I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.

Amelia was the customer service agent. I advised her of a missing Unit in my address. The items were never delivered. I was told they'd send new items. I was told that it was all my fault, though as asked, I spent over 2 hours trying to change the shipping address to add my unit number. As the one being shipped to, you can't do that. I told them over and over to refund me. I said I was disputing the charge because I never received the merchandise. I didn't mind paying for initial shipping, but they never made it right nor tried to. Amelia is the most rude, most unhelpful, non-customer service agent. I have proof that I never received a thing, yet they called my credit card saying I had. It caused my credit score to go down. They did this intentionally.

Recent order was exactly what I was looking for. Amazing quality and well made. Customer service was super helpful in tracking order and answering any of my questions. The website has so many amazing clothes! In love with the clothes and will definitely continue to shop.

I bought a dress from this site. I searched a long time before finding this brand on the internet and its designs caught my attention. Shipping was fast and the dress was well packed. The dress fit perfectly and I found it amazing. The fabric was top quality. I would recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful dress.

Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)

I know there are a lot of bad reviews about this site. I can only speak from my own experience and have nothing bad to say about them. I've ordered about 3 times now and each time chose free shipping. It does take a while to ship (at LEAST 18 days) so if you're in a hurry you'll probably not like that. The quality honestly isn't any different from buying from Forever 21 or Old Navy. You get what you pay for and I've been happy with all 4 of my shirts. I'm a medium but I ordered large to be safe so go a size up if you like room in your clothes.

Because xl is huge, and misshapen, lucky I'm good at clothing alterations, hopefully I can fix. But material is not as valuable as the dollar they ask, not even discount stores quality, so buyer beware. If you are a small, I thing item might look like photo, if your shape is of that equal. Just saying.

Wow that's a surprise visit for me. Their collection of superb budget friendly clothes are perfect fit for your pocket. They have fashionable accessories, T-shirt and many more. If I asked to give rating to them I would prefer 7-8 out of 10. Let's check it out their fashionable accessories again, as my first Order got in 7 days. Anyway thank you for the best product.

I absolutely LOVE your clothing! First time shopping on your site. I am 5'0 smaller framed and well proportioned, except for that stubborn upper thigh area, so I try to 'hide' that flaw with either a swing dress, long shirt or an overlay which helps disguise that area when wearing tight fitting stretch jeans etc. Enjoyed my experience shopping with you!

The dress shipped super fast and was exactly as described! The material used is very sturdy without being too stiff and has the perfect amount of stretch but still tucks everything in! I love this dress and literally wear it at least twice a week!

Yes the clothing runs small my daughter usually wears a small in shirts so she ordered a medium and all was well... She ordered a lot of tommy hilfiger and calvin klein tops and they were awesome... we always pay for shipping, I would advise you do so... Then you can track your items. Both of the orders we made were delivered in about a months time maybe a few days less... I thought the quality was fine. Some of the shirts had a nice thicker cotton material... They all looked just like the pictures... Very similar to ordering from Romwe...

This is the most amazing dress I've ever tried! This is fit in waist and is awesome! It fits well without the pinching sensation and it makes my body look great when working out. I also wear it during the day for activities like running errands and it works better than those tummy wraps that women are getting these days. When I take it off you can see the results from wearing it. You can also wear it under a form fitting dress or shirt to slim your waist line. I love it. 5 stars. Everyone should buy it.

Delivery's and refunds have always been processed quickly as well and come from quite a distance away. Their clothes are such good quality for the price also and always fit amazingly. I have spent hundreds now and refuse to shop anywhere else. I love it shows previous buyers reviews under each item which helps you make a better decision on it before buying.
