While I got my order in a timely manner, unlike others on here, it was completely ridiculous! I ordered an XL shirt. When it came in, the tag said LX instead. That part didnt matter too much to me. But when I pulled it out of the bag, all I could do was laugh! A friend of mine wears a small and it was skin tight on her! Of course, they wont allow me to return it or give me my money back. Live and learn. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Crap clothes

Ugh I ordered from BelleLilly after watching Indias video and the quality was laughable! The stitching was lose on about five of the item I ordered. I ordered the same Tommy shirt and the stripes on the arm dont match where they come together to meet-they were an inch off. None of the measurements were accurate on the site. Either things were too small or gigantic and unwearable. And one shirt even had white blotches all over it. Ive never seen anything like this before and they dont accept returns so you are pretty much fuxxed.

Terrible company.

I ordered a dress from them on 7/17/2017. It is now 11/9/2017 and I still haven't received my dress. I emailed them and they said that the dress wasn't delivered due to the delivery company. Likely untrue. I asked for my money back seeing how summer is over and I won't be wearing a dress for several months. They are refusing to give me my money back. They want me to pick another product similar in cost. (They will cover the shipping they said, haha) This company is a joke and I do not recommend ordering anything from them. Terrible customer service.

I bought way too many items for not knowing what I was getting into. Took forever for my order to arrive, because it is shipped from China, no returns allowed so that should have been the first red flag. I finally recieved my items and they were really unproportional and I ordered large and XL both were made for a person in the US that wears size zero or 1.

Honestly, this site is not worth your time or money. The pictures of the products are very misleading. The sizing runs extremely small. I was not able to track my package at all until I contacted customer service. I had no idea the items were being shipped from China so when I figured that out I was already preparing myself for disappointment with the sizing. Once I received my items, as soon as I opened up the package I regretted my decision. The material felt extremely cheap and smelled like a lot of dyes and chemicals. I ordered my items in a size up so they could be a little bit more comfortable but they turned out to be tight. I'm usually a small and I ordered them in a medium and it felt like I had ordered extra small. I should have looked up reviews before ordering because then I would have known to stay away. Cute affordable clothes were too good to be true. I cannot even return the items or exchange them because the company does not allow it.

Horrible fit! Everything that i ordered oversized to compensate for size differences in their country, still was WAY TOO SMALL. We are talking like an extra large looks like an extra small and has ZERO STRETCH. You cant even stretch it over your body because it is just firm fabrics. The collars on many of them are bubbly and look home sewn by someone learning to sew. Horrible mistake ordering from them. I wish i could go back in time and get money back. Lesson learned. NEVER ordering from one of these types of sites again.

Don't waste money, orders 2 pairs of shoes from them and when they turned up battered and bruised in just a bag with no protection they barely resembled the ones pictured on their site and were, without doubt, the ugliest shoes I had ever seen, the soles on them looked like something you would use if you had a disability or had one leg longer than the other. They were also appalling quality - i asked for a refund - after many emails back and forth they finally refunded me 15% - PLEASE DON'T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME

Don't bother
September 24, 2017

I had no idea that this company was based in China as you can't find this information anywhere on the site. Anywho, I ordered 4 swimsuits and a cover up on 12 June for my cruise at the end of the month. Because I chose free shipping, a tracking number was provided but could not be tracked because... hey the shipping was free... right? I finally received 2 swimsuits and a cover up 10 days later. After 6 weeks passed, I contacted them via email to inform them that I never received my other 2 swimsuits. I also informed them that they were no longer needed and I wanted a refund. The company insisted that my items had shipped and to allow time for delivery. I went back and forth through emails for well over 3 weeks before the company finally decided to issue me a credit after denying me a refund. Needless to say, I ordered a few t-shirts to utilize my credit. Items were "shipped" on 29 August... today is 25 September and I've yet to receive anything. I contacted them last week and they advised me to allow 2 more weeks. Let me help you guys out... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY.

Put in order late July for 2 dresses & pr. Of shoes. Took over a month to receive and the dresses were absolute garbage both in fabric and workmanship. Shoes were so-so; funky and okay for summer but certainly not of great quality. Getting a refund was a lesson in futility. It was even suggested I might like to give the dresses as a 'gift'. I ordered a tankini in size medium. When it arrived, the top fit like a 2XL and the bottoms like a large. I emailed them telling them the issue. They responded by telling me that I needed to take pictures width measurements of the clothing and if it was off by a certain amount they would give me a replacement or partial refund. I took the time to do the measurements and pictures and send them to the company. They then responded that they would give me a 10% refund. What a joke! I can't even use the tankini at all and they only refunded me 10%. So frustrating! I will never order from this company again.

The shoes i bought were not fit for purpose, refused to refund me, offered me a 15% discount then a 20% discount, obviously i am never going to buy from them again so why would i want a discount.
