I don't know how this company can consciously still be in business. I wish I had read the reviews and done my homework. The customer service department talks in circles. If they stood behind their products, they would offer FULL refunds to dissatisfied customers because apparently there are a whole lot of 'us.'
This company will not fulfill your expectations. You will be disappointed. Still haven't seen my order and it's been a month even though it has supposedly shipped. Must be using someone swimming across the ocean.

The only reason i gave one star is because you can't put ZERO. Its been 2 1/2 months and my order still hasn't shown up. I have asked for a refund 4 times, they just keep asking me to wait. Horrible customer service and you'll be lucky if you even get your order.

The clothes took forever to get here. The items were not even close to size. Very cheaply made and NO return policy. Well you CAN return them at your own cost which is outrageously expensive. They generously offered 10% on a future order. What crap!

I ordered 3 bikinis from here over 1 month ago and ive not received anything yet... you also cant seem to email them well I cant find an obvious link to email them, so im stuck a week before my holiday no bikinis and out of pocket by £40.00, I feel like ive been robbed, plus according to lots of reviews now even if I did miraculously receive them between now and Friday seems that they either come in a wrong size or are awful quality, im gutted for being sucked in their sponsored facebook adverts! Shirt I bought took nearly 33 days to get here. Size was completely wrong... I'm mean by 4 inches on bust and waist. Customer service is useless. Had to open a case to get refund by returning the item. The kicker is that even though the website says the do returns they dont. Even if measurements are off by more then an inch and I'd covered by their website, you have to pay to have it shipped back with tracking and it must be there with 14 days. Horrible all around. Serves me right for not reading that they're from stupid China

Half the clothes were cheap, fake and did not fit properly. Been emailing back and forth with customer service for days now and they offer 20% back. Which is a joke. Then they offered 35%. Do not recommend. Horrible products and horrible customer service. Will not be buying form them again. Thanks for stealing my money.
Terrible Customer Service. Didn't receive package and they said that maybe it was stolen but I'd have to pay all the shipping fees to get it delivered again. No options for refunds. Return policy is non-existent as well. They don't allow returns for most things even to exchange for a different size. Would not recommend.
Ordered 4 items in early December of 2016, items said the had a 5 -12 day delivery. Still now at the end of May 2017 have only received 3 out of 4 items. First item was arrived in late March. Many emails asking for refund, they kept asking me to be patient give it another 30 days and we will re send. This was a terrible experience. Never again.

Not good quality at all. Will not be able to exchange or refund. After about 20 emails back and forth they credited the cost of shipping ($8 on a $52 order). They asked me to send them my exact measurements after I sent them ALL of the order details. Pretty much scam imo. Never write reviews but lesson learned for me hope it deters someone else from following same path.
Horrible quality. The worst customer service I've ever experienced! Buyer beware. Fabric is cheap. Poorly constructed and sizing small enough for a child. Lesson learned! Customer service will continue to wear you out asking for more information and never resolve issue! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Horrible customer service! I placed an order in early April, and of course, they took my money right away. I got sucked into the free shipping joke, and about 3 weeks ago was told that my order shipped. Great, right? Wrong. If they ship free, they CANNOT track your order. What? Really? How is that? Every customer has an order number, anything should be able to be tracked. I've spoken with customer service several times and the answer is the same, "Sorry, we can't help you." First and last time for me ordering from them, for sure. Oh, and I'm close to 7 weeks now and no merchandise yet!

My items didn't ship until a month after I ordered. And it's been two weeks since they shipped and I still have yet to receive my items... the customer service is terrible as well. It's the same automated message every time you contact them and they can only be contacted through email. I'm so disappointed. No wonder why items were so cheap. I guess you get what you pay for... I will never recommend or buy from this company again.
I've contacted the company multiple times requesting a refund they said they would give me 25% back still haven't received my refund. Sent another message same response. There clothing isn't what what was expected and it's coming from China if you want to return the clothes you will need to pay the shipping fee. Buyer Beware
Just use their pictures as inspiration because you will never get your order or money back! I ordered some fall leggings and gifts for friends and have never received them. No shipping info even though they tried to send some. I lived overseas and I know things can get lost and take a bit longer but this is ridiculous! I would not have ordered if I knew it was coming from China.

Took 3 weeks to arrive and when they did they could have been any £8 shoe from a discount shop in UK.
Quality was terrible, size was completely wrong even though bag labels say 39. Next to my size 39 Rocket dogs (that actually cost less!) they are a good 20mm shorter.
No paper work with parcel no address, no returns policy.
Several emails later offer of partial refund (like they would fit if half price!) I have reported to trading standards etc.
They make you believe initially that its a American based company doing quality goods but is in fact a Chinese sweat shop sell rubbish (funny how they have English names at the start!)
Steer clear awful company, awful product, awful customer service.
Beware! Very dissatisfied. Clothing sizes are totally wrong. Very small compared to sizing specifications. Very cheap material, cheaply made & barely resembles pictures. Will never buy from them again.
