Sweater arrived and did not appear as advertised. The materials were different, the stitching was poor, and the pattern across the front seam did not match. Two requests for return authorization were refused, stating that my cost for shipping would be too expensive and without providing the address, which is suspected of being China. At this point, I am forwarding this to my credit card company to resolve.
I ordered a tank top with a sunflower graphic. I understood the unusually long shipping time (2 months) because of the global pandemic; however, when I received my order, the graphic was not centered on the shirt. I contacted customer service requesting to return the garment for a refund. After several emails, they refused to return it, suggested I give the shirt to a friend or family, only offered a 20% reimbursement, and suggested that I take it somewhere to have it fixed (you can't fix a screen-printed graphic). I strongly discourage ordering from this company!
It took over a month for my items to arrive. They sent me incorrect items in wrong size and print. Other screen prints were blurry. The maxi dress looked like something made in high school Home Ec. I will not even wear this stuff. I requested a return and exchange on items and for my missing item and they told me to send them $20 for shipping and to give the items away to friends. I believe this company is out of China based on my email from them.

This is the worst company they have there sizing off so you can't go by there chart therefore u don't really know what size you wear in it u just take a chance if it fits

So if it don't fit your out that money plus shipping better off going to Amazon if doing online shopping!
BelleLily. The bathing suit I bought was made WRONG, and it looks awkward. One arm circumference is longer than the other I even sent pics, and they would not exchange or give full refund. They will only give 35% refund for a suit I can't wear. If I return it they take out shipping + from original purchase. I will pay shipping twice due to their poor quality.
I made a mistake of not reading the reviews about ordering from this website. It is just a scam. They act like they don't have a shirt in stock to ‘slow down ‘the order process and act like they are waiting to ship your clothes because of not having something you ordered in stock. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. When you look up this company all you see is negative things and also it's the same horrible story of the purchasers situation that they have had with this company. Please do yourself a favor and DO not order from these Chinese bastards.
Asked 3 times if I could return item as it was too small, on each response to me they repeated the question about sizing, before they finally told me it would cost more than the item was worth to post back, could I give it to a friend instead and get a huge discount off another item from them! Very disappointed, not good enough!
I bought a bunch of the mini dresses that show your midriff. Across the belly there is an elastic band that bunches all the material together and it gives the illusion of a big belly. These dresses look cheap & terrible. Not to mention my boobs do not fit in the top part - I have to choose if I want my bra to show underneath or on the sides. Just very cheap clothing that doesn't fit a body right & no returns allowed.
Bought 4 dresses for an event. All were huge and of poor quality. Contacted the seller to get refund, they would only give 20% back— told me to give the clothes to someone close to me? Complete scam— do not buy from them!
Nothing like the pictures or very close to their OWN size measures if you're expecting it to fit the way you think it will.
The material itself is so cheap, you will be uncomfortable and sweating.
They charge way too much for these trashy items. They will do everything they can to convince you not to return and IF you get to, you will pay a lot.
This is clearly a company with no value or standards. Most likely just like Shein that mistreat their employees so badly.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I would hate for someone else to be so disappointed as me since I don't have a lot of money and getting some new clothes to look nice and being taken advantage of was hurtful.

Sandals I ordered arrived and were made cheaply, felt terrible, and didn't fit. The only way I could find to possibly return them was an email, so I emailed saying that I would like to return the shoes and never heard back. Lack of quality both in their goods and service ensures that I'll never be shopping with them again.

When I ordered, I didn't realize it was from China until after I checked out. To my surprise tho, my order arrived in just 7 days (Pennsylvania). Everything fit well except a pineapple blouse. There is a stain that looks like ink on a sweater that I ordered, but im currently soaking it in stain remover. The material is not the greatest but I am absolutely happy with the items that do fit! Update: the stain came right out!
Do not buy from this company. I made a purchase of holiday clothing on 11/24 and it arrived on 12/22. The estimated shipping showing at the time of my purchase projected delivery between 5-9 days so I thought it was a US based business. It is not. The clothing comes from China and they have 0 ways to reach them for customer support. Email is the only way to reach them, and the messaging syntax is awful. The tracking is completely inaccurate. I actually thought I would never see the order arrive. The product material is super thin. You will notice there is no option to do a product review, and it's because the clothing pictures are not representative of the product. Lesson learned. I hope you find this review and it this saves you the same wasted $100. I think positive reviews that are showing here are faked. Personal information blacked out in images of order and delivery tracking.
I ordered clothes from here then asked for a refund because it was taking weeks for my clothes to ship. They told me I'd get the money back in 7 business days. It's been way past 7 days, and I still never got my money back and they won't reply to me now. My bank account was hacked and all my money was stolen shortly after I placed an order on this site! Stay away they are scammers!

The items are completely crappy nothing is good quality I am so disappointed with my purchase this company shows of nice clothing when I got my order everything was basically horrible quality with rips.
I wish I received my purchase. The tracking info is in Chinese. I'm grateful I didn't go on a shopping spree. However, if the price is too good to be true then research the company. I tried the chat... No response. Emailed, nope. So my friends lesson learned.

I would not order from this website again. I ordered a jacket that came in and looked NOTHING like the pictures - not sure where they even got the pictures from. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they only offered me a 30% refund (they settled on 50%) even though I did it in the time they said they allow returns. I then looked at the reviews on the jacket that I ordered and 1) there is no place for me to leave a review 2) multiple reviews said "looks exactly like the picture" which is not true. Seems fishy in hindsight.
Ordered 2 Christmas shirts on Dec 2. It has been 18 days and it says it's still hasn't shipped from China. No phone. Umber and they will email you back with basic info that doesn't help at all. Waiting for my refund

I placed my order more than 20 days ago and I'm still wanting. Tracking info has no details and wont update... they're quick to take payment, after that it's so slow. When contacting customer service they keep telling me to "Just be patient"...
ZERO STARS! These items are just EXTREMELY flimsy, poor quality. $3.99 sunflower earrings I bought were an unprotected printed paper image "glued" to a base metal "silver-tone" setting. $6.99 to ship in a thin plastic bag. Boho folk bandana $7.45. Loose threads undid embroidery. Disaster! I feel so used, stupid, and played for my delight in pretty things.
