The bed was delivered quickly and notification of delivery was good on the day, with good communication from the company. The bed is excellent value for money and very comfortable. Would use this company again.
I ordered a silver velvet bed, mattress and matching headboard. Due to living in north of Scotland, I was charged an extra £40. When the delivery man had left, I realised that they had given me a champagne coloured bed. They had also put my delivery details over a previous customers details, which showed their name, address and contact number and clearly said champagne. My label was put next to it with silver on it. When I rang, they said they'd need to send the new one but it would be afurther week until they could pick up and deliver the correct one. I emailed the company with the photos of the product labels and also asked that they return my £40 delivery charge. That was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting on a response to my email. Luckily the correct bed was delivered but I wouldn't recommend using them, as they seem very amateurish.
I ordered a double mattress for me and my partner and i got it delivered within 4 days and used it straight away and both me and my partner slept like a log so good job done and will recommend to family and friends!

I ordered a bed for next day delivery from their website.
The next day I got a confirmation email that the bed would arrive well over a week later.
I was instructed to answer this email if I needed to add any information.
So I answered it with 'please cancel this order as I would need to buy a bed today.'
6 or 7 emails between me and their "customer service" team member. Them; offering a sooner date.
Me; No thank you, cancel the order please.
Them; we will give you a discount.
Me; No! PLEASE CANCEL ORDER, I have bought a different bed now, as my wife is out of hospital today and needed a bed today! Just please cancel the order.
Them; so I will give you £20 discount and the bed will arrive on the 26th.
Me; what part do you not understand. CANCEL ORDER!
They ignored all my requests and today I got a phone call from the delivery company with a time slot for tomorrow and a phone call from the after sales team!
I have a poorly wife and new born baby and Beds.co.uk have stressed me out with their inability to understand plain English. They BEHAVE LIKE SCAMMERS!
Not only would I NOT recommend this company, I would actively encourage people to use a different company when finding a bed. Go local!
The site we ordered the bed was very easy and and we choose the delivery date we wanted the guys who delivered were very polite and asked us which room we would like the bed put. Great service all round and the bed is lovely recommend this seller
Excellent quality delivery fast and all as described. Cant vault the company on my experience with them the beds are used every other weekend by the Grandparents and they have also used the company for the same beds for the children
What a bargain. I needed a mattress and I ended up buying a full bed with kingsize mattress. I was surprised how cheap this bed was, saving me £500 buying one elsewhere... and the mattress is super comfy.

Love this bed, I was slightly worried for the price that the quality of the bed was not going to be great. I did not need to be concerned, the bed fixed together easily and the only concern was the piston lifts. One side did not seem to be moving however after fitting the bed together the weight of the mattress soon helped the pistons to work.
There was a telephone call to inform the delivery would be the next day. I was waiting on the day and notified the delivery was cancelled in the afternoon. I phoned and they promised to delivery 3 weeks time. Again, I received a phone call which told the delivery would be the next day. Repeating the same story, the delivery was cancelled on the day. I cancelled my order and got refund.
I ordered a bed and they were unable to deliver due to a systematic glitch. I have tried several times to contact them via phone, email and online chat but have had no luck. All I received are automated emails saying I will be dealt with in 48hours. This was A MONTH AGO. They have taken £175 from my account and delivered no bed and are refusing to respond to my request of a refund. AWFUL company. AVIOD by all means. Much better to go to a reputable company.

When I received the bed I was curious, I jusy wanted to try it out and see if it was as great as people were saying. My God! The first night me and partner slept in it, we both woke up late! The bed was so comfortable and did not want to leave it. Condition of the bed was amazing! Would definitely recommend beds.co.uk
Received a terrible mattress. They originally offered to replace at a discount but didn't place the order because I hadn't left them a review. They finally agreed to collect, minus a £49 replacement fee, but a month later the refund hasn't come through.

Nice and comfortable. Good material. Good quality. Light weight and useful for comfortable sleep. Good customer service and right time delivery. We can choose delivery time suite for us. standard delivery and safe handling. Good and safe packing of bed. Nice memory foam mattress and other materials is very good condition and good standard.
My old mattress was clearly at the end of its useful life - after some searching and comparing I ordered my new kingsize mattress from beds.co.uk. It was a good price, it arrived on time and I was able to put it in place in minutes on my own with minimal effort.
Went to bed and the following morning I had to drag myself away from the bed as it was so comforrtable.
I would not recommend this company beds co. Uk they are rude and couldn't careless about disabilities of customer the van driver Eastern European and just dumped my bed on wet grass outside my flat and I had to ask 2 neighbours to bring the bed into my property the driver was lucky I did not knock him round my garden shouting abusive language at me and my wife and local residents hearing all this total discrase if a director does not ring me I will take it further

I ordered two beds from Beds.co.uk and cannot fault the beds or the service. Delivery was very fast, from ordering online late one evening to delivery of the two beds was just a few days! The prices I found were the best in comparison with other companies online. I wouldn't hesitate to order again when one of the family needs another bed.
A Revelation!
From start to finish all I can say is very well done... ther order process... ordered the king size bed with 4 matching drawers and the "luxury foam mattress... delivered on a Saturday for £9.95!...
On arrival all the 5 items matched and 2 of us spent only 2hrs building the bed... easy follow instructions... the mattress was unpacked... thought it was going to be too thin... i'm 18 stone my partner 16 stone. We looked online for a suitable alternative... However.our first nights sleep was a revelation... it not only was comfortable but better than we anticipated...
