Order the Salina 2000 spring mattress(looks great in the advert) 1500 spring inferior one arrived, 2 hours live chat later they agreed to change, second one arrived -still the wrong one, nothing like the sumptuous one in the advert, live chat tried to blame the courier! Courier actually said to me (when I said the second one was still wrong) "It happen all the time"

A very competitively priced bed and memory foam matteress, expected cheap quality but was very pleasantly suprized.
Build quality and materials used were first rate.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
Ordered bed base and mattress together and got the wrong mattress delivered, this was exchanged after paying an extra £60 for the upgraded mattress.
It is supposed to be 1500 sprung with 3inch memory foam, but I cant tell which side the memory foam is on. I had a similar mattress previously and it was quite different on the side without memory foam, so I can assume there is no memory foam!
Also the I ordered king size bed and mattress but the mattress is too short for the bed
Looked for a new bed frame by just googling it. This company came up, with a subsequent black Friday sale on.
After looking through the products on sale, I found the bed frame that I wanted, and proceeded to order it. Completed the transaction, and got an email confirming my order and to confirm a delivery date that is suitable.
Confirmed the delivery date and got an email confirming this (there was a wide range of delivery options, free of charge)
The day before my bed arrived, I got a text confirming that my product had been dispatched and gave a time frame for it to be delivered. Then, when the delivery driver delivered the bed, he gave me a call to advise he would be 15 minutes. Gave me the bed and signed the delivery sheet.
I would definitely use this company again. Such a simple and effortless process and will definitely use this company again in the future.
The bed is fine but the edges of the wood is very sharp and uncomfortable to step on and hold. I ordered the memory foam/spring mattresses. It was only £100 to add this option however I wish I hadn't. It was the biggest load of rubbish ever. I did consider returning but it would have cost £50 to send it back, I also considered donating to charity but then thought that I wouldn't want to subject anyone to sleep on that. In the end I threw it in the skip.

I was given a choice of delivery days and the bed I ordered was delivered on time on my chosen day. The actual process of ordering and choosing the delivery day was easy and I was asked straightaway regarding the delivery day. It was also confirmed back to me. The actual bed is great quality and the instructions were easy to follow. I would purchase again from this company as the goods are great quality and the customer service is super too! I ordered from ijinteriors on ebay.

This is the second time I've ordered beds.co.uk (out of desperation) and this is the second time they've messed up! First they lied and said they couldn't get through to the driver. Then they lied and said they couldn't get through to the courier company. They then lied and said the bed was damaged! Just ridiculous. And then when I asked for a refund the manager' couldn't do it because there's a team' that deals with refunds

Orderd a pocket spring mattress for £115 and what arrived was a cheap mattress can feel every spring in the mattress thin material and when partner moves in bed the whole mattress moves do not order mattress
The delivery was fast and smooth, and free of charge. I was very pleased with the price and quality, they are the most most reasonably prices company I found on web, without sacrificing the quality. I ordered small double bed for my son's room and theyre were no hiccups aong the way. Recommended!
There is so much that is illegal and atrocious about what this company is doing. They are intentionally running a scam by advertising beds and mattresses that they dont actually stock- deliver an inferior product that DOES NOT LOOK AT ALL LIKE WHAT IS ADVERTISED on their website. Attempts at returns and refunds result in more lies and run around. Like so so so many other people, we did not receive anything close to what we ordered. The bed was advertised with a comfort spring memory foam mattress. The mattress we received was wet, and not memory foam by ANY stretch of the imagination. If felt like it was stuffed with wadded plastic, like a disposable mattress you would see in a homeless shelter. It was shocking. Still trying to get them to collect for a return after weeks of being fobbed off. Truly awful company. Will be taking legal action.
When I saw the price of the bed, I was initally skeptical as to how good the quality good be at such a low price. When the bed arrived I was amazed at the quality. I was very happy with the delivery service and will recommend this to friends and family.
Ordered bed frame and mattress on the evening of 20-3-17 could of had delivery on the 22nd but put it off until the 25th as was decorating and having new carpet put down!

After reading reviews I was unsure about buying from beds.co.uk. I decided as there wasn't any complaints about the actual beds I would risk it being a few days late to save £500.
The bed was supposed to be deliver last Friday however it didn't turn up, frustrated I phoned them to complain and after a few calls only holding for a max of 5mins it became clear that I had actually made a mistake typing the address in and they had tried to deliver (to the wrong address) on the Friday. Had I not made this mistake the bed would have been on time. Thankfully they updated the address and resend the bed free of charge which arrived today. I would recommend beds.co.uk to anyone looking for a bed. They have been nothing but helpful during my order

I ordered a bed on the 17th August, I chose to have it delivered on Tuesday the 22nd. Took the day off work, get an email at 11.06 on the Tuesday to say they couldn't deliver it because it was broken in transit and had to get a new bed from the manufacturer. They rescheduled delivery for today, 25th, waited in all day and I eventually called them just over an hour ago to be told they still didn't have my bed. Another wasted day off work. I was told they are having difficulties getting me another bed and that it would now be next Friday 1st September. I am sleeping on a mattress on the floor and it really isn't good enough, no bed and I've now lost 2 days wages

I purchased a bed from them + memory foam mattress for my mother. They sent a broken, poor quality mattress, that had 0 memory foam in, and the worst "bed"( if you can call it that), that looks like 2 cheap cubes that separate when you are sleeping and you need to push it back together every morning. Same issue with the headboard, it falls all the time. I had to order another bed and mattress from IKEA. I emailed them complaining about the poor quality of their items and when i said that i wish to return the products, they stopped answering. It's been more than a month now, still no reply from them.
Save your money and don't purchase from this fraudulent online store.

I thought I bought something else, and they sent some garbage. Plus, they are not letting me return their garbage so i can get my money back. This is fraud. Please see the pictures of how the bed was supposed to look like from their website, and how it actually looks.
I ordered a matresss from this website. At first I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I called in and spoke to someone. The customer service advisor was really nice and some what helpful but because I could feel or see the tangible product I was still a little aprehensive.
However I decided to order my 1500 Pocket Spring Matress anyway, medium firmness. And it's Perfect it's the right size right firmness and had no weird smell or anything like that.
The only reason this review didn't get 5 stars is because of the delivery. It was straight forward once i emailed to find out what was going on. I had to wait about a week to get my next day delivery sorted and the delivery man was a little on the rude side as well. But other than That great products adorable prices. Would definitely recommend.
Rude, gave me an afternoon slot then told me the day before it would be 8am-12pm. When I flagged the error, she would not even engage with me to correct it. If you wantv to be treated like a piece of crap when you; ve spent thousands with a company, choose this one.
