Nothing fits, has the described quality or pattern as pictures or described. The website clearly stated I can return for a full refund if in original packaging, unworn and tagged. When I received my item there was an address on the label titled "send all returns to:" with a US address - but that bag was mistakenly thrown out. I went through all the motions to request a return over the span of 2 + weeks and I am getting the shaft from this company. They take their time requesting pictures - which i send. Then they only offer me a partial refund. Now they offer for me to send back to China on my dime for postage. But the very best part: ALL OF MY EMAILS TO THEM ARE GETTING RETURNED (from 2 separate email addresses) because they mark me as SPAM! I am unable to reply back to their emails without it getting kicked back. I send as a new message - it gets kicked back. I send from another email address with the prior correspondence attached and I get one reply (without an acceptable solution) and then I AM MARKED AS SPAM AGAIN. This is a joke. I want to return these in the US as stated on their website. Nothing has even been TRIED ON - that is how misrepresented these sizes are - and I've done everything right! Please see attached for examples of the BS correspondence from this company and all of my BLOCKED attempts at resolving this.
I am CLEARLY not the only one this company jacks around. They are bad behavior and scammers! The return label had a US return address on the label! It stated in order to return that it needed to be approved by contacting their customer service! Their customer service has played this game for over a month! I cannot wear any of these items of clothing! I am a size M and wear a M-L because I do not want things to be too tight - I wanted a baggy look in some of the items ordered and I ordered WAY UP in size and they DO NOT EVEN FIT ME AS THEY ARE TOO SMALL! I even ordered 2XL items! The material is cheap, the colors off and the return policy is bull crap! Please please help me! This is not fair and I checked with USPS and it would cost me $263 to send back these UNWORN, UNOPENED items that I tried to return in the first 2 days of receiving! I am playing by all of the rules and I was scammed and mislead by the advertising of their products in quality, size, color and return policy! I do not want a partial refund, I want to return these items for a FULL refund to the address on the label that I so very much so wish my husband did not mistakenly throw out! This company is unethical and I feel like my purchase is not protected even with PayPal if I still need to prove otherwise! And a side note - all of my correspondence through email with them is STILL marked as spam and all get bounced back to me - as Bellelily immediately emailed me when I opened this claim and asked for me to close this claim and accept store credit for a partial amount... Funny how it took them weeks to respond prior but as soon as I opened a Pay Pal claim against them they responded within 2 hours. Please let me know if you need any other proof of correspondence or pictures of what I did receive vs what I should have! Thank you for your time!
This company is crap. Don't give yourself the brain damage. Better off wiping your ass with your hard-earned money.

I normally wouldnt do this, but I want everyone to know what could happen. I ordered four dresses because they were the exact same style and material blend as a dress I have and love. I got them and though a size bigger than I wear, they are too small and too short. They also feel nothing like my other dress despite supposedly being the same material (they feel just like a bathing suit) and they have a cheesier, cheap look that you cant see from the pictures. I sent them a FB message (as the website says) and they asked me to email. I emailed and they asked for a picture of my dresses. I had originally attached a screen shot of my order (with the icon pics of the dresses) and told them that, and they asked me again to send a Picture. They didnt say what kind or what exactly they were trying to see from the pictures, didnt acknowledge the other picture, so I just assumed they wanted a picture of them in my home. So I took a couple pictures and sent it to them. Then they emailed me again and said they needed pictures with a tape measure along the dresses to prove that they are smaller than they said online, or a picture of them up close to say they are not the right color, things like that. They very easily in the first email could have said exactly what they needed, but instead this was dragged out over days (they take at least a whole day to respond) through multiple emails. Anyway, I took pictures to show colors and what I think looks cheesier than it appears online, and then I took pictures of the dress inside out to prove there are no tags anywhere to even verify that these are the same material they say they are online. Maybe its possible that the same exact blend can feel completely different from one dress to another, but even still, I bought these expecting them to feel like my dress. Long story short, they emailed me back and said they cannot take them back because there is no real problem and I should have measured myself to be sure they fit. Which, maybe thats true. I can accept that. But they dont even feel anything like I was expecting to feel. Even if they fit perfectly, I would not want them because of the way the material feels or because how cheesy they look. You cant tell that by a picture. I cant fee materiel through a photo. Im just really unhappy. Im unhappy that they wouldnt take them back, but Im also unhappy because they made something very simple, very complicated and made me waste my time with several emails trying to prove these arent what I expected and then nothing. I will never purchase from them again and I urge you to not, or at least be cautious if you do.
