I'm an online shopper and I'm always open to trying out new stores. Came accross this store online and I must say this is the worse online shopping experience I've ever encountered. I purchased to pairs of sandals from this store. When the the first shoe arived in the mail it was two sizes to big. I immediately compared their size chart with what was listed on US retailer sites for a comparison. Their size chart was off by a size. I reached out to them and asked that they stop the shipment on the other shoe because the first did not fit. They ignored my request. Once the second item arrived I asked for a refund. I pointed out that a size 38 was listed as a US size 7 on their site while other US online retailers had it listed as a 7.5 to 8. At this point the representative communicating with me accused me of not doing my research first and refused to give me a refund or an exchange. Please save your money do not shop here. The items come all the way from China and you have to account for size descrepancies. If the size is off they are unwilling to issue a refund.

Ordered my shirt they said it would take 15 to 20 then 60 days later they emailed me and said the shirt was not in stock so they told me to pick another one then still had to wait another month and when I got it it was way to small it could have fit a 9 year old dont waste your time

I ordered 2 bathing suits. I followed their recommended sizing chart to a T. The suits DON'T fit! Upon several conversations back and forth, with them arguing that I was in the wrong, I am not being given a fair refund or return at all. Do NOT order from this website. Im still waiting for an order I placed on 4/29. I paid extra for shipping to ensure delivery by mothers day (5/13). Its 5/17 and my order still isnt here. I ordered one t-shirt from them. It said it would be here within 15 to 20 days. Almost 40 days later I emailed them. I never got a response back. Terrible. Ordered 3 items that said 15-30 days shipping. After 35 days I emailed and they said it's still on its way but one item is actually out of stock... You didn't know it was out of stock when I ordered? It took 35 days to tell me that?

I waited a while to get the idems I bought they all came one at time. When I got them I loved them they all fit nice and good quality shirts. Definitely order from them again just give yourself enough time if planning to wear it to something. If not in a hurry to get them it was fine.
Do not order from here, takes for ever. I made an order 1 month ago, paid the shipping fee that said 5-8 days, come to find out the shipping fee is just so they give you a tracking number, not to send you your order within 5-8 days. They sent me an email letting me know they have shipped 1 of my 6 items... 1 month after I paid for ALL of the items. Horrible, use Etsy, they have the same pretty shirts and ship them pretty fast.

I ordered a sweater in January and it arrived today! (Feb. 23rd) Taking in count the fact that is a Chinese store and merchandise from these usually take 4 months to arrive, that's a good thing. The size was perfect! (Remember Chinese sizes are smaller, so it's important that you check the size table they provide in their website) Good quality! I would buy from this store again. :)
This place is THE WORST. As everyones already mentioned, orders take FOREVER. This was the most frustrating ecommerce transaction Ive ever had and I shop online almost exclusively. The items are cheap because theyre made of sh*t material and are complete throwaway items. This is classic Made In China product. I ordered my items on 1/5/18 and they arrived 1/22/18. Not only did they take forever to get here, but nothing even fit. I ordered my normal Medium size and everything fit HUGE. I emailed their customer service pleading for them to do the right thing and take these items back and this was their response:

Took my shirt almost 2 months to arrive, AFTER I paid for the quicker shipping. Customer Service was horrible - they kept emailing me the same blurb that the order had been shipped and was at the Canadian Border (for 3 weeks?).
