I'm saddened with Bed Bath & Beyond's mixing of politics and business, including the PC way in which BBBY messaged the My Pillow fiasco to the public. In this weird and hopefully temporary cancel culture, it seems certain businesses believe it's in their best interest to integrate the dubiously media-pumped political frenzy into their executive decisions instead of focusing on healthy business practices. BBBY like many companies has fallen victim to this fickle phenomenon. With BBBY's long-term downward trend (35% stock price decline over the past 5-years), can they really afford to jeopardize their consumer lifeline?
I bought a comforter by Rachel Zoe at BB and B. When I took it out of the packaging it had an odor. So I laundered it and it has not held up well. It already has a RIP. I am very disappointed in this product as I am a big BB and B customer and loved Rachel Zoe.
Online and in store, they have everything I need and so much more! My current bed set is from here, I recently remodeled my bathroom and couldn't wait to find my decor here, my Dr. Schols insoles, my Keurig accessories are from here, my sonic toothbrush heads. Talk about variety! I LOVE coupons and deals and they always have them. Great quality, customer service, value, shipping!
I've been ordering from bed bath and beyond for years and my last 2 orders were horrible. I ordered a bunk it was suppose to be 2 fulls and I went and bought 2 full mattress for it. So the bunk beds get delivered and I got a full and a twin bunk bed. I call customer service and they say the description on the site was wrong and where I got the mattress they wouldn't exchange the full for a twin mattress. So I had to go buy a twin mattress due to bed bath and beyond sending the wrong item. So weeks later I buy a desk it gets delivered and it's suppose to be 2 box's and only one is delivered. I call fed ex they say only one box waS sent. Bed bath and beyond said they would reach out to the 3rd party selller but they also only see one box being sent out when clearly on the box I got it says 1 out of 2! I'm so disappointed from the services I've been getting these past 2 orders. Now I have to go to Wal mart to buy a desk when I really wanted the one I ordered from bed bath and beyond
Most of my shopping at BBB has been in their stores, but the few times I have shopped on-line have been very satisfactory. The on-line store has a greater inventory, and I have found items on-line that I could not find in a store.
We ordered patio furniture on August 3 2023, they supposed to arrive on August 11 Friday. We had a party on 8/13/23 so we thought would be perfect.
They arrived August 25 2023 with damaged box (big hole on the side) and missing all hardware. ( I sent email with pictures with damaged box)
I called about it few times
Each time they are telling me the hardware will arrive in 2 days, 2 days.
Today is September 2 2023 and we still didn't receive the hardware, so we can not put the furniture together.
They are all in pieces. Do I need patio furniture for winter in Illinois?
We paid for the furniture around $1500.
I will never buy from them ever again.
I didn't mention that I called on 8/17/23 and canceled the order. They asked me, if I want to cancel the order? I said yes.
They send them anyway.

I LOVE THIS STORE! I constantly maintain the house and this store has wonderful seasonal goods that make my house vibrant and full of life! I live in Connecticut, so the closest one to me is a bit of a drive. I received my order promptly and love their products, couldn't ask for more.
Why put up with Walmart junk (both in products and so-called customer service) when you can get the same or better products at the same or lower price at BB&B?
I used to think that their prices were higher than Target etc. Even with higher price, their products were never like junks from Walmart.
In recent years, I noticed that their prices are really very compatible if not lower than even Walmart. And then their customer service is excellent. But I didn't know until last week that they would ship items to home without minimum purchase requirements.
Last week, I had to drive all over town trying to buy an item from Target. Target price was about 20% lower than Walmart on this one. But, they gave me wrong info on which stores had it. After driving to their second store and not finding it, I gave up. Target offered to ship it, but at extra shipping cost. I went to BB&B next door, hoping that they might have it. They didn't gave it in the store but offered to fed ex it to my home - and no minimum purchase or shipping charges. I am positive that BB&B probably lost money on this deal. I don't know why I have been shopping at Target (Walmart if not at Target, but really do my best to stay away from it.)
Always have a good experience. Great site, easy to see things. And if you call a local store, they are consistent with whats on the site. Will keep shopping with them
Every thing I ordered on black Friday was cancelled. Yet when I get on the site it shows the products are available at a higher price. This will be my last resort when shopping.
BBB has taken a great step forward with their new website and upscale catalog. I absolutely LOVE it. Furniture, rugs and all kinds of things they have never carried before.
These 2 companies and their majority owner support both Trump and his MAGA followers. I will not give them 1 dime of my hard earned money. I hope you decide the same.

I placed an order on April 16,2021 (order # BBB*******729) and received noticed that my order had shipped on that same date. However today, past the due date, I was told by the carrier that they have not received the package from Bed Bath and Beyond. They received the label but have not received the package. I tried all the contact points at the Bed Bath and Beyond website (except the phone number since I don't have a phone) and could not find any way to contact them about this matter. I'm now contemplating e-mailing the corporate CEO... but no number for him either. Wouldn't you know it... If you don't want to get scammed, don't order anything online from BBB.
We find many things we need to help dress up our home; kitchen wares, bedding, misc.
They offer a good refund on all kitchen appliances which will beat Costco, Macy's, etc.
Please stop selling my pillow products if you want any more shoppers.

I was driving a friend of mine around while his truck was waiting on parts. He had applied for a job at Bed Bath & Beyond, so while we were out we stopped by to check on his application. The manager said he couldn't hire the guy because he had been in the US Army and "... we really can't have 'gun people' here."

My friend is an Honorably discharged, DECORATED US Veteran, and this worm was explaining this to us in a tone that really implied he HONESTLY thought that we should just be able to see his position --- as if his decision was obviously the only reasonable conclusion any manager could come to.
