I got my new mattress from bed.co.uk. I am very happy with my new mattress, just had ababy and i got the reflex momory form which has help my back problems. The delivery of the order was perfect for me being able to select a delivery day. Plus the message the day before to say the delivery would be done between 12 and 6 was a great time saver. Meaning i didnt have to be in all day.The delivery driver was fast and efficient and gave a cursity call half hour before. The bed is excellent and was easy to construct. Very pleased with everything
I've just had my delivery from this company and part of it was missing! The delivery drivers claimed the warehouse didn't have it as it is out of stock, and customer services said the delivery guys hadn't picked it up from the warehouse and it happens a lot. If it happens a lot why use that delivery service?!? I've cancelled all my plans for the day to wait in for my delivery and now they say I have to spend another day waiting in at the end of next week (because apparently they aren't in my area any sooner) to get the missing parts. Not impressed at all!
Got our bed about three months back and the mattress feels like absolute rubbish, it's like we are sleeping on springs.

Bought a garden sofa set size was wrongly advertised so would not fit our garden space sent it back and got refund with no problems great customer services.

Small Double ottoman bed for my teen son. Delivered on time. Exactly as described. Only problem is I cannot get him out of it for school in the morning!

Delivery and service second to none.
Excellent quality beds at fab prices recommend to friends only problem is that 1 of the wheels are missing from divan base but hasn't effected the use n other bed we ordered was perfect.
Following two 'faulty quality' mattresses (as declared by beds.co.uk), which were both collected by your delivery team, 'beds.co.uk' have now failed to meet two refund deadlines. This afternoon, four phone calls I made were ended/cut off, without any attempt to call me back, or contact me by email. I have sent numerous emails, all ignored. Let's see if 'Julie', on the 'resolutions' email address, posted in reply to various customer complaints on this site, yields any response- if it does, and my issues are resolved satisfactorily, I will be happy to come back on here and give positive feedback, and thereby giving others hope that they take complaints seriously, but let's see. If they do not contact me, or resolve this, I will also come back here and report back for all to see.
Also, within a couple of weeks, the base of the bed has now broken (very thin/weak materials). As the phone kept being cut off this morning, I have as yet been unable to report this, so I will keep trying, and also expect a full refund. I have no faith whatsoever in the quality of the products and even less in the customer service.
beds.co.uk have very astutely ensured that their web address comes up first on any internet search, thereby giving the impression of a reliable and popular supplier. From my own experience thus far, and reading the complaints from others, I would certainly not recommend them to others, and sincerely hope that I can at least get my money back, so that I can use it to purchase an appropriate bed from another supplier. I am now about to have a second spinal MRI this week, and the lengthy delays and substandard products are undoubtedly exacerbating my pre-existing and ongoing health injuries.
Excellent design with mattress and storage by far the best we found for the price. Delivery was very quick will be ordering from here when I get to decorating the spare room
