I ordered 4ft double which arrived on specified date. No help was offered to take it upstairs but I managed somehow. Instructions were included with fittings and it was not so hard to put it together. Overall it was a great experience buying from Beds.co.uk.

The bed, customer service told me that they are not a charity case and I should of paid. The mattress had marks on it. Phone customer services and they were rude and also to take it back u have to pay 50 pounds for them to collect it
I ordered a bed and mattress and this was delivered super prompt 2 days later, the bed itself had easy to follow instructions and put together and the gas lift mechanism is a really great feature and super smooth and easy to lift (very impressed) the mattress is comfortable and overall the bed looks top notch and quality for the price paid. Could not fault in any way and would purchase from them again in the future.
Ordered a mattress from beds.co.uk and it was very easy to order online and then select a date for delivery. The mattress arrived on the date agreed and they alerted me to a pm delivery a couple of days in advance.
Very simple efficient service and have had no issues with the product since.
Had an issue with my bed - one of the parts was damaged after 2 weeks of use. Spoke with Sarah C in customer support and she immediately sent out a replacement - along with spare parts in case any others become damaged. Very happy with the bed and the customer support received. Would highly recommend.
Ordered the bed and was received within 3 days. Excellent service, Took approximately 45mins-1hour to assemble which isn't bad considering I'm not Bob the builder, memory foam mattress is extremely comfy

I'm 100% sure the majority of these positive comments must have been left by the company itself. Possibly by people who we're fooled into recieving a £20 reimbursement for leaving good feedback. In my opinion something's aren't worth £20 especially when I've ripped off for over £600. To be fair the mattress isn't actually that bad but the base & headboard are cheap manufacturers s**t. The service was terrible from ordering to delivery. The only positive thing about this exchange was that I'll never need to deal with them again. Hope you enjoy my money
Ordered online. Due to technical problem Saturday delivery payment taken twice. Call made on hold for 25 mins to be told would need to email them - so basically fobed off... 2 emails sent 9 days ago and still waiting for a response... promised callbacks and still waiting for them too. I know its only a extra £9.95 but that's my money I have worked for! Dont feel this will ever be resolved because I dont think anyone cares. Dont use this company. All ok when things go right but no one wants to help when something goes wrong!

Dodgiest company I've ever dealt with. Ordered a mattress that looks like they assembled it themselves in their backyard. Bounces like crazy every time you turn over, way too narrow (width conveniently not mentioned in site description) so it doesnt fit the bed and every time you turn you've got an arm and a shoulder drooping off the edge. It also had dirt patches on it. Surprised these clowns are still in business. I bet they made most of the positive reviews themselves. Dont buy from these dodgy lot
Excellent service you can pick which days you would like the bed to be delivered on which is very convenient when you have a working family we had the bed here within days which was great I was not sure about purchasing a bed with out testing it out first but we are very happy with the quality i would recommend beds.co.uk
The mattress I ordered arrived on time and was as comfortable as I hoped for. My daughter provided me with the same mattress in Surrey when I stayed with her. That is why I bought it. I slept better than ever before.
As the year comes to an end. I am still in process of getting the issues solved. Beds.co.uk have not responded to my emails and letters so I am assuming they have blocked me. I am now in the process of hiring someone who will write a report on all the mattresses and bed frames for me as the pictures Ive sent beds.co.uk are not enough. Once the report is complete I will send it to my credit card company to see if they can help me. I am so disappointed with beds.co.uk. Ive come across the question page with *******@beds.co.uk so I will contact her to see if shes of any assistance specially because they are having a major reform. Will update once I have some results.

