I ordered a 3000 pocket sprung, memory topped mattress. When it arrived the quality was so poor that we couldn't even work out which side the foam was supposed to be on. I called them immediately to arrange to return the item (this was on 28th April - its now the 22nd May) and am still waiting for them to contact me. You can't get through by phone and they don't return emails. Will now be taking matter to Trading Standards and Advertising Authority plus credit card provider to try and get full refund. Whatever you do do not order anything from this company unless your happy with very poor quality and can afford to waste your money!

I ordered 4 Selena beds in grey back on 2nd May and I still have not received them.
I have asked for a refund on numerous occasions and they have just ignored my request.
They won't answer the telephone or respond to emails.
I am contacting Trading Standards and the Police.
I wish I have read these reviews prior to purchasing from your company. You have delivered my order which was a bed with mattress and headboard on 16th Jan. On the same day I managed to call and inform you that the headboard is completely from a different design and fabric than the one I have ordered, the mattress is different colour and does not match with the bed base, and the bed base has some patches of loose fabric (i. E. faulty/very bad quality) with no fire safety label. I have sent you emails with picture attached. I really want these items out of my house as soon as possible. How long more do I have to wait. Don't believe the hype. The bed had the message clearly written DELIVERY WITHIN 7 DAYS. I ordered on Sunday 16th July and had heard nothing by 26th July. I rang to chase and spend over 20 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone. The first guy I spoke to just transferred me to someone else who offered no apology and offered a Saturday delivery. Not a lot of use when my guests arrive on Friday. I said I wanted to cancel my order and he said 'Fine!' and put the phone down. I await to see if my refund is forthcoming.
Bought a dual spring memory foam mattress for my son, £109 with free delivery.
I then get contacted as apparently Carnoustie is not part of the UK mainland and therefore there would be a delivery charge.
Eventually this fee is deleted as a 'good will gesture'.
5 days later the mattress arrives. It is the most poor quality, cheap piece of rubbish, no memory foam, no padding, with springs almost poking through the cheap fabric.
After 1 hour trying to get hold of someone I am told I can get a refund but there is a £50 uplift charge.
TOTAL SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I bought a mattress from Beds.co.uk, which turned out to be substandard. After 2 months use the mattresse had a dip, I phoned beds.co, they exchanged it, the second mattress had a huge dip after one month use. I am past the refund date which I understand but should you not send good quality product for the first time to your customer? Isn't it basics of good customer service? I would not recommend this company, I regret ordering from them.

Also forgot to mention that orthopaedic mattress is not at all orthopaedic. It was medium firm on the 1st day of use and 2nd day onwards it's was extremely soft, have been having continously backache since buying from them. Also they keep offering me same mattress as an exchange.

