DONT DO IT

Seriously the worst company I have ever had to deal with. After a month of waiting for my order I emailed them and They told me my order was out of stock and I could pick something else. Since the item was for an occasion and the occasion passed I told them well since it's out of stock just cancel my order and refund me. 2 days later they sent an email saying it was shipped. I emailed again and said why did u ship it when I said I wanted it cancelled and he said "it's shipped so I can't cancel it sorry". This was 2 months ago... still haven't received it. Don't waste your money they are scammers and I'm glad I only spent 12 bucks...

This website is a joke

I ordered a hoodie 39 days ago and have yet to see it. I have sent emails and I get a computerized response back every time telling me nothing of importance. I will be filing a fraud charge through my bank Monday morning.

RIP OFF!

I ordered a shirt on 8/10/18 and it is now 10/3/18 and I still have not recieved my shirt. I have contacted them via email and Facebook 4 or 5 times now and they just keep telling me it takes 10-25 business days to ship out but my order status says shipped since 2 days after I placed my order. I have asked for my money back multiple times. This is bull$#*! and a joke! Please dont waste your time or money on this pathetic company.

I don't have anything good to say about this company. After reading other reviews on how long it would take to deliver I figured oh well I can wait if there good shirts. But I ordered 4 shirts and only one fit properly. I ordered 3 mediums and a large for a gift. The large shirt Is the exact size of the mediums. I contacted the company hoping for a replacement and their reply was they would give me 10% off if I order it again. Um no I'd rather pay triple the cost of the shirt then deal with this company ever again. Do not buy from them!

TERRIBLE

I found this ad on Facebook, thought I'd give it a try. I've ordered from SHEIN and ROMWE which are also china clothing sites and my items came in less than 2 weeks. About 10 business days at most, well I ordered 2 items, a shirt and dress from
Bellelilly and it's been a month and 3 days and I have not received it. No tracking info given and when I contacted them they said it takes 10-25 days even though the status said shipped 2 days after placing my order. Will not ever order from them again. Tried contacting them again and asking for a refund and just cancel my order since I still have not received it 34 days later. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

They are a Chinese company. They do not offer refunds or exchanges at all. Order shirt in regular size but what I got was for a child. NO EXCHANGES. Its totally a bad website out to rip you off. Shirt was poor quality too. Guess I'll donate it.

I would view this website as a scam. I ordered a shirt over a month and a half ago and have yet to receive it. I contacted the company via email and Facebook with a very delayed response only saying that it was shipped on 8/16/18 and it takes 15-35 days to be delivered. They stated that there was no tracking on it. I asked what happens if it is never delivered as it has been longer than 35 days... NO RESPONSE. No phone number to contact and TERRIBLE customer service. If I ever receive this shirt, it will be out of season. RIDICULOUS COMPANY. The only reason I rated 1 star is because I couldn't do a zero.

Package Hasn't Shown up

I ordered my shirt on August 6. Got shipping info 3 days later. It is not September 27 and I have not even received my package yet. I have contacted the company TWICE Zane have gotten zero information from them. I just want my shirt!

Love my shirts

People need to read the website really carefully before ordering. Shipping to Canada says right there in black 10-20 BUISNESS DAYS. That means Monday to Friday excluding holidays.My order shipped 3 days after I ordered it. Received my email confirmation that order had been shipped. When reading over email to track package, it states again in black if you used FREE shipping you CAN NOT track package. Order was shipped Aug 30,2018 received Sep 24,2018. My 20 business days was Sep 27. T-Shirts fit great. I usually wear mens small so I ordered ladies medium and they are the same size. I am well endowed in the chest area. Quality of shirts are great as well. I would order from this site again. This is not Amazon people you will not get your order in a few days.

Bad all the way around...

I placed a order over a month ago and still have not got my package... when I placed my order it gave me a confirmation along with where it will be sent to ect. 3 days later they gave me a tracking number just to find out that orders with free shipping are not able to be tracked.( then why give me a tracking number!) Very unpleased with this company.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS?!

Great shirts

I ordered 5 shirts from them, they came all within 3 weeks and survived being washed and dried! They all fit great and are super soft and comfy! No scam here, the only thing was I got charged a dollar for international charges.

Terrible quality!

The quality of everything I ordered was absolutely horrible. They use pictures of other companies to advertise their products, but they look nothing like that when you see them in person.

When I emailed the company about this, they did nothing about it. They just disappeared like the scam artists they are.

This company stole original artwork form an Australian artist Ginger Taylor. Do not buy from them! They have no morals or remorse. Also if the reviews are anything to go by their clothes are terrible quality.