I came across beds.co.uk and decided to order all our new beds from there. Read some mixed reviews and was hesitant to order so I called customer service and explained I want to place an order however not sure after reading the reviews. The guys I spoke to reassured me that everything they provide is of a high standard and I have a year guarantee on the ends and if there are any issues all I need to do is contact them and they will sort it out. I explained I was moving to a new house and my order was big (4 double divan, 1 single divan & 1 small double Renata). I was reassured the beds are made to order and come direct from the factory and I shouldn't have any issues.
My delivery came on time however to my disappointment I realised all the mattresses were of poor quality as u could see the material was tearing away. I contacted them via email and sent pictures. Their response was "the beds you have ordered are what we call budget beds therefore they are like that, if you pay us £170 more we can exchange the mattresses to our top spring mattress." I explained it doesn't state on the website that these beds are budget beds however they disagreed so I paid the extra money and had the mattresses upgraded.
The delivery came and the driver was very rude. He made a fuss and complained that he had to take all those mattresses back and he had no space etc. Then he tells me he's missing a mattress. I contacted beds.co.uk again and explained I wasn't happy they said nothing we can do as it's come direct from the factory so we will arrange for the mattress to be exchanged asap. 5 days later the mattress came and once again it wasn't perfect. The springs were popping out from opposite corners so I sent the pictures and they sent me another mattress. Since then I have contacted beds.co.uk about 5 times via email and post. I've sent them pictures of all the beds the bases and I have explained that the current issues:
1) the base material has become all loose
2) the mattresses are ripping from the edges and
3) I have asked for my refund as the beds are 12 month guarantee
However they have ignored all my emails and letter. I sent them a letter with pictures last week and I am going to contact trading standards if I don't hear from them by 14th July.
Their superior mattress is already making squeaky sound every time I get in bed or change sides during the night. The mattress my mother sleeps on is so bad for her back that she can't get up from the bed in the morning. Considering there is a 12 month warranty.
I don't have the original packaging as the plastic the base and mattresses came in was clear with black filthy dirt and I had no space to keep it. My hands were black from it. I've just had the whole house painted white and therefore didn't want any dirt or marks on it.
I will update this post with whatever happens. I would inform you if the trading standards get involved or if the company sorts my issues out.
I would strongly recommend everyone avoid this company No matter what and don't believe the positive reviews because they are definitely not who they say they are.
NOT GOOD, AVOID! Things got worse and worst with my order.
Mattress arrived faultily and the metal frame inside is bent out. Also, I am not sure if this mattress is a pocket sprung (3000 springs) one as it is very light and clearly does not have any memory foam on the top. (I have ordered a Pocket 3000 Spring Quilted Memory Foam Mattress). Delivery is very chaotic, there is no "Two fantastic Man" but only one, which walks over other mattresses to get to the one he wants to drop off. I would get in touch with them tomorrow to get a full refund.
They collected the wrong one and tried to bring another "good one", which I refused to take it. After more than two weeks I am still without the mattress and looks like they have no intention to refund my money back.
I am having difficulty with my ottoman bed and can not get this to perform properly, I am now told that to get someone out to assist will be £149? The wrong bed was deilvered and yes a replacement has been ordered(which I had to chase an reply for today) 25 minutes on hold before anyone answered. Really poor service as far as I am concered, The mattress I ordered has non-existent memory foam.? Will definitely try and shop locally for my next purchase. Saving a few pounds is no exchange for quality.
Delivered with no problem even though I live in a very remote rural area. The mattress is very comfortable. The pain in my lower back, which I had learned to live with, has now all but vanished. Very happy.
Beds.co.uk provided a great service, great product and were able to work around our delivery schedule as I purchased the bed for a new home. They were responsive, helpful, the bed is of great quality - I absolutely love it!
I ordered a mattress from Beds.co.uk and waited two weeks for deliver, then had to stay in all day for a delivery due from 10-2. Long waits on telephone and unhelpful. When bed arrived they refused to carry it to the bedroom on first floor - I offered to pay extra but they laughed and left double mattress in the kitchen. I am unable to carry it up myself because I suffer from Fybromyaligia. Will need to wait until next week to get help. Had I been told they would only deliver to door I would have used a different company. When rang to complain they said delivery guys should have taken up mattress and called them to ask them to return to make correct delivery. They then hung up.
