, more like cardio than stretching.

I feel so much better

At first it didn't feel like I was doing much, but after 2 weeks you can really start to see the difference and I feel great when I wake up in the morning, less back pain and muscle pain throughout my body! My stomach is also less bloated!

Appearances can be deceiving!

At first glance, the exercises seem easy, but that's a huge mistake. You get really tired doing them, so it's hard. I'll be honest, it was hard, but I'm not going yet. I'm not where the program shows me to be, because there were times when I couldn't do it.

Good but a bit confusing

I am enjoying the exercises when I can find my routine and select the correct day. It's a little confusing to me to know where I'm going to find my plan. I also think it's odd that the person demonstrating the exercise stops at about 10 seconds before the 30 seconds are over and then starts again. I also feel like the time in which we do the exercise should be a little longer. By the time, I understand what I'm doing the 30 seconds is almost over so perhaps a 45 second session would be better for each exercise or don't count the 30 seconds until after the explanation/demonstration has been given.