I ordered a 5ft mattress and arranged to have it delivered on a day when I could be in all day. Two guys arrived asking if I wanted the mattress upstairs. To my surprise they then informed me that their company charge £10 to take it upstairs. I signed for the bed and was asked to write my name in English! They then left the mattress sticking out of the front door. I wish that I had gone to Dreams, as they also dispose of the old mattress for free.
I ordered kingsize sleigh bed and mattress and was more than happy with the quality it's well made and sturdy. From ordering to delivery I've received excellent service from this company. After ordering the bed I realised I hadn't ordered a mattress contacted the company and asked could they put it on delivery with the bed no problem at all. Good Service All round
I am afraid will not buy from them again! What you see and are told about is not what you get. Bought a mattress which according to them was top of thier range and best. What i got was made by and delivered by another unknown manufacturer whom i later found out had very bad reviews. Unfotunately it was too late as i had already paid! By the time the mattress was delivered and i started using it, it was too late for any complaint! I sent then several emails but have not yet recived any reply! Never again dispite their very polite customer service! Do not buy or you will be disappointed!
At first, I was pretty hesitant to order furniture online especially from a site that not many know of. But I'm so happy I purchased this bedframe! Shipping was incredibly fast! Shipping was free and I ordered on November 10th. It was expected to come in 6 days but it came on 15th! I live in Cardiff so what a surprise to have it this soon. It all came in one box. All the pieces are made of full wood and was stored within the zipper on the headboard. Get someone to help you carry! Instructions were easy and straightforward. It took me about an hour and a half to put together BY MYSELF! Honestly, the best £59 I've ever spent!
Called on the off chance of next day delivery for a new bed frame i spoke with a very helpful chap called zack he managed to get me next day delivery for a small fee, but this didnt matter he answered and helped me with all my queries will deffo use again
I had spent a couple of weeks looking for a new bed for our guest room and was getting very dismayed at the prices from the big retailers. I went online and found a picture of a bed that was exactly what we were looking for. I was amazed at the price of the bed and memory foam mattress but was even more surprised when i received the item and saw the quality. The assembly was simple and I ended up with a really classy looking bed. I am now looking to replace another bed in our house and it is a no brainer that I go back to Beds.co.uk.
Bought mattress may 2016. Faulty and replaced September 2016. 2nd mattress faulty. No answer to calls emails and complaint letters as I have a year guarantee confirmed in email on replaced faulty mattress. Now having treatment on back. Orthopaedic mattress is a nonsense. Con artist
We were a bit worried, especially by reviews of the delivery company. In the event the bed came when we expected it and we are delighted by how comfortable it is. The drawers aren't things of great quality but they are finished well and aren't very different from ones that were more than twice as expensive in the bed shops we look in. Overall we are very happy and intend to buy a second identical bed as soon as we complete the move we are in the middle of.
I ordered a bed and paid online with the promise of free delivery within 7 days. I am still waiting for my bed.the link they sent for delivery showed the only slot free was a saturday at a cost of £30. They do not answer the telephone and promise to reply to emails within 3 days which never happens. I am therefore still waiting for my free delivery date and my bed. This company is impossible to communicate with. I have contacted trading standards and now have to excerice my consumer rights regarding long distance selling and communicating with my bank with the hope of having my money returned. They promise of free delivery which it states clearly on the webiste and then try to con people into paying £30 and then they just ignore you when you don't pay up and keep your money. Disgusting company... I have also sussed out that the delivery company they supposedly use is their company also.

The delivery service is RUBBISH. I had to waste 3 Saturdays before I got my Divan base, and when I eventually got it it was nothing more than firewood. The feet would not fit and the hinged storage lid did not shut properly.
I phoned them 1 hour after delivery (it took them 43 minutes to answer the phone) and told them that the bed was RUBBISH and unusable. I asked them to come and collect it and refund my money.
28 days later they collected it and then refunded me £50 less than I had paid for the bed. They said they charge £50 for transport!
This is against ALL consumer regulations, but they don't care.
Save yourself a world of grief and shop elsewhere.

So I ordered a brand new mattress about a month ago. All of a sudden, I have bed bugs. I rang this morning and they completely denied the fact that it could have come from them. It's a brand new flat with a brand new bed and mattress and the bugs wouldn't have come from anywhere else as I've never had bed bugs in all the places I've lived. Do NOT buy from them - they're negligent and most of all, you'll get bitten!
Dreadful customer service. I really would advise against buying from them. I ordered 2 beds with matching headboards. One was to be black king size with grey headboard and the other brown double with cream headboard. They reversed the colours of the bases and sent non matching headboards but refuse point blank to fix the problem. To make matters worse, they tried to say that I had ordered non matching beds & headboards which I just cannot believe and they won't send the order so I can check it. DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE.
I ordered a king sized bed from beds.co.uk it was a great price and was extremely well made. Ive slept so well since weve had this new bed. Its made from lovely grey fabric and was delivered fast. I havent had a single problem with it and Id recommend it to anyone!
I was very pleased with the service from beds.co.uk. The delivery turnaround was very quick and the delivery man carried the bed upstairs to cater for disability which was greatly appreciated. There were no instructions for the assembly but it was relatively staightforward.
The bed itself is great value for money - really comfortable and it looks good. Would be very happy to recommend the company.
